We normally love our Longmont Chick-fil-a but something's just not right with their waffle fries. Not sure what it is but they taste different.The fries are a big part of the reason we go there so we are going to look elsewhere until we can figure out what's wrong.

Taking orders on the app, including payment but actually closed on 7/4. Reached out to customer service and was told I'd receive a refund and a call back. Neither happened. Multiple people there to pick up food and the business didn't even bother to put a sign on the door stating they'd be closed that day.

I am so sick and tired of going here to pick up food for Uber and not being acknowledged for 5-10 minutes. I ring the stupid bell 5-20 times and seriously no one bats an eye. The manager today walked by as I rang. And she is the one telling me to ring this stupid button. Boycott this awful establishment- absolutely no responsibility to service. I get paid Pennie's by Uber.. make it worth while to deliver your food.. have some respect and consideration

The food's great, but good god this location is slow. If the drive-thru line's long, it'll take well over 30 mins from start to finish. Even worse, the only opportunity to leave the line is when you're 3 car lengths from the window. At that point, you might as well stick it out.Once I got to the window, it was another 10 min wait. I guess they needed to plant a tree, harvest the lemon, and manually extract the sugar from a sugarcane because everything was good to go, except our drinks. I felt sorry for the people behind me who got their whole meal, but had to wait. Every time I get a lemonade, there's a wait.On days when the line isn't long, service isn't too bad. I wish they would figure out a system to get things flowing.

I arrived to pick up my Togo..not one single employee acknowledged I was waiting. I had to tell one of them that I had an order. Not sure if she was a manager or if she was in charge of packing orders.. she was older with black hair in ponytail with a red shirt. Placed my order down on the counter and walked off..I had to ask the young lady working there if that was my order that she just placed there. Bizarre behavior for someone in customer service

The food is usually okay. About 25% to f the time the chicken seems old and past its prime. The service is pitiful. We went to the 2 lane drive thru and they never took our order. Three cars in the other lane order and went through. We eventually had to just pull through and drive out. I went inside and they were unaware of the situation. It was June 17, 2023 so if you were in line that evening, you probably were getting concerned as well. They offered to take my order once I was inside, but I declined. The ambiance is indifference and like they don't care if you're there or not. Other times I've been there and they didn't put chicken in our breakfast burrito. So while we like the store and the manager, #gooch, the service is really hit or miss. So if your experience is like mine, you might wait 10 minutes for your #1 breakfast meal on a quiet, non busy morning. If you have to have to have it, go for it. But I recommend you pass.

First off, I want to start by saying service was quick and easy with Donavan M. It was me and my buddies first time dining at chick fil a, and I could of never thought to dream of better service! It was truly fantastic and I give my thanks fully to Donavan. He treated me and my buddies to a moist towlett and a mint. It was MINT to be! He complimented my buddy and you better believe we got him that extra tip! This experience was honestly truly unexpected and I didn't think chick-fil-a could be as fun as it was. The atmosphere in the play place was nothing compared to the experience we had with Donovan. I was there a few days ago at the drive thru for breakfast, I hadn't been to this location in a while and didn't realize after their remodeling the drive-thru lane closest to the building is now a mobile order pick up lane. When I realized I was in the wrong lane I told and apologized to the young girl who was standing in the next lane, she could've take my order right from where she was standing cause the all merge into one lane but since there was not a single car in the drive-thru she made me reverse my car halfway across the parking lot just to get on the next lane where she was standing so she can take my order which was very rude and arrogant on her part. Basically she wasn't going to move. They act so fake and polite when taking your order reading lines off the manual with such a fake smile. I'm sure the same care goes to making your food as well. The proof that this is a bad location, when do you ever see a Chick-fil-A drive-through completly empty specially during peak breakfast hours? Almost never even heard of.
