What a fun concept. This was my first time ever going to Cheba Subs. It's a chain so I kind of expected your typical subway vibe but boy was I wrong! They really leaned into the Colorado Stoner vibe. I wasn't sure what to order but luckily the helpful employee at the counter gave me some suggestions. I settled on their Kali Mist (spicy club) sandwich. It was SO good! Perfectly toasted with just the right amount of spice. I intended to only eat half of the sandwich but ended up eating the whole thing.Unfortunately, when I visited, I was headed to work otherwise I would've pulled up a chair at their bar. It looked like they had a good selection of local brews from around Colorado. I've never seen a bar inside a sandwich shop but I'm not complaining! Definitely seemed like a great place to hang out for a bit. I will say, it does take a while for your sandwich to come out. So if you're in a hurry, order ahead. They have an app you can download and order from that makes things super easy if you're pressed for time.

Ordered a blunt sized BLT with extra Bacon. I guess they hold the bacon and give extra lettuce and mayo. Pretty expensive lettuce sandwich. Guess this place is made for stoners and ran by them as well.Thanks Cheba Hut!

I'm with the better half and we stopped in for a bite. One of my fav sandwich places. She got a blt and I went with the bowl of balls. Don't judge!!!! The sandwich was toasted to perfection and a little spicy like we prefer. The balls were wry premade and covered with cheese and bell pepper. Not bad but not great. They kinda tasted like Costco. I would order them again to keep the calories down and wish they had a salad for my next trip. We'll see

The food and service are amazing! In classic Cheba hut fashion the ambiance is very laid back. Can wait to hang out on the patio next summer! Brittanie is the best sit at her bar for a delicious bluebird daze and game of connect four; you won't regret it!

Took :20 minutes to receive 2 sandwiches. Not special ordered either. Ugh. Way too long. Yes it was 11:40am and there was a line 8 deep waiting. I should have gone with my guy and left for elsewhere. Not that they weren't working hard. Just too long to wait for 2 sandwiches!!!

I'm only giving it 3 stars for an average. This is my go to sub shop since it opened. I'm from Dallas and we have a couple there and normally good stuff. Tonight's order out would've given a one star because I ordered the 5-0, and I legit had to take the lettuce out of the sandwich so I could even tell that there was meat in it. Really disappointing

The food is good. But the service sucks. Ordered on Uber eats, waited an hour only to have my order canceled & they told two different delivery drivers my food was picked up already? Nope. You let someone just take the food. Remake it in this case.
