CAVA

CAVA has been a go to spot on several occasions. It's a bit of a casual fast food, create your own, or order curated dishes, but not in the way that makes you think of processed food or gross ingredients. Your body and health are respected here. It's nice to see your food being made, make edits as needed and interact with the friendly staff who always come across as happy to be there and chatting with you. I'm a fan. I love spice and CAVA never disappoints. I also love that feeling you get when you can get in and get out, honor your body and not hit that 2 pm slump. Score.

The food is decent but this location does not seem to be managed well. One of the employees had a bit of an attitude and rolled their eyes at my friend while she was ordering. I got a salad and the employee was picking out slimy pieces from the greens and tossing them into trash can. Thanks, I guess? It seems that they should do that at the beginning of the day. A couple of us got meals that are supposed to include pita but it wasn't offered to us and we had to go back and ask for it, so overall i wasn't particularly impressed with the service here. There is a good amount of seating and they were pretty busy around lunchtime. It's a nice part of town but street parking can be a challenge.

Good Lordy this place is my actual heaven. I LOVE Cava! I've only ever gotten the grain bowl here and it would take a lot for me to ever deviate from this order because it's perfection in my opinion. I typically order ahead and pick up my order on the counter and have no issues. Every now and then they'll forget the free pita, and the parking is a pain in this area. But the food is always fresh and delicious. My go to order:Saffron Basmati Rice, Crazy Feta®, Harissa, Roasted Eggplant Dip, Harissa Honey Chicken, Roasted Vegetables, Salt-Brined Pickles, Tomato + Onion, Fire Roasted Corn, Fiery Broccoli, Tomato + Cucumber, Persian Cucumber, Kalamata Olives, Shredded Romaine, Lemon Herb Tahini, Free Side Pita, Skhug

I've seen Cava all over and have never tried it before. I've heard it's like the "Chipotle" of Mediterranean food where you can pick and choose toppings and build your own bowl.I'm visiting a friend in Denver and didn't have a lot of time to eat so decided to pick up Cava since it was nearby. I appreciate the fact that there are plenty of vegan options and everything is clearly labeled with ingredients spelled out so I know what sauces and toppings I can pick.I decided to go for their Falafel Pita just to get a good taste of the most commonly ordered veggie option.Unfortunately, I was not impressed. The falafel is the weirdest falafel I've ever seen. It looked baked and a color I've never seen falafel before. Usually falafel is dark brown on the outside and greenish/yellow/brown on the inside but this was all light brown throughout. The wrap was decent, you can easily find way better pita bread in grocery stores.The veggies seemed fine but the sauce was way too tangy and acidic and didn't balance out the wrap very wellOverall, I almost tossed the whole thing but decided to save half and ate it later when I was hungry without the option to get food quickly again. Not bad pricing for the portion size, especially since there's no upcharge for veggie protein. But I don't see myself coming back to try Cava again anytime soon.

Great place to get a fresh healthy meal. The Mediterranean version of Chipotle. Definitely would recommend. We went on a Sunday afternoon and they were a little short handed, but so worth the wait. Nice portion sizes.

Clean urban fast food vibe with service where they prepare your food as you pick what you want walking down the bar. It's a pretty tasty and healthier side fast food and we like this restaurant.

2023 S Colorado Blvd unit 101 - What lovely "fast food" service! I walked in pretty stressed and distracted (& having not been to CAVA in about two years I wasn't sure what I wanted) and the staff member who helped me was so patient and kind. They also have a thorough allergen menu and it's great for gluten free, vegan, and vegetarian.

So, let me start by saying that I have been a loyal CAVA fan since the beginning. I love the quality of the food, how fresh it is, and all of the unique customizable options they offer us! However, the 3 stars is because this is the third time in a week, at two different locations, that the plain chicken has been incredibly spicy. It was so spicy that I could not enjoy my meal. Please please change the formula back so we can continue to enjoy the wonderful CAVA we love and know!

I'm convinced this place is heaven! CAVA is one of my favorite places to eat at so it's a bummer that they don't have a place in Colorado Springs. The bowls were tasty and just like I remember fr the first time I tried it. I love how you can get unlimited toppings and pita on the side. If you love Mediterranean or building your own bowl this is the place to come. The line was long but it moved pretty fast so it wasn't an issue. The workers there are also friendly, Can't wait to be back this place is amazing!

I love this place. For a quick, healthy and tasty lunch or dinner. You go down the line and pick your entree either a bowl, salad or wrap and then add all of your toppings. I also chose the harissa chicken bowl with lettuce and basmati rice. You have to add the side pita chips. They are crispy but soft and chewy and salty!
