We had a chicken marsala. It was not good at all for one and have way too much pepper two came to the table cold the mashed potatoes were very cold and tasted like instant potatoes so our server was good. Could have smiled a little bit more, though just an overall bad experience and probably will never go again . The salad wasn't good at all . Writing this review before I even finished my meal, it was that good. Walking in just greeted by everyone "welcome in" just coming from every direction.Please try the salmon and garlic rosemary fries, promise you your first words are going to be "oh wow". Just so good now I understand why their parking lot is always packed. We'll be back.

Went to Carrabba's tonight on a date night with hubby. We went before the dinner rush and it was stormy out so only one other family was there. It was cozy, I like the open kitchen. Our server RJ was awesome and was super attentive and friendly, it's always so refreshing to experience good service.We ordered the combo appetizer which came with three sauces and was hot and very good. My husband got the filet and shrimp toscana pasta which he loved and wasn't able to finish from the portion being generous. I got the grilled sirloin which was done exactly how I ordered, with a side salad, fettuccini Alfredo, and mashed potatoes. Everything came out promptly and was yummy. The ONLY complaint I would have is that in spite of it being slow, the floors were dirty, had trash bits and crumbs, which I've seen is the norm for this location unfortunately based on other reviews.Otherwise we had a nice evening out, and appreciated the great service too!

It was girl's birthday. We had a lovely dinner as a family. Even though it was Friday, many cars in the parking lot, we were seated quickly. Our server, Jen, was welcoming. The warm bread with olive oil herb dip was delicious. My husband and I enjoyed a glass of their house red wine. Two of us had the Italian salad, two had the House Salad. All were served on chilled plates to keep the veggies crisp. The dressings were flavorful. My husband enjoyed the Chicken Parmesan with mashed potatoes. My daughter tried the Champagne Pasta with Shrimp. My son dug into the Fettuccine Weesie. I went for the Shrimp and Scallop Linguine alla Vodka. The portions are quite generous. We all had boxes to bring home. We will be back.

Love their zucchini fries, it's everyone's favorite dish. We always order two baskets when we visit Carrabbas. The other dishes we ordered were okay. I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo, it's a great size. I took some home for next days lunch. Their customer service is what truly stood out. We lost our gloves and left our phone number with them. They called us the next day letting us know they found a pair of gloves. It wasn't ours, but appreciate that they took the time to contact us.

Wow, used to love this place years ago. It was mediocre for the price of the food. Service was friendly but our waiter was overwhelmed and it took over 2 hours to eat our meal with only four of us. Food was OK but not worth the $ as we could of saved a $100 and had the same experience at Olive Garden but maybe a little faster.

Honestly, I love Carrabba's food. I go for the bread and olive oil, appetizer salads and all of the pasta dishes. However, this particular Carrabba's is always dirty. Every time I come, there are crumbs and trash on the floor and dirty tables. It's clear, a lot of children and families come here, but the sanitization after kids eat is not great. If you want to eat here, opt for takeout. It's a shame because prices here are not cheap, and at $20+ an entree, and I expect more of an upscale experience.

Well we used to go here and spend $200 for 6 people and tonight adding 2 children it was $320 with tip. NO expensive wine just 6 Peronis ,NO wonder it was nearly empty

Our first time at this Carrabbas. Chris provided excellent service and was very personable. We asked him about the $49 Dinner and Dolce for two, as it was listed on the website but wasn't listed on the menu. He checked, and it was available. Fresh, hot bread with olive oil and herbs was a great complimentary start to our dinner. We ordered the Chicken Marsala, broccoli side with Italian Salad and the Mezzaluna with Caesar Salad. The salads were freshly made and plentiful. The Chicken Marsala was a bit dry, and the Marsala sauce with mushrooms was more like gravy and could have used more marsala flavor, but was tasty nonetheless. The Mezzaluna was very flavorful. For our Dolce, we ordered the cheesecake with strawberry topping. Aside from the too-sweet crust, it was top tier. All in all, a very pleasant experience, and we will return.
