I made the mistake of going here at 630 on a Sunday night.The store looked closed and that should have been my clue to go home hungry rather than pay for the cold food.At least I wasn't disappointed in the jalapeño poppers that I paid for but didn't receive.In the words of Leo Getz "Don't go through the drive through because they F*** You in the drive through because by the time you know you've been F***ED you're miles away!"

How does this Carl's Jr exist? You will not find worse customer service anywhere in Parker, and really, it goes beyond that, this place has to take the cake. I love Carl's food so I kept coming back, but I can say I am officially done coming to this location. I have never experienced such disrespect anywhere let alone a restaurant. After my last visit, I even wrote to the corporate office and got no response, so apparently they support the poor customer service at this location. It can't get much worse than this place!

I have to say that over the course of the last 6-12 months, I have noticed that the level of service has increased. They must have made some serious changes because I see the food quality and customer service is much more effective than it's been. Granted, Carl's Jr is the monopoly in this location, but I am happy to see the level of service include.I would recommend anyone who had a bad experience to check them out again.

$8.28 for a jalapeño turkey burger & iced coffee. Drive thru line was long around 1PM. I didn't know Carl's junior even existed in Colorado. It's combined with a green burrito so you can get stuff like street tacos and enchiladas here. The burger was huge and the cheese was liquidy. There were way too many jalapenos in mine so I had to remove 1/2 of them.

Might be the worst Carl's Jr. I unfortunately have tried a few times to go here, as it's the only one around. You can go to a restaurant for close to the same cost as this place, and not worry about the kid inside spitting in your food after you interrupted his smoke break.

HORRIBLE!!! I went there on Sunday and ordered 4 California Burgers @ $2.99 each. They charged me $19.40 for them (do the math).I was going to have the bill corrected when my food was ready...I never got my food. They ended up giving me my money back on my word because the cashier did not give me a receipt & I had been waiting about 25 minutes with my order no where in sight.What I witnessed behind the register while waiting was complete chaos & it wasn't even that busy. The only employee that knew what he was doing was busy reading orders that were already printed out to the kitchen because their cashier entered them all wrong. While this was going on the drive-thru staff was handing out the wrong food as I witnessed 2 different drive-thru customers have to come inside because their orders were incorrect.After my money was refunded I gave them my name & number at their request assuming they were going to attempt to correct their mistake but they never did.I left with no food, over 25 minutes of waisted time, & didn't get to eat lunch.SHAME ON THIS CARL'S JR. LOCATION!!!

The food was fresh and the inside was clean, my issue is with the lady who took my order. When my food was ready she dropped it in the counter as of it were trash.

Ordered here twice in the last week, both times at lunch. Ketchup dispenser out of order both times and NO NAPKINS ANYWHERE. Not a single napkin to be found in this restaurant. Bathroom looks like an outhouse from a third world country.Staff is completely clueless. Today it took 25 minutes for my order to be completed, and I had to go to the counter twice to ask what's up.Avoid if possible.
