Wow... it's my 1st time at Carl's in ages. Last time was way back at the Anaheim location near Disneyland. It's been so long, and I have totally forgotten about it.My initial feeling of interior is kinda like Wendy's. This location has been around for a while and shows.Back to food. I was a bit shocked by my burger. It was nicely wrapped and lettuce and tomatoes and cheese, and the rest were perfectly presented. It looked even better than the In and Outs. Ketchup and mayo combo was good, too. Fries were hot, not too thick, and not too thin. Perfectly done.Overall, the restaurant was clean, staff including my cashier, was very friendly. She even brought out my food to the table.Definitely will be back for more!

I grew up with Hardee's and was never really a fan, so I was skeptical. When I got there the place was empty, but very clean. The cashier was great, no issue getting the gluten free order right on the first try, and they brought it to our table once it was done.The gluten free burger was wrapped perfectly in lettuce so that you could actually hold it and put down and pick it back up again. It was easier to eat than with a bun.Fries were perfect, burgers were hot, juicy, delicious, bacon was perfectly cooked. Milkshake was okay but I prefer malts, not their fault.If you can, download the app and use a coupon.

Yeah... what others have said on service and food. I do t ever come here but the boy wanted a cheeseburger. Long wait and subpar service. Burgers looked like the smashed buns from the pile, put together sloppily and just bad. I know what I was getting into, but this was setting the bar really low. Probably not coming to this location again.

Came here bc we love(d) Carl's Jr. It was awful. Fries were cold, I asked for crust ones, the music was so loud we couldn't enjoy talking, wtf. Not every one likes the music on, please turn it down!!I watched one of your cooks refry onion rings bc we wanted crispy, seriously? You couldnt make fresh ones or is that how you do things...needless to say:And I called to complain and was talking to the manager and he hung up on meWe won't be back!!How disappointing.

Arrived at 1pm, figured not too far from lunch, should be fresh.... ordered a famous star, a big Carl and large fries, disappointment across the board. My famous star was mildly warm at best, the cheese was not melted recently, wife's burger was the same. Fries were most disappointing. Warm also, not properly salted. CERTAINLY not what I remember from my childhood, as I grew up next to one, when they still cooked FRESH...I'd avoid the Carl's on Lincoln at all costs. Never going back there again.

Worst food. The chicken wasn't even a quarter of the size of the bun. Super small tons of mayo and definitely not worth the money. Spent $40+ dollars just for a sandwich to come out like this.

Much improved! If you've not been to this location in awhile, give them another chance. I believe it may be under new management/ownership. I still remember my days working at Carl's Jr. and know how things should be done. Used to be horrible quality, skimpy on ingredients and would have to go out of our way to another location for quality Carl's. Not anymore. This location is making a superstar like is should be. The staff is much improved and very kind. Thank you!! We're coming back and glad to have a quality Carl's near us again.
