Excellent service, food and drink. We're able to be seated right away at a booth we liked. Our server was very friendly, attentive and efficient. Arrived during Happy Hour so the wine by the glass was discounted.Ordered the veal piccata with side salad and mashed potatoes, grilled pork chops with side salad and broccoli, grilled salmon with Angel hair pasta with marinara sauce and a side salad. Everything was well-prepared and tasty.They have Dine-In Rewards, so make sure you sign up ahead of time for discounts.

This place used to be one of our favorites unfortunately, the service has definitely gone down in the past couple years. The food quality is not even close as it used to be three years ago honestly think we'll be going back.

Had a gift card that I needed to use and chose this spot for a birthday dinner. Needless to say we probably won't be back based on the subpar food.For being a well known Italian restaurant it was quite empty. Not a good sign..Service was great. We had a new guy, it was his first day, and he was awesome. He had so much pep in his step and truly went above and beyond throughout our meal.Food is mediocre for the price. The best things we had were the bread, caesar salads and the john cole dessert. Chicken Bryan. The chicken was cooked good, but there was an over abundance of goat cheese, which overtook the overall flavor of the dish. And the broccoli was simply not good. Both my sister and I ordered it as a side and agreed that the taste was off putting.My mom had the shrimp scampi and said that it needed more flavor and was cold.Thankfully, our server hooked my mom up with a spectacular birthday dessert to finish off the okay meal.

We used to be regulars here at this Carrabba's, but the quality has steadily gone downhill, although the prices have steady increased. I wish they'd put money back into the restaurant too. The decor is old and the place needs a deep clean. The menu has never bounced back to what it used to be pre-Covid. (And we've been asking for years for a GF bread, to no avail.) They used to have a daily happy hour too, but those days have gone. The service is often friendly, I'll definitely give them that. There's not much else to bring us back here, I'm afraid.

Cold food that was dry and a tasteless dessert. What has happened to this chain??? Never again.Curbside was very late (over 20 minutes) no apology. The food was cold and the tiramisu was tasteless the worst Ive ever had and it's one of my top three favorite desserts. I would not pay or chose a gift card to this place again. A waste of $30. Use to be a favorite pasta place over olive garden but as terrible as they are you have them beat.

I have eaten at this restaurant for last 15 years and it has always been good except this time. Food was cold and horribly prepared. I sent my food back and no manager even came by to check in my order.I won't come back again. Don't waste your money and time. It is not the same.

To be more specific, after waiting for person to be seated, the hostess directed to seats in the lounge, the restaurant wasn't busy, maybe two tables,no reason to be seated in the lounge and forgotten. It seems to be your preference of seating for people of color in your establishment. The three only couples placed there were people of color.I tried asking the 2 people at the bar for drinks.but they walked away. I eventually had to walk across the restaurant and locate the person who sat us, ask if someone would wait on our table. Great , a young man came and took the drink order. At this point, we're looking forward to a great meal. However, we ordered the. Trio of chicken and shrimp and scallop seafood dishes, we were less than impressed. A chicken tro that tasted favourless cold spaghetti and shrimp and scallops so over cook we had to guess at which were which. But salt level were so high, thank goodness the waiter brought extra water. Overall, the presentation, preparation, and taste did not make this a good value at $29 entrees, place a unfriendly staff on top of it, and I was done, the food found its placed in.the doggie box.

We love Carrabba's, the food is always good and the service always on point. My family and I got a bunch of different entree off of the menu. I ordered the Pollo Rosa Maria, it was delicious...I was just a little disappointed in the amount of fries that was on the plate. Especially, after I saw my son's plate which had twice the amount. Overall, we all ate our food and enjoyed our dining experience here.

Blandest Italian food I had in my life.I had the Mozzarella Marinara and Fettuccine Alfredo. My expectations were low going in but I was really craving some fettuccine alfredo. The complimentary bread and olive oil tasted great. The fried mozzarella was near tasteless and the marinara dipping sauce wasn't much better. However, the alfredo sauce was some of the blandest food I've ever eaten. I was not aware you could make some make alfredo sauce this tasteless. Straight cream would have more flavor than the sauce I was served.Avoid this place unless unflavored oatmeal is your favorite food; and even then I think you could get something much cheaper.
