Drive Thru is super convenient - it is consistently packed but moves pretty quickly. The staff is kind and they truly load you up with sauces. Our food was standard Chick-fil-A fare but was good quality and made well. It's getting a bit pricy, but great for a quick meal!

Stole my card in drive thru, called a spoke to a manager who was supposed to look into the multiple charges made at the restaurant and never got a call back. Collected my physical card from the restaurant and had to report it stolen due to their staffs dishonesty and dispute charges.Still waiting on that call back from the manager...

Is it me or is food getting pricey? My fave fast food (and my doggie's) is just a-ok this time. 30pack nuggets and a grilled chicken club was $38! For that, we only eat half so we can make two meals out of our order. The bun on the sammy was cold (expected since we did drive thru) but also stale. The chicken nuggets kinda soggy (not crispy like the usje). Air fryer to the rescue.

They don't do refunds -- so if you don't have all your food by the time you get home you have to eat the money or drive back and wait to get the food that was missed which is pretty ridiculous

We went through the drive thru to get a key lime frosted lemonade. We asked for whipped cream and a cherry. She told me she couldn't add a cherry because it wasn't on her iPad. We also asked for a small cup of whipped cream for our pup. She said tell them at the drive thru and they will give it to you. When we pulled around, he told me they couldn't give me a small cup of whipped cream at this location. What does that even mean? The food is always good here, but the service and leadership is sub par compared to other locations. They can do better!

Although this parking lot has many spots, they don't have enough signs or employees to direct the rude and entitled drivers from blocking the entrance into the lot. Since the lines were long, we decided to order on the app. Went inside and waited longer than the 6-10 minute window given. There was only one employee taking orders inside. The employee calling online orders perseverated on one name that wasn't present, while three other customers that were, continued to wait. Eventually, a cook was brought out to help take inside orders. Systems definitely need to be reviewed. It was not "my pleasure" to visit this Chick Fil-A.

This Chick Fil A just gets worse and worse the more I visit. No matter what time of day, it is crazy busy and I even try the hack of parking my car and walking in (so not American!!) and it's crazy town inside too. There doesn't seem to be a lot of organization inside so I just hang out and dodge people while I wait for the order. They also don't do whipped cream in cups for the pups so that takes them down a couple notches as well.If I didn't love waffle fries and chicken sandwiches so much I wouldn't come here but now I'm at the point where I would rather drive a little further to visit another location.

Currently closed for remodeling but can't wait till they reopen. Sometimes I eat here just to have my faith in humanity restored. Seriously really nice and competent staff and yummy fast food. The line is always crazy long but it goes super fast. Chick fil a should be running our government.

I want to say thank you to Stanley and the group at Chick-fil-a on Smokey hill road. There was a mistake made on our meal, we ordered a Spicy sandwich meal, Cobb salad and a nugget meal. What we received was 2 kids meals. Needless to say, when I walked in and asked for the manager, Stanley stepped up and refunded our meal.Stanley was kind, concerned and apologized. Check-fil-a......you have a great employee in your corporation!!

The location was clean, the staff was friendly and the food came out quickly. I was shocked by the price and smaller portion sizes. Ordered 3 meals and upgraded to milkshakes and paid $48. Ive been enjoying Chick Fil A for years, and this was by far the THINNEST chicken sandwhich I've ever eaten. More breading than actual meat which was very disappointing for the price increase. Will say for that much money, I'll go to a sit down restaurant and order a full piece of chicken sandwhich.
