Honestly not too bad! Service was quick and food was good. The bread kind of reminded me of Subway... I must admit i do love Subway every now and then. I think this was the first time since I was a kid that I've had a Philly cheesesteak, so I think this was a great start.

First time having a Philly cheesesteak and I wasn't disappointed. The steak was good and there was a good amount of cheese. The bun was a bit soggy on the bottom from the juices but that didn't bother me. I felt like I haven't had enough cheesesteak subs to know what's a good one. Overall it was a good sub.

Make sure you get the Philly cheesesteak here because it is excellent. I got the number seven without mayonnaise because no self-respecting Philadelphia area person puts mayonnaise on a cheesesteak. The white American cheese is very tasty along with the toasted roll. I'm originally from the Philadelphia area and have tried virtually every cheesesteak in Colorado and can honestly say this is the best I've had.

Using Uber Eats.. my driver is outside waiting for my order. One cheesesteak and an order of fries. Placed order 40 minutes ago. Driver has been waiting 20 minutes. I even paid the extra so it would come straight here.. They don't answer the phone when you call either.

Food is average pretty much what you can expect from a chain fast food place, not great but not terrible. The staff is BEYOND RUDE! In the many times I've visited this location out or pure convenience I've seen staff curse out other customers as well as throw food over the counter at customer. The managers don't seem to care especially since they partake in it. I do eat here every once in awhile but try to avoid it as much as possible.

I don't know if I have ever done a Yelp review but I just had to after going to Charley's Cheesesteaks at the Aurora Mall in Aurora CO. This picture shows at top, a totally unedited photo of what their app shows their regular Philly cheesesteak to look like. The photo on the bottom is of the completely untouched sandwich I received upon ordering the item in the top picture. This picture of my order has not been edited whatsoever. I don't know how it's possibly legal for them to serve food so drastically different and subpar than what they advertise their menu options to be like. Do not dare waste your money here. I will be making sure to always tell people not to go here going forward. This is a level of false advertising that outdoes all instances of false advertising I have ever seen in my life. I don't know how they're allowed to stay in business based on just this one picture comparison example alone. Don't waste your money here!
