Chef Ken & Mykah were amazing! The food was delicious and affordable for the amount you get.You can choose from steak, lamb, and chicken. You can choose between a wrap or a bowl.I got the build your own bowl I added greens, rice, and lentils. My protein choices included half lamb and half spicy chicken. You also get to choose other toppings including corn, feta, cucumbers, and so much more. They also have a vegan option which would be falafel.Overall amazing food and service, highly recommend them.

I come to this location about once a week, and it never fails me... The staff is always so kind and sometimes remembers my exact order. The food is always fresh, and extremely consistent with flavor. The restaurant itself is always clean and inviting. It's been great to see the younger generation working so hard (that's rare these days) great job, Cava!

This CAVA was extremely poorly run when I went. There was only a couple people in line and it took forever to get through. They were out of multiple items. I found bones in the chicken in my bowl. The staff was yelling at one another - it could've just been a rough day on the job, but I likely won't be returning to this location.

Rated a 3 not because of the food - it was delicious, fresh, and flavorful. The rating is because of wait time and lack of information. At 11:45 am in a Tuesday there were already 14 people in line and an additional 7 waiting for pick up orders. Clearly they needed more staff they had 3 people working the counter area. Like a Chipotle where you order and they build your meal in front of you. They clearly needed at least another person taking orders and two cashiers. Additionally, this was my first time at a CAVA. I didn't know what to expect. When I walked in and looked up at the menu the build your own bowl gave vague instructions (pick 2 proteins,etc). There should be menus of even signage on the walls/windows that display the list of ingredients to select from. This would also speed up the process when ordering.

I think I've found my new favorite go-to when I'm seeking a low-carb meal option.I've had the Greek salad twice now, going with steak the first time and half chicken, half spicy lamb meatballs as my protein choice my 2nd order. The tzatziki sauce and hummus were both delicious and I loved that I could choose my veggies (cucumber and tomatoes are my jam). The crazy feta is also a great spicy option.To me, Cava is the Mediterranean version of Chipotle - only so much better!The grain bowls look interesting to me, but I generally look for low carb options (although I read they have something called RightRice, that is made from lentil, pea, and chickpea flours that I may have to try out).In the land of many fast/casual food options in Castle Rock - Cava is a welcome addition for me!

I'm telling you rn CAVA is worth all the hype. Coming from someone who adores Chipotle this place is on another level. Ive been a huge fan of CAVA since I first tried it and it hits every time. I've never gone and have been dissatisfied with my meal. It can get pretty packed but the service is fast and the staff are friendly. If you love Mediterranean food CAVA is authentic and just that good. I live in Colorado Springs and CAVA isn't there so if I find myself in Castle Rock you bet I'm stopping there.

I have been craving for CAVA ever since I had them in Southern California. While visiting Colorado Springs, I noticed the closest CAVA to me was this location right across from the outlets. We ordered the harissa avocado, steak mezze and the spicy lamb meatball wraps. For the bowls, we were able to add on up to 3 scoops of sauces and unlimited toppings. The only reason why I knocked off 1 star was because all the tables seemed to be sticky like it was not cleaned properly. While we were seated, Chef Ken walked over to us to let us know that there would be some new menu items being introduced next week and while talking to him, he asked if we would like to try their ranch pita chips. We gladly accepted and let me tell you, the ranch pita chips were really good! Thank you, Chef Ken for the kind gesture. The food here is fresh and delicious! If we are ever back here visiting, we will definitely be coming back!

Quick, healthy Mediterranean! Everyone here is always so friendly. It's like chipotle but tastier and a little more variety in my opinion. Never really considered ordering pita chips, but got an offer for a free order, best chips I've ever had!

Good food, but my goodness every time I come in the place is dirty and filthy. I have to clean my own table. It's off putting. Last time I came in I spent about 40 min in the restaurant with a friend and the tables were not wiped a single time while I was there. Every single one of them was dirty. I hope the management fixes the issue. I generally love the Cava food.

Shopping out the outlets today and got hungry so we drove over yo Cava for a healthy bowl . Evan was awesome on the line . Great job Evan !
