Charley's Grilled Subs

Obviously the food is great, but that's not even why my rating is so high. The manager was so unbelievably kind and helped me out in a time of need. He wanted to make sure I was taken care of. The customer service I just experienced was top notch

So the sandwich was good, no complaints. The "Fresh" Garden salad is just a bowl of sadness. Wilted, brown and dried out cucumbers. Also employees seemed a bit rushed and unable to deal with Friday Lunch traffic. I'll eat here again just never order the"Fresh" garden salad.

Keep in mind this review has to do with the service which made my food horrible!The cashier couldn't order our food right .. How hard is it to take off onions off a sandwich and not mess up a whole order .. She charged us for 3 sandwiches when we only ordered 2 and when we wanted the "manager" to check out our order she was more clueless and RUDE than the cashier! It's not brain science to input food on a computer I've worked in the food service industry before! I swear we were up there at least 15 min trying to place a simple order that should have taken about 3 min ! NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN I was close to telling them to just give me my money back and I'll go order something some where else

I work east coast time from Colorado. Which means 10AM is lunch for me. You guys are always ready and prepared to open. Thank you! Staff is always friendly

This place is fantastic, very authentic food hot and fresh and most of all fast would highly recommend if your in the area

Ordered two subs on a friday night. They were supposed to come with lettuce and tomatoes, but only came with meat/cheese. The bread tasted stale. The sandwiches were haphazardly put together. The fries tasted almost like raw potatoes. It's like no one cares at all about quality at this store. At all. Pick another sub shop to go to. This place isn't worth your time or money.

Best Philly Cheesesteaks. Same quality as the Flatiron Mall location. Food is always HOT!!!! Great customer service.

The food is always good here and is consistent every visit I made. They are also freshly made in front of you every time. Sometimes the wait time is long especially when the mall is busy.
