No offense to anybody but I pretty much never go to fast food places unless I have a good and solid reason as to why I have to be there. With that said, me writing a review about this fast-food chain never happens either and yet, I am writing one today. Why did I go here today? Because I have two $10 gift cards (as Christmas gifts) to this chain restaurant and wanted to use it. On top of that, I did need some protein to go along with the morning salad plate I made for breakfast this AM. Okay, let's go!I am not a Chick-fil-a virgin in any way. Just yesterday, my work ordered food from here (different location however) for everyone in the team during our office holiday celebration so I ate the nuggets, mac 'n cheese and salad. Another occasion was when (like 15+ years ago or so), a group of friends went here and I simply tagged along with them. I don't remember what I ate back then but I at least have some experience with this chain restaurant. This location of Chick-fi-A is less than 5 minutes' drive from my house (yup, I always see it when I go to Target in the same shopping center.) Parking is plenty at this location. This is definitely a plus. The time was a little past 10:30am, there were literally nobody inside except one person who had already finish ordering so he was simply waiting for his food hence I got assisted right away. The lady upfront was nice and pleasant. She took the time to explain when it came to the sauces for the nuggets or strips/tenders (yup, I only ordered chick nuggets and strips/tenders.)After I had paid for my food, I took the time to look around the dining area. I was a bit shocked to find that this place is quite roomy/spacious. It was also clean. And all the way back to the west side of the restaurant, there is a kids' (play) room. Wow, I had no clue. It kind of impressed me.A voice was heard from my left. It was the lady who assisted me at the ordering counter. She came out and handed me a bag of my food saying "Here you go!" Nice of her coming to me to personally hand me my food. Service is more than decent here.At home, I started my breakfast immediately. The chicken nuggets and strips/tenders were freshly made. The meat was nicely moistened; very tender. Between the two sauces I specified at the time of ordering (I got the Polynesian and the Chick-fil-A ones), I liked Chick-fil-A one much better.Well, I think I have a little change of mind about the fast-food restaurants now, at least a little bit. As my today's experience with this chain restaurant kind of exceeded my expectations, I can give it a nice 4-star.

This was my dad's "go-to" Chik-fil-A," and he even knew & exchanged phone numbers with the manager, "Captain Cody," as my dad respectfully & politely referred to him. However, ever since I landed back here, last August, to care for my dad - who fought COVID & lost (read: died of COVID, as a long-hauler), I've been hurt by how rude many of the staff at this location are, in terms of refusing to wear masks, or otherwise forgetting their manners & social graces - I.e., providing the kind of customer service we know, love, expect, and appreciate from Chik-fil-A. I think part of it is what I learned from the nearby location I recommend & prefer: CO Blvd & Yale. This location is undergoing an ownership & management change. This location abruptly & without advanced notice changed their hours, unpredictably, from closing at 10pm to 9pm, and once they told me they closed at 8pm, because "everyone wasn't feeling good" (read: sick). Not good, and definitely not what I want to hear from a location with so many staff skeptical of masks; who knows about vaccines. In parallel, they frequently don't fill the fries all the way up. If I'm going to splurge on junk food, I want to go all out - all the way. Once I said something, the manager fixed it, but the staff argued with him about throwing my fries out, and wanted to save them for a different customer, which is a violation of health code. They also do a terrible job listening. I order the Spicy Deluxe with Diet Lemonade, 3 Chik-Fil-A sauces for the fries, sometimes Mac & cheese, and sometimes a milkshake. Often, they entirely forget the 3 sauces, and give me 2. Other times, they give me 6+. I only need/want 3. No more; no less. 3. They've also overfilled my milkshake, before, such that it was higher than the height of the cup, and vulnerably relying on the lid to stay on. Of course, when I got home, it popped off & exploded all over my garage floor. That was "fun," complicated, and messy to clean up, hose off, and sweep away! When done, I returned, and Cody argued with me about it, reluctantly fixing it, after initially not believing me. I didn't tell him who my dad was, because he was so rude to me. And lastly, they never ask customers / remind you to use their app, unlike CO Blvd & Yale, who usually remind you to swipe & earn rewards. This is extremely annoying, given I never ate fast food in DC or SF, but came here almost daily, while my dad was in the hospital last August, and since then, while here - caring for my dad, before & during living here, after my dad sadly died unexpectedly, and I missed out on months of near daily meal points. I shredded the receipts, because I didn't know they even had an app, until they closet at 8 & 9pm a few weeks ago, and I learned of the app from the CO Blvd & Yale location. Hopefully new ownership & management will read this, and fix.

Sometimes the food actually isn't good -- at all. They always say if it doesn't taste good, bring it back... but I just wasn't raised that way! I wish they would let us know when they hand it to us, if it doesn't taste good, bring it back to the counter and we'll swap out your meal -- Overall...it's better than some fast food places in the area, but is it the end all be all? No. It's not.

The last few times I've been to this specific location I've spent over 20 minutes in the drive thru with very short lines, the workers are gossiping when I get to the window about previous customers making it awkward for myself, fries are never fresh even after such a long wait, and it really seems to be going down hill. It's such a shame because it's a very convenient location for me, however I will make sure I no longer stop at this location.

The employees are nice enough, but something is missing from my order every single time I visit this location. It's so frustrating. And then their solution is for me to drive all the way back to the restaurant to get the missing item. No thanks. It was almost $50 for three meals tonight so you would have hoped that everything was in the bag. I'm about fed up with this Chick-fil-A.

Somehow, this branch always manages to forget to put the sauces ordered in the bag. Small detail, but ruins the meal every time it happens. Shouldn't be the customers responsibility to make sure that what was ordered gets included

Refuse to make frosted sodas like almost every other chick fil a does. Will do frosted lemonade no problem. Doesn't make sense.

Every time I go to this chick fil a, they get something wrong. Either no drink, no sauce, order incorrect all together... it has become a joke in our house ever since moving that they haven't had a successful order, and it's true. Very poorly ran and I am disappointed every time which is such a rarity for the company. L chick fil a

So I grew up coming to this chick-fil-a with my family, we are Christian family who love god, so today when I got my usual order I decided to also get a cookie, I don't know if this was a joke or god telling me not to eat sugar, but I bit into this sugar circle and I was greeted with this surprise, i will not be taking my family to this business no longer..
