If there was a lower rating I would. I ordered a combo meal with my grilled onions to the side. It was even on my receipt. I proceeded down to the other end to pick up my sandwich and the cook assured me that I would not be getting my onions on the side and that he had been there nine years. He said it was his place and he had no affiliation with the Charlie's at the other malls and I would have to get my sandwich the way it comes. He asked me why "I was being so difficult " And stated it was too hard for him to put the onions on the side. I asked Who the manager was at this location and one of the ladies assisting him stated it was none of my effing business. All over some onions. I requested my money back and told him to have a lovely day. He responded by yelling again but I just walked away. I Purchased the onions which means I was the new owner, you wouldn't think it would be so much trouble to get them on the side. Peoples egos at this place are very inflated and the customer service was obviously terrible.The woman in front of me spilled her drink and there was only the two of us there... do you think any one of the four people standing there doing nothing, came and helped her, nope. They just watched her try and clean up the ice and drink off the floor.It was at the Colorado Mills location and I'm sure I'm not the only one dealing with the same thing, from the same rude guy. I would never return to that location. Not out of anger but I have too much self-respect to let people treat me that way.

This place is so unprofessional. I ordered a sandwich as a combo and it was almost 17 dollars which is insane for the lack of meat and cold fries. I guess I should expect nothing else when the two girls are fight with each other while waiting on guests rolling eye at one another and the other two guys the cooks are just talking crap to one of the girls. Grow up and work!!! Pathetic.

We went to Colorado Mills Mall coz Hubs wanted to find something aka "shopping". Since its lunch time, we head to this Charley's Philly Steak which is situated in the Food Court of Colorado Mills Mall.This recent visit was on Sunday September 27th 2015. Time was about 13:10hrs ish. We ordered the following items :* Combo Meal ($2.69) with Philly Cheese Steak (SMALL) ($5.59), (Regular) Cheese Fries ($1.00), and Blueberry Lemonade (Regular) ($0.70)* Combo Meal ($2.69) with Philly Cheese Steak (LARGE) ($9.29), (Regular) Cheese Fries ($1.00) and Soft Drink aka Fountain Drink (LARGE) ($0.40) - Hubs orderYou are allowed to have refills ONLY for the Fountain Drinks, NOT the Lemonades. *SIGH*The Philly Steak Cheese comes with Steak, Grilled Onions, Green Peppers, Mushroom and White American Cheese. The Cheese Fries are "drizzled" with Cheddar Cheese Sauce. My order of Blueberry Lemonade, was just Lemonade though they put some Blueberry in it. Overall, all is OK. Ordered on DoorDash. Realized I forgot to select toppings for the steak philly so I just got it with steak, green peppers, and cheese. Should have gotten xtra cheese but it was good. Soft bread and super tasty meat and cheese. Also tried the peperoni/salami deli philly and fries. All really good. Woukd probably be even better fresh, in-store but delivery was great too. Will definitely order again. Yum

Cooks are not all following COVID guidelines. Today, the individual scraping the grill had his mask half covering his face essentially breathing down on the grill on every scrape. I asked them to cancel my order upon viewing this. Stay away!!!!
