The food is not cooked properly. The fries have been hard and cold all three times I went the last few months. They are understaffed! When I drive to the window, they tell me to pull around. Even if I ordered online, I still wait over 15 minutes for my food each time. They have never got my order correct. My beyond burger was burnt last time. So sad because CJs used to be the best.

The burger and fries at this location was one of the worst I have ever had. The fries were cold and tasted stale, just like the burger. I don't recommend it at all. If you have a craving for a hamburger, go anywhere but here.

Slowest service I've had at any drive through, and I was the only car there. I don't typically review fast food places, although when there's something that needs to be said I won't shy away from a review. Staff was friendly, but I don't get why it took 20+ minutes for some food through the drive through. In the end the food was warm, tasted fine, service was just really slow.

I've never had Carl's Jr before. There was one near by where I just moved. I have to say, this place sucks. The Big Carl was a sad ripoff of a Big Mac. Not even CLOSE to how amazing a BIg Mac is. Dull and under seasoned. Worst fast food burger out there for sure. The fries are puny soft undercooked and under seasoned. I know it's fast food but we both ate just under half our meals and tossed it. Won't ever waste my time or money at this dump.

Eh. Burger wasn't like the thickburgers I remember growing up. Milkshake was mixed so horrible and way too much artificial strawberry pink mix was added. Drive thru was very icy so be careful in Winter conditions even if other roads are plowed.

This crew was very helpful and the food wasn't bad at all. I haven't had Carl's Jr for years, so - for me - it was something different. The only issue is I will not order through the Yelp app anymore, because they claim they didn't know how to "see" the web order that way.

I thought it was a taco bell so i asked for a cheesy gordita crunch and the guy on the intercom called me a slur. I got my food and it was drenched in pee and my drink had excrement in it. No complaints food was good, i personally prefer it soggy.

Service was ok but food was not. Only 3 people working, one in kitchen, and the other two were bouncing around between front and drive through and seemed stressed. Chicken tenders were hot but small and greasy; fries were gross, soggy and cold. The amount of money we pay for a meal you would think you could at least get fresh hot food with crispy fries. They gave me the wrong sauce as well assuming they were out of the one I asked for.

i came here with my family because we don't usually go here so we wanted to try something new and the burgers were so fresh and hot, and the onion rings were crunchy and so flavorful. they take their time to make sure the food is fresh.
