Chikihanas Hibachi

Chikihanas is always a must every time I'm in Denver. The trio is super good, it comes with steak, chicken, and shrimp with fried rice and vegetables. Personally think it's enough to share w someone or expect left overs. The chef Santos and Chef Angel San are hard working, and OG's in the hibachi game. The truck is clean, and very well taken care of. They have done private parties for my family many times. I love this place. Call ahead and be aware of the long wait times during busy times Frida-Sunday 5-Close but it is worth the wait!! Trust me.

I had takeout from the Chilihana's food truck last night and it was amazing! I got the trio with filet mignon, chicken and shrimp! The portions were huge. The filet was high quality but the shrimp was sub par- not saying it was bad but it wasn't top notch. My friends advised we call ahead and place our order then go pick up. Wait times are usually about 20-30 min. This is a great option when you have that Benihana craving minus the long and drawn out dog n pony show. You seen one flaming onion tower and hibachi choo choo train then you seen em all. Get the trio with the Diablo sauce and thank me later. Everything is seasoned and cooked to perfection!! Makes me want to kiss the cook!!

They came to a work function and it was fantastic. Taste just like Benihana's. The portions were huge and the staff was friendly. Very very good! I guess they are out by The Sportsman's Warehouse in Thornton a lot. Guess I will need to drive a little north (I live in Littleton) to get my fix. Very good and healthy. For reference I had the Chiki combo but paid extra to have an extra protein (steak, shrimp and chicken).

Food was awesome, and well portioned. I was stuffed by the time I finished. Thank you
