Chicken Salad Chick

I've always wanted to try Chicken Salad Chick. Growing up in the South I grew up eating and loving chicken salad and once we moved away unless I made it myself I would rarely have it. So I was thrilled when I heard this restaurant was opening up near me! Restaurant is located at the Aspen Grove shopping center. It's decorated in a very feminine and cute way, but I think men would still be cool there. I got the Croissant Melt with Sassy Scotty on the sandwich. I got a cup of broccoli cheddar soup as my side. Also it came with a side of chicken salad and I picked the Classic Carol. Both salads were delicious but I preferred the Classic Carol. It also included a little sugar cookie which was fun! Excellent meal and a lot of food! I will gladly return!

I saw some posts a few weeks back when this first opened and the lines were out the door. Not many places have chicken salad or egg salad these days and I thought it was such a cute concept. I had no idea this was a chain though and it kind of explains a lot. I ordered the Chicken Salad BLT with a scoop of Olivia's old south and sides of egg salad and potato soup for lunch the next day. The BLT was ok, the chicken salad was super bland. Olivia's old south was pretty good though and the only item worth it. The egg salad was gross. No flavor and rubbery eggs. The potato soup was downright inedible. I actually ended up throwing it out. Overall, unimpressed.

I debated coming here on Grand Opening Day, bust since I had the day off, I figured why not? I'm glad I went. The first 100 people in line get a free chicken salad per month for a year! I was #32 in line. The staff was super friendly and handed out waters on a warm Colorado morning. After the ribbon-cutting, they came around with samples of the chicken salad. It's so good! The restaurant is clean, of course, with indoor and outdoor seating. You get a lot of options on how to create your meal. If you aren't sure about a flavor, ask for a sample and they'll give you one!The service was friendly and efficient, and I didn't have to wait long for my meal. They even throw in a cookie!The flavors are delicious and the arriving size is generous. I'm glad this location is close to home and easy to get to. I'll be here a lot!

Good food. Great workers that are helpful when deciding on what to choose. Clean. Desserts are yummy.

We loved this place! The food was amazing, and the staff and service were even better! You can sample all the flavors, and they were all delicious. I forgot to take a picture before I started scarfing it down lol, but here's one half way. We were pleasantly surprised our meals came with pickles and little cookies also. Highly recommend!

I am a big chicken salad fan, so I was pretty happy when my wife said this restaurant opened its first location in Denver. There are a many flavors and recipes to choose from, but don't forget the pimento cheese! I definitely prefer the more chunky style, and these are approaching a whipped state. It will take a few visits to try them all!

We just left this place. My wife was raving about this place so we had to go. Initially I was skeptical. A chicken salad place, honey really? As soon as I walked in I felt like I was back small town home, small booths, mix of table cloths, warm colors, inspirational messages, super hospitable franchise owners actually serving customers and Dwight Yokum playing guitars and Cadillacs over the sound system.. The food. We'll let's just say, I was proven wrong. The chicken salads, soups, and sandwiches were excellent! I took a picture in moment which I don't normally remember to do but yelp won't let me upload. We will forsure be back soon and are hopeful they may come to the east side of Highlands Ranch. Thank you for a fun experience and great food.

Met my church ladies here for our monthly lunch. I have to admit, I enjoyed it more than I thought I would. I like a chunky chicken salad. This was more shredded so consistency was off for me. I had the one with cranberries and almonds. It was very good. This is not a spot where you can relax and chat. Very noisy and busy. I also thought it was really expensive for a sandwich shop. Overall a nice experience but I doubt I'll be back.

This was pretty good! I think the croissant is what would make me rate it 4 stars but I'll base it on the chicken salad! Next time instead of the chicken salad sandwich I'd get a scoop of chicken salad with scoop of the broccoli salad. Customer service is 5 stars, this is where they excel with smiles and customer service. Also got to meet the owners who were so kind. Grateful to have another option over at Aspen Grove and hope they do well.

I wanted to check out this new place for lunch and the line was out the door! It moved surprisingly quickly. I ordered the Chick, which gave me a scoop of chicken salad plus a side, a pickle, and a cookie. I chose the classic Carol on a croissant with a side of broccoli salad. The chicken salad had quality ingredients but was kind of bland. I will choose a zestier option next time. I would have preferred a side of chips or fries to a salad, but soup and salads were the offered sides. The broccoli salad was ok. I will probably get soup or fruit next time. The cookie was really yummy and a very nice touch. The staff were all very friendly. I look forward to returning and trying a different chicken salad! Love this concept!
