Carriage Shoppes Tea Room

What a treasure! Found this place by chance and am so glad I did! Made a reservation online and then had to change it and Christine was very accommodating. The tea selection is very broad, as is the lunch menu. The food was amazing. Everything is homemade and delicious! From the mushroom soup to the quiche, the Monte Cristo sandwich and the scone, every bite was divine!Each room is decorated differently and the tea cups are beautiful. My aunt and I enjoyed every minute of our time there and are looking forward to returning!

I am sitting in a beautiful adjacent room...listening to a group of people, a family...having high tea. Great grandmother, greandmothers, mother, children and grandchildren. No phones. They are talking about traditions, fav meals, when they were young, lessons learned....and everyone is engaged...even the young children...What a treasure. I glanced into the room and saw a room full of smiling people. Happy to be together..happy for this moment.

This is a cute little place with boutique items and a tea room. Has a restroom too. Great service.

Located on Main St. in Elizabeth is this adorable tea room. The inside feels super cozy with multiple separate rooms with tables. You'll feel like you're at your grandma's place. We came for a high tea for Mother's Day and has a wonderful time. The have an amazing tea selection and it was picking just which tea to drink. Then the food came and everything was delicious and made with so much care. I'm glad to know this place is here. It would be a great place for birthdays or any kind of shower.

Everything about this little place is done well the food, service. The place is just very cute and quaint.

Love Love Love this Tea Room!!! Best food hands down!! Quaint atmosphere!! Food is made with love by Christine!! Gluten Fee? No problem!! Christine will make it so special for you and it actually tastes delicious!! Went here for my sister in-laws birthday and she is gluten free. Christine made her feel so special that my sister in-law cried. Made her day!! I liked it so much that three weeks later, I took my friends from Arizona. Once again, Christine knocked it out of the park and these friends know their tea Anyway, this little tea house will definitely be one that I return to often. Try it out but, I suggest you make a reservation

Every year for my niece and my birthday we do a new tea place. We have been to Glen Erie, brown palace, manitou springs castle, Denver and littelton. None of them compared to this Carriage Tea Room! The food portions are amazing, the tea was so good and the service was so good! Highly recommend this tea house. I will be coming again!

Christine is absolutely the best kept secret! Took my Mom and Mother In Law to the Brown Palace she blows themout of the water!!!! Her food is the best ever. She's the sweetest. Always goes above and beyond. We love her! And her hidden little gem!!! We come see her as much as we can!
