Chambers Wines & Liquors

This is one of the best spots to look for a good wine. Almost half of the store is filled with wine selections from affordable and high end prices. Then you've got your hard liquors, which I love to browse for all the cool and unique bottles. Everything is organized and easy to find with aisle labels and an easy layout. The staff are helpful and know a lot about their selection. I don't know much about wine and the gentleman working lead me to some great options for what I was looking for. Awesome wine and liquor store!

Bought my house 5 years ago and came in to buy something to celebrate. Mind you I am significantly younger than the regular crowd that shops here (which is why I never received a call). Requested a specific bottle they didn't have in stock, and was told to fill out some sheet and they would contact me when they got one. Some time went by and I was never contacted. After Covid I went in search of another bottle of something similar and was met with the same outcome: fill out this sheet and we will call you. Well.....That was 5 YEARS ago and I have yet to be contacted for either bottle.

Always find what I'm looking for and the staff are always so helpful. We recently had a chance to try the "Lazy Pour" margaritas & sure enough they had them in the cooler!

My go to for specialty items and last minute gifts! They truly have the best selection in Aurora and in Colorado. Amazing affordable prices. Also amazing customer service! Every time I go there I feel like at least three or five employees offered to help me. I recently went in to purchase AD laws or Makers 46 and every employee was super helpful. Unfortunately I didn't realize that Covid also affected glass and so many liquor stores are challenged with getting inventory for whiskey and even wine! I went in to purchase board gift items for work and several of the staff members were very helpful and helping me to select the right gift for the right person. I often stop by this liquor store to purchase little alcohol shooters. They have the best selection and affordable prices! I'm from Hawaii so I often stop by to pick up different shooters to make a shooter lei for birthdays and special locations.

What is there not to like about Chambers Liquors? Sure, one could go anywhere for vodka or beer or whiskey but its the wine selection that brings me out away from home.I am a big fan of supporting local business and that includes the wineries. The Colorado wine section is bountiful! St. Kathryn's, Blue Mountain Vineyards, Ballisteri....but Chambers is the only place I can find Cottonwood Cellars. So when I shop here, I buy all they have, especially the White Pinot Noir. It is by far the best Pinot ever! It must be most popular too because there were only two bottles compared to the cases available of everything else. The store is always clean and is very well organized. I can find product easily and at decent prices. The staff is also kind and helpful (Who offers to help take my purchase to my car for me??? This place does!)

Please stop carrying Russian Standard vodka. It is made in Russia, and you are supporting the Russian economy by purchasing this product. Please join others in boycotting ALL Russian products until they leave Ukraine. Additionally, there is so much good vodka - BETTER vodka - made here in the U.S. (and in Poland, Finland, etc.).

I believe this is the best liquor store in the area by far. The selection is large for anything you need and the staff is very knowledgeable and can point you in the right direction and recommend something new.There are stores closer to my home but this is where I choose to go.

Decent prices but shockingly bad customer service and should be avoided. The last straw was an experience with an extremely rude manager named Brian who refused to honor a very straight forward email promotion (15% off all wine and liquor)... he lied and claimed the promotion didn't include the bottle i was purchasing (completely made up) and walked away from me saying "take it or leave it." Too many other choices in town to put up with that attitude.

I recently ordered some beer for delivery. I asked for a total on the phone and was quoted $87 and some change. When the charge came through on delivery day the total was $107 and change. I called the store to ask about the discrepancy and they basically said "oops!". They offered to cancel the order but at that point I had no time left to make other arrangements. I didn't question the price at the time because it seemed to be about right base on the typical price for what I ordered plus tax and delivery. Turns out they charge full price on product ordered for delivery instead of the price you'd pay if you walked into the store. This wasn't mentioned on the website or when I ordered. In reality this made the shipping fee for my order about $30 on about $70 of alcohol. Tough to say whether this was a mistake or deceptive but to me the right thing to do would have been to honor the price I was quoted.On the positive side the order showed up on time.Moral of the story: If you put in an order for delivery be sure to make them clarify the price they give you over the phone.

The man who helped us was amazing and gave great recommendations! The older gentleman wearing black gloves who was making fun of us for asking for help was less than great. "At least they have the right store" he said while making faces, which made me question if I actually did or not.
