Chick-fil-A never disappoints.As always they have a super long drive through line but it seemed to move quickly. Wifey and I chose to dine in "a smarter choice IMO" there was only 2 people ahead of us. They brought our food to our table in about 5 minutes and even came back around to see if we would like a refill of our drinks! The food was amazing as usual, the employees seemed to have a great relationship and respect for each other "I overhear some of their small talk" 5 STARS ALL DAY EVERY DAY! oh I had the deluxe spicy chicken sandwich meal and chicken strips with the Polynesian and Chick-fil-A sauce. Sooooooo yummy!!

I had a sweet lady who was training taking my order but needed a little help and her manager, Jacob was standing right by her and he should have assisted her more and didn't. She was frustrated but did great. Jacob was not helping at all. Poor management

Love this place- it's super yummy, and the drive through line is always super quick, even when it's busy! Plus the staff are always quite friendly too, i definitely recommend this Chick-fil-a!

I ordered from doordash this morning. It took almost an entire hour after ordering for them to let me know my order was cancelled. The dasher was there, waiting for my order. I'm not sure what happened, but I sat, waited, and was hungry to just be let down. Very disappointed and don't plan on ever eating at this location again.

Came for a bite before a graduation ceremony. Associate was polite and professional. She took out order and we sat down to wait. Clean restaurant and no issues with parking. The meal was good and I liked the French fries a lot. He ate a chicken sandwich. Good place to eat no matter which location it seems. We left happy.

Ordered a 12 count nugget meal through the drive through at a very busy time, when I received my bag I double checked and it was only 8 count and no sauces. It wasn't a huge deal and I was able to run inside and talk with the young gentleman at the cashier about the mix up quick and he was extremely helpful and fixed my order right away! Food was delicious and service was great as always.

Once upon a time, Chick-fil-A had the best customer service. I don't get the point of putting in a catering order hours before you go pick up and still have to wait 15 mins for someone to even come ask if you have been helped. What is also the point of having a "pick up" station if no one is there to even ask if you need help. I have placed 2 catering orders at this location, and it's been the same waiting game. The first time we had to wait 30 mins for our food. The point is to not have to wait when you place in a catering order. Today's service was horrible!!! It was not busy, the employees saw me standing at the "pick up" station and did not bother to ask a single question, along side with the manager on the floor. He just walked around and acted busy. I finally got fed up waiting at the "pick up" station and got in line. Then he saw that I was pissed off and finally looked in the system and called my name for my order. He then pretended to act all nice when he knew I was pissed off. Another lady came and stood behind me, I asked if she was picking up, and she said yes. I advised her if she wanted help fast. She should get in line cause I waited 15 mins before I went in line to get help.

I have been coming to this location for years. Today I waited over 15 minutes to ORDER!!!!! And to make things worse, the exit to bail was completely covered by cones so I couldn't leave. Maybe close one of the lanes so we can see the large line from the parking lot BEFORE we get in line. Then when I ordered, no apologies for the wait no addressing it. These are just kids so I didn't address it with them, but the manager should do better. A very high traffic location needs more structure outside. It's not ok.

Justin was amazing! The food was consistent and delicious as usual. Justin was friendly, speedy, and you could tell everyone was working as a team

I've gotten drive-thru several times at this location commuting to Denver from Greeley. I normally ordered their fried chicken, and found it good as always. Tonight (3/28/23), I decided to dine in. I ordered their new promotional item, being the cauliflower sandwich. I also got their always-good macaroni and cheese on the side, with the signature sweet tea. Unlike the other vegan items offered at other fast food restaurants, the cauliflower sandwich was actually quite good. It was minced cauliflower made into a patty and deep fried like their chicken. I really appreciated that Chick Fil-A served a vegan item that's made from real food. It's such an upgrade from the fake, artificial lab experiment, being Beyond Meat. The service was good and speedy, with the dining interior being clean and peaceful.
