Food is good, went thru the drive thru &apparently your staff either can't add 20 pieces nuggets from your menu of either 8 pc or 12 pc nuggets?! Store staff should listen & not use bad attitude upon missing it on the order! Store staff & manager should definitely be retrained bc Joanna the mgr has a very poor & negative attitude. For a franchise that supposedly practices religious beliefs & have a belligerent & super bad attitude you folks NEED to check the way your staff listens & resolve problems with customers! Without customers You Chik Fil A staff wouldn't get paid! And for your store mgr to be negative & tell my daughter & her brother who was present placing the order; & Miss Store Mgr to not apologize rather tell us We can come back & we will be charged. No one asked or double check that the nuggets weren't placed?! So my one star is post a bad really freggin sucks!!! The ambiance makes for the negative, I religiously attitude manager & staff has! Yeah, CUSTOMER SERVICE is NON EXISTENT IN THIS STORE! Specially when the person in charge chooses to be negative & less than zero with her adamant POOR & Negative phone manners. Shame on your store & staff who work there!!!As I've complained prior- staff should make sure all orders are double & triple checked bc it your job! I dislike driving back short an item & having the manager tell me that we weren't charged & she answers to no one?! REALLY Joanne- You need better phone manners with customers especially if you're representing a store that is closed in Sundays bc of religious beliefs. Maybe You shouldn't work there & lead staff with bad attitude- SHAME on you Miss!!! Bad, Terrible & less than zero CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Thx for nuthin

The person who took my order was unfocused and monotone. I waited for my drink at the counter because it was unclear it was going to come out with the meal. We sat down and waited for our food for 5 minutes, when they brought the food out it was in a bag. They didnt even ask if we wanted to dine in or carryout. I looked around saw everyone was eating from bags, so theyre just not offering trays anymore? Then, when i drank my cherry coke it didnt taste right and my sandwich was missing pickles when i specifically asked for pickles. Im very disappointed, I expect higher quality service from Chickfila.

Super long line around 5:30; I went through the drive through. I wasn't horrible in terms of time considering how busy they were. They had 3 staff taking orders outside...I can tell they were doing their best to push through the line. Food is great as always! Friendly staff too.

I'm extremely frustrated with the online order app. I've ordered a handful of times ahead so that when I get to the restaurant, grab my order and go and not wait (you would think that's the whole point of it right? WRONG) they make me wait close to 10 minutes every time I arrive and have me pull into a waiting parking spot for me to get my order. That's the whole point of ordering online ahead of time so that I don't have to wait, if that's the case don't offer it. The people ordering at the drive thru take off way before I do

I love this location and how consistent their food quality and service is. I have never received a burned buns like I did at another location. This one is run like a Navy ship; everything is done to perfection and the employees are friendly and always greet you.

This is the second time that I have been through the drive-thru and the young women who are supposed to take your order refuse to take mine. They took everyone else's order except mine.. They tell me that I have to drive up to the window to place an order. There are three of you standing there but I was refused service. I then had to order out of place only to receive lukewarm fries and a watered-down Arnold Palmer. Refusing to take my order but everyone in front and behind me felt discriminatory (for the second time)... I will be placing all of my business food purchases somewhere else. This was around 11:00 a.m. on 8-31-24.. Never again...
