Despite some mixed reviews from others, Chili's always seems to draw a crowd--and for good reason! This place is consistently busy with diners, which speaks volumes about its appeal. We love sitting at the bar, not only to catch the game on their big screens but also because the service is typically faster and more personal.Our go-to order is the Triple Dipper, which never fails to satisfy. While it's not part of any special promotions (how that promo in "The Madness," exists?), it's still worth every penny. It's the perfect way to ward off those hangry moments while sharing some delicious bites.If you're looking for a lively spot with dependable food and a great atmosphere, especially during sports events, Chili's is hard to beat!

Came in for the 10.99 Lunch deal... Waited 15 minutes for a server to come by... while a couple seated after us were served immediately. My parter decided to go with the new bacon burger rather than do the deal. Being vegetarian, I looked for a veggie option within their lunch deal... and found none! So, I opted to get their Sante Fe black bean burger. This meant we had to pay for the chips n'salsa and our drinks which comes with the 10.99 deal. This made for a very expensive lunch - twice what one would pay for the deal! Nonetheless, the bugers were good, of reasonable size and came with a healthy portion of fries. We both had to get to go containers and were able to take a new bag of chips and cup of salsa with us. The food was hot and burgers were tasty. Our waiter was very helpful. While I liked the food, it's dfinitely not worth buying food ala carte. I would recommend going with the 10.99 deal and getting a rewards account to make the meal cost effective. And, not having a veggie option as part of the deal... makes it unlikely that I would go back anytime soon.

I came in about 600 pm . Sat at the bar .Her name is Skyler . I would give zero stars if I could the bartender tonight was horrible . She asked for my i.d. After waiting 20 mins for a drink she Saw that I was from out of state. and asked me to go back . Worst experince . I will not return after this experience

My husband and I had the take out ribeye, mashed potatoes and broccoli. I only had a couple bites and it went in the garbage. The steak was thin, tasteless and not a good color. My husbands was better looking and he said it was ok but he only ate a few bites also. The potatoes were good. Super disappointed. My daughter was the one who picked up our food. She was inside eating with friends. She said the same about her food. It was just ok. I hope they can learn how to cook steak. I hate when businesses don't survive.

The people working at this Chili's made our visit so enjoyable. First, we were meeting some friends and the lady at the hostess stand helped us look for them. She then, along with I believe the manager, helped us get them in as it was a slick, cold day and there were some mobility concerns. From there the hostess offered to keep flowers for us so we could eat and made sure we didn't forget them at the end. After we got done with our meal and had paid, the manager (I later learned his name is Terry) brought over a molten cake with 4 spoons for us all to share commenting that we couldn't have a celebration without cake. This was one of those days that makes you believe there are just some really thoughtful people in the world. Southlands is a middle place for us to meet some friends and we'll definitely be coming back to this Chilis for those meet ups going forward.

Came here for some apps and and drinks to celebrate a good day. Not too busy tonight and I was able to sit in a booth. Ordered chips & salsa, spinach queso , and blueberry pineapple margarita. Service was swift and accurate. The food was good and I enjoyed my time there. The server was awesome , he asked if there were any sports casts that I wanted to see and he would change a TV for me. Nice touch. It's Chili'sand it's what I expected from Chili's, good quick table service drinks and apps. I know it's not small business food and I usually try new things but today, I just wanted comfort.

Totally disappointed the restaurant was not full and the hostess gave me the last table near the bathrooms, I asked for another table and I think she didn't like it and started gossiping with other waitresses about it. I asked my waitress for "dessert to go" and they literally put everything frozen in a box and here Im trying to defrost a molten chocolate cake. Worst services ever.

My most recent visit here was January 4th and my mom and I will more than likely not be returning to this location. We beat the crowd and were able to walk into the bar and grab a table. Our server greeted us and took our drink order right away. It was disappointing to know that Chili's doesn't serve Sangria, yet they serve wine. So we both just got waters. When we ordered our food I got the Mushroom Swiss Burger with fries and my mom got the Oldtimer with cheese and fries as well. My mom is gluten free and has Celiac disease so she ordered her burger with no bun. At one point right after the server took our order, we wanted to change our orders but it was too late so he brought us some chips and salsa on the house which was very nice of him. Once our food came out my mom's burger had the bun on it and both of our sides of fries looked really poor and old. The burgers weren't terrible looking, nor did they taste bad. We were both so hungry though that my mom just took the bun off and scraped any remaining pieces of the bread off her burger and ate it. It is unfortunate that we had to settle for such poor food, as we were both just ready to eat and hadn't eaten much all day. This reminded us that we will not be returning to this location or any other Chili's in the future. I would say the service was okay, but the food and beverage quality has gone down hill over the years. Not worth it!

Their taps are NEVER working, drafts take forever to pour as the bartender is forever emptying foam, foam and more foam. Service terrible. When I was a bartender part of your job was to be behind the bar not only to keep an eye on empty glasses, or maybe a customer needs ketchup, silverware etc. for their meal. But also a friendly hello and small chat once in awhile. Not to mention you can clean something behind the bar while it's slow, the place is filthy. The place isn't busy (we've stopped by around 2-4pm) but the bartender is never behind the bar instead over in the corner by the kitchen talking with other staff. Would like to give a zero stars...
