My friends from Greeley recommend "Cazadores" for dinner while I was visiting. Three of us went tonight for dinner and I found the experience to be delightful. The restaurant is located in the Westlake Village Shopping Center in Greeley. Although the facade is understated, the interior is quaint and charming with painted murals of Mexican scenes on the walls. There is a bar area, a outdoor patio for warm weather, a smaller room for parties, and the main dining area with a tortilla station just off the entry. Our waitress was Sonia, who happened to be a daughter of the owner and who was sweet and very helpful and attentive. We ordered the house margaritas and our entrees . The margaritas came in large goblets and were delicious and powerful. Bowls of house made chips and salsa were great and refills were prompt. The made at the table guacamole was delicious and prepared us for our entrees. The Cazadores especial for two and the daily special (Poblano Rellenos) were served on large, HOT, platters and made three people who had been cross country skiing very happy! The food was delicious, the music was not intrusive, and the service was excellent. My friends did not steer me wrong. We had a wonderful dinner.

Wow - I can't believe there aren't better reviews on here if this place. We had lunch here prior to our appt with UNC and let me say, st 8:51pm, I'm still food drunk. First off, their chips and salsa are amazing. We drank three vats of their salsa and went through 2 1-2 baskets of their fresh-warm-scrumptious chips! Homemade too...totally. I had the enchiladas Suiza - holy crap. Let me say that their tomatillo sauce was just sick...sick good! I could be wrong but I bet they threw a little chicken stock in that hypnotic shit!!! Those enchiladas had sooo much flavor - seriously America, just stop the Tamale already and walk away...just walk away. My colleague had this pollo in creme thing is which, he let me sip a chip into. Jes-sus-Mary-Jane!!!! Crazy Rich, savory and just flat out amazing. Ether we caught this place on just the right day or all the cooks in the kitchen had just been given a huge raise and/or their green cards. (Just teasing there - don't freak out on me America)This place rocked. From the lovely woman who greeted us (I'm assuming the owner) to the gracious/friendly server. This place is A+++ all the way. My humble apologies the half-eaten lunch photo :).

this place was a good hangout on Fridays with friends and family, when the owner and his wife were around.last night was the second bad experience here, a Mexican restaurant that wont play Mexican music and only biker music at their bar.and last night the bartenders on a rude tone said he was tired and didn't had energy to be up and down and went to tell the owners daughter and she came and repeated it to us all rude.we are not coming back ever.

Was looking forward to trying this place since I recently moved to the area , and was so disappointed , the service was bad, the food lacked flavor , the house salsa had no taste so I asked the server for a hotter salsa and she brought the same flavorless salsa but was green instead of red. I don't mind spending money on a good meal, however for the amount of money I spent here , I would have had a better experience at Taco Bell for a less money

The food was delicious and I'm from Texas so I know good food when I taste it, the flour tortillas are hand made and remind me of tortillas from San Antonio . The owner is so nice and willing to accommodate any cooking styles and combinations you prefer . This restaurant wants their customers to feel at home.

I went to this restaurant with my girlfriend with a valid coupon from val-pak and they refused to honor their own coupon. As a matter of fact, I should have been able to use at one of the three options listed. They refused. I will not go back to Cazadores again!! There are plenty of other Mexican restaurant's that honor their coupons willingly. When my girlfriend talked to Cassandra, (supervisor?) she said that yes, they should have honored the coupon and that she was sorry. I'm sorry Too!!! Because that's a terrible way to run a business. I hope the little bit of money that you felt necessary to cheat us out of is worth losing our business and the business of everyone we talk to.

The food was awesome and the service was great! Took a bit of time for the food, but it was awesome when it did come out. The service here has always been great and we like to frequent here because of just that.

The food here is hit or miss I have had really good things and then really awful food, I ordered a pork burrito and the pork was very obviously old and had not been cooked that day or the day before it was bone dry. The real reason I am writing this review is because of their terrible customer service every time I come in it takes a long time for the greeter to even notice and seat us or give the pick up. The last time I ordered from there they didnt give us any food and said they could not refund it even after being shown the online receipt.

My family has eaten at Cazadores for several years. Today, I took my granddaughter to lunch. We both ordered enchiladas and the corn tortillas we do thick and hard that I couldn't eat them. When I told the waitress about them, she said well that's the way the tortillas come in. There's nothing we can do about it. I paid $40 for a meal that we could not eat. I will not go back to this restaurant.
