I'm pretty sure this is the oldest Chili's in Denver! I'm thinking it's getting close to 40 years now. It's been a hot minute since I've been to this location but it is still my favorite. Tonight is Monday Night Football, and luckily there were still a few seats in the bar area. Now sitting in the bar area is always hit or miss around the 303, but tonight it was a hit on all levels. Jamie the bartender was on it all night long. From the order, to the how is it hun?-- just as I took a big bite of steak, (We laughed and did the nod together!), to the refill, to the dessert order. She was also able to work a few other tables and carry on convos with the regulars at the packed bar. Perfection!I decided to go with my football favorite, which is the ribeye. This ribeye is decent size and pretty juicy! The garlic potatoes and broccoli were also pretty decent. Somehow I managed to save room for this amazing cheesecake! No complaints. And sports you ask? I had the Bills and Eagles so it was a really good night.

The salsa tasted like tomatoes in water and the chips were tasteless. BUT the waitperson was kind enough to remove it from our bill and be apologetic about it. Nice save, we appreciate it. The buffalo chicken sandwich was surprisingly hot, tasty, and had a nice zing. Fries were also good. Water was kept full, which we appreciated because it was super hot outside. We'll go back.

I am not sure how this place stays in business because it is always so empty. Maybe at night it picks up, but for lunch there is hardly ever anyone in there. I sit at the bar typically and the bartenders have all been very nice. Their TV situation is good if you like to watch sports. They usually have a few different types of sporting events or news on at a time. The lunch specials are good for the soup and salad. Lately I have been getting the three for me deal which is a non alcoholic drink, an app and an entrée. I get an iced tea, the enchilada soup and chicken fajitas for $12. Good deal.

I heard Chili's was competing in the Chicken Sandwich wars and with my usual having a sauce shortage, I decided to give it a shot for pickup. I ordered their new Chicken sandwich on the 3 for 10, a side salad and a blackberry tea. Service was fast. As I was driving up, they were coming out with my order before I could even let them know I was here, they had my food ready. The portion size for the entree was very large. The salad was fair but they failed at the amount of condiments. It takes more than two small ketchup packets to make it through all those fries and the dressing container was only about half full. You also can't put notes if you order online to ask for other stuff, which is very frustrating. They didn't used to even give ketchup with fries, so at least this is an upgrade. The salad was fine but nothing special. I always like their fries and this was the same. As for their new chicken sandwich - the chicken portion was pounded out and protruding out of the bun by about 30%. Some may see this as a positive but for me, it just made it hard to eat. I think they just released it so I wonder if it's supposed to be this way or if the quality control is off. Their "special sauce" wasn't anything spectacular but it did compliment the sandwich well. I would give it another chance in a few weeks to see if anything has changed. Chili's is always a good value. If they could fix the problems with their condiment portions and ability to customize through the online order, it would be worth 5 stars to me.

I don't live in Denver, but if I did, this would be my go-to Chili's everytime. Angela was our server and her customer service was EXCELLENT! She visited our table the perfect amount, I never found myself looking for a server since she was so attentive. Very impressed with the friendliness of the staff. We ordered the triple dipper from the menu and were very impressed with the presentation of the food, and it tasted phenomenal.Would definitely visit again if I'm in the Denver area.

I just wanna preface with the fact that at this location, the hosts, food runners, and the rest of the staff have always been so awesome and attentive. This is about a certain server. He never mentioned his name in the two times we had the absolute joy of being served by him. He had a 1993 tattoo on his fingers is all I know. The first time we had him he was out of whack, completely unfazed and seemed really out of it. I ordered honey mustard instead of yellow mustard on my burger and it came with extra yellow so I ate it anyway because it felt like pulling teeth ordering with him. I wasn't sure if he understood how to ring it in let alone if he knew what was happening. The second time around (tonight) we ended up getting him again. We usually get the 3 for $10.99 and my boyfriend usually gets either the Old Timer or the Cajun Shrimp pasta (sub chicken). He quickly told us he couldn't sub it but he didn't tell us why and he had to order something else. He got something else but it wasn't what he wanted!! He kept walking past our table and mumbling instead of actually stopping and checking on us. At the end I asked for the check and he offered we pay on the ziosk, to which I said thank you. He then went into saying "there's a survey at the end, my schedule is based on my reviews, my managers won't schedule me. leave me a good review or I'll remember your faces" I understand if this comment was made in a funny tone or literally any other way but this man was mumbling and then deadpan said it. No thanks for coming, no would you like a box, we just got, leave me a review. I don't like the way he spoke to me!!! We will never return to this Chili's!!! food was aight I wish the fries were crisper also we asked for straws and only got one

GABI WAS AMAZING. Cannot stress that enough. If you come in, see if she's working and if you can sit in her section. She made me feel not just like a customer but like a friend. All while proving top tier service. Definitely made me want to come back for her service and charm alone. I got a little taster of the house margarita when i expressed concern about the sour mix, and for a happy hour margarita, really not bad, especially considering its house and happy hour. Ambiance was at chili's it's what you expect. It's not bad, decor is pretty standard and restaurant was clean, especially the bar. The bathroom smelled a little weird kinda a weird mix of cleaner and bathroom smells but not horrid. I would come again and definitely sit at the bar. Service was exceptional! Blackberry blitz was sooooo good definitely recommend.
