As a shake "connoisseur"..... for the hype I was pretty disappointed, and it's exceptionally expensive too. The quality was not at all above par IMO.

Such a hidden gem in Castle Rock! If you're looking for a pick-me-up that's tasty and healthy, this is a must. The owners were so friendly and knowledgeable about their products and how they benefit you. I will definitely be back, especially after a hike in the summer sun ;-) Their shakes are meal replacements, which also makes it easy for a busy mom like myself!

I can't say enough about this place! I love their delicious shakes, and it's a great meal supplement. Their teas are delicious and I love the aloe shot. The employees are extremely helpful, and the owners are the nicest people! My only complaint is the cost, it's extremely expensive for a shake.

Love this place! The staff is great and there are so many incredible options! My only complaint is I go in only wanting a shake but have to pay $10 for a shake, aloe shot and tea when I don't even want a tea or aloe, they always end up in the trash. Wish I could just buy the shake!

Love this place! I work next door and I go down once or twice a week to grab a boosted tea and an aloe shot. The raspberry lemonade boosted tea is my favorite. The owners are siblings and they are so friendly! They always strike up a conversation which is a nice brain break from work.

Wanted something different today. I had a meal replacement shake that was awesome. I will go back and try another one! I feel good! Good Job!

Such a great stop for delicious and healthy protein shakes and energizing teas. I haven't tried a single thing that I didn't love. They have the kindest owners and friendly workers that always brighten my day. Plus being greeted by the dogs is the best! Recommend 110%
