Staff needs some training, possibly drug screening.Came in here last night. The first clerk that helped me, "David" was so dazed and inattentive that he got my order wrong even after asking me to repeat 3 times.The second clerk, "Jose", insisted that I "ordered wrong" and printed out the receipt to prove what I "really" ordered.he eventually charged me for the extra patty to make the sandwich a double, like I ordered in the first place, but outright refused to fix the onion rings.Then he apparently felt it would be funny to give me the wrong bathroom lock combination.He put way too much thought in when I asked his name, so I'm not even sure he told me that truthfully.The food tasted good, despite not being what I ordered, but too way too long, especially since we were the only customers there.

Food and service here was better than what was to be expected. I ordered ahead of time on the app and by the time I got there, my food was fresh and ready for me. The service was prompt and friendly and the taste was a slight step above than your ordinary fast food joint. The dining area was also clean and presentable.

The drive thru gal was in such a rush, I hate feeling rushed when ordering food. After I ordered one item she would say quickly "is that it" over and over! I finally said I have a large order. I got up to the window and was handed a drink, umm I didn't order a drink. Then of course we had to pull around to the front to wait for our order. Finally got our order and it was surprisingly correct so we headed home. I opened my chicken sandwich which was supposed to be grilled with cheese on it, not grilled, tastes boiled. And no cheese! Their chicken used to be the best and have a wheat bun. Not anymore! I'm so disappointed with Carl's Jr.

Carl's Jr. is mega delicious. Their flame grilled goodness pours out of the restaurant and you can smell it wafting through the air.This Carl's Jr. is off Santa Fe between Denver and Littleton. Service at this restaurant and any other Carl's Jr. takes a little longer because they make your order after you place it. I feel like customers are unreasonably inpatient because Chick-fil-A pre-makes all their food and just hands it to you at the window.I love The Western bacon cheeseburger, the chocolate shake, and the slightly spicy fried zucchini as a side. There are Carl's juniors all over the place in California since they're based in orange county. If you don't know, now you know.

We had One of the worst experiences I've ever had at a restaurant. Yesterday May 26, 2022 at 8:43 pm We Placed an order for 2 burgers, 3 chicken tenders and jalapeño poppers at the Carl's junior 4080 S. River Pointe Pkwy, Sheridan Colorado. At home 8:50 pm we took the order out of the bag & was missing the chicken tenders. Not being able to return to the restaurant at that time I immediately called not getting an answer. I believe I called 6 times and left 4 messages for somebody to please call us back and had explained the situation In the message. By the middle of the next day we had not heard from anyone so I called them. Jasmine said if we had the receipt she would replace the chicken tenders for free. I told her she would not be replacing the chicken tenders for free as I had paid for them and we did not get them So my dinner was poppers as I don't eat hamburgers. Thinking more about the situation we decided we just wanted our money back as we were not going to give them any more money and take a chance on more problems but we both still need to eat today. Mario with a smirk on his face insisted he was not going to give the money back because then everybody will want to do that That comment makes us wonder how many other people don't get their food or it's not right! Needless to say I was on the phone and the person that made the purchase & 3 employees were in the restaurant arguing with a lot of screaming and yelling because Mario was insistent he wasn't giving the money back even after we told them I had called and left messages but nobody answered the phone or called me back.My point is not about the money but the situation and disresp. Wow! Just ordered the new Carl's Jr el Diablo burger, Angus and french fries. My burger was piping hot not only temperature but spicy. French fries were hot salted and fresh. Super friendly service in a very clean restaurant. I'm amazed.
