Customer service is outstanding. They go above and beyond to help you find the particular brand of wine, liquor, beer, etc that you are looking for.We always find our regular wines as well as something new to enjoy.

This liquor store has a fantastic selection and it's close to everything I need. Their wine selection is superb. Loyal customer, Castle, Pines..

Great little neighborhood wine purveyor. Their wine selection is reasonably thorough, and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful.Full selection of distilled goods and mainline beers, too. For dietary reasons, I avoid grains, so I don't shop for beers or whiskies too often. I have noticed a couple Mexican beers, and old standbys like Guinness in their cooler, however.I prefer vodkas and tequilas and their selection of these, while not especially complete, contains some of the better known mid-grades of each.

Have shopping at this store for the 9 years, since moving to Castle Pines. Initially shopped at other liquor stores, but found that CPN has the best prices and a great selection! Several times I wanted a specific product they did not carry. The store owner, Gary, was able to get it for me and in many cases started carrying it. I have found the staff on all there products from scotch, whiskey, wine and beer. I read some prior reviews that were not so positive, but see most of them are not current, at least 2 years or more old.

I was a regular here until my last experience. I have always felt super helped out and comfortable but the last time I went a male working there said some comments I thought were pretty inappropriate. Looks like I will be finding another place to go to.

Hate this place. Every time I come in no one greets me. Last time I came in there were 3 guys standing at the counter watching tv and not even a single hello. I got my bottle and walked up to the counter and even then he didn't say anything. All he did was ring up the purchase and ask me if I wanted a bag. This place is terrible for customer service. Only good if you're in a pinch for somewhere close!!!!!! The owner is even a douche. Ive had to wait while the owner stepped in front of me. Awesome!

Save yourself the hassle and drive two blocks to True Liquors where you will actually get QUALITY customer service and reasonable prices. There's almost no reason to come to this place unless you want to be treated disrespectfully and pay more money for it.

Just stopped in again to replenish our stash! This little shop has the best prices on a great selection of wines. I also love how friendly the clerks are to everyone who enters! Don't let the small strip mall store front fool you...this place is a gem!

Every time I've walked through the door I feel and see the employees just wish they weren't there. This is a small community where people get to know each other so it doesn't take many visits to notice if it's welcoming or not, but at this business forget it. I started noticing that I've come to feel that it's a total inconvenience to walk in there because nobody really wants to help you in any way whatsoever like they always have something else to do it and it's the last thing to want to help you. I've tried to ask employees just normal things when checking out too like hi, how are you, but most seem to have a wall a mile high around themselves and could care nothing about interacting with you. A very unsettling feeling like you just shouldn't be walking through the door in the first place because nobody wants to be working there or be inconvenienced in any way.

I have been a client of Caslte pines North wine and spirits for a couple pf years now and have to say that they continue to impress me. Everytime I go in they greet me with a warm smile, it really feels welcoming. I have noticed lately (say the last couple of months) that they have become more friendly and welcoming. It seems that they continue to improve on their already great service. I love how when I have questions everyone it seems has great, did I say GREAT recommendations whether it is wine, beer, or scotch! Just wanted to say a thank you for being a great business
