Called ahead to make a reservation for 12 people for a work meeting and the receptionist said they don't do reservations but can do call ahead but we will still wait for a table when we get there.Horrible! What is the point of doing that? she was also very rude about it too. Not considering them for any work lunches.

I've been to this location a few times and each time same outcome. I understand they're short staffed and our waitress did the best she could. Part of me thinks they should close down half the restaurant and only open up the bar section. This possibly could help out with the waitstaff from running all over the place. I ordered chips and salsa and a buffalo chicken salad. It was a good and did the job. Would I go back ? Maybe, but not anytime soon.

I didn't even receive food from this location and the shift manager Juana & store manager Steve lied about processing a refund from an order that was cancelled on March 7th. Between the two of them, neither can figure out how to process a refund. The company that franchises to them don't even have working phones. Some of these businesses and restaurants in Denver have the worst customer service, and no one at the County enforces health & safety. What horrible management!

My family and I walked in for dinner & as soon as we walked in, one of the waitresses looked at us & and said, " Oh my fu*k*ng God." Twice!! It was 10:15pm. The hours on the door said until 11pm. Very disrespectful.

We decided to order burgers from here for to go. The lady on the phone who took my order spoke hardly any English. I had to repeat my order 3 times. The burgers were ok. I specicly asked for a different cheese which they dismissed. The french fries were very cold and old. They should have landed in the trash instead of our plates. I wonder if they serve old fries to customers who dine inside the restaurant as well,

Enjoyed our dining experience, went out with my father and had a great time. We came for the southwestern egg rolls and tried the brisket quesadillas for the first time. Our server Joy was really fast and attended to us with a cheerful disposition. Thanks Joy and thanks Chili's!
