Had a hankering for a good sandwich on a workday, so drove to this location only to find that Which Wich had closed and been replaced by Capriotti's. Since I was here, I decided to give them a try. I got the Homemade Turkey sub and took it home to eat while I worked. It was OK, but far from great. Light on the turkey, cheese and onion, overloaded with lettuce. On the positive side, the service was pretty quick and quite pleasant.I'll drive another two minutes north on Lucent Blvd. and go to the far superior Ike's Love and Sandwiches next time.

My husband is obsessed. Literally, 100%, can't stop, won't stop, over the moon, in love with the wagyu Philly Cheesesteak sandwich. We have stopped in a handful of times now and each time just gets better.++ The staff is friendly!++ The location is prime - and close to home!++ The food is BOMB and never disappoints! (Literally hot peppers make the world go round)++ House made soda - get the root beer!++ Pricing is reasonable for the quality and goodness served!My cravings and wallet love this spot, so I'll easily be back next week.k thanks byeeeeeee

Wanted a steak sandwich, so went to the new Myrtle Beach location to give it a try. Did not expect to pay$11.79 for a small classic steak sub! But I bought it anyway. Won't go to Capriotti's again. The steak on the sub did not taste good, what a waste of money . I added A-1 steak Sauce to make it worth eating.

Ok, so if you get over the fact that Capriotti's is a chain (and it is), this is a really solid sammich shop. I'm definitely not a hater on chains (there are good ones), and this is one of the good ones.If you're coming here once, you get The Bobbie, and you transport yourself to Thanksgiving Day. If you're local, you can explore the menu. Personally, I'm a fan of the hot subs here, and their cheesesteak subs are about as good as you'll find at a chain. They're not Philly legendary, but they're definitely really good. Super friendly staff, clean inside, and lots of good smells. I hate Jimmy John's, and Capriotti's is a chain that any city would be happy to have.

It's all about The Bobbie!Have a sammy and feel like you are enjoying the next day afyer Thanksgiving, but one can do so without having to slave in the kitchen all day. The sandwich fresh and filling (I had teo meals out of one sammy) and save room for dessert because the brookie is a perfect post meal pleasure. The staff was friendly and I'm uber pleased with the meal.

The team at Capriotti's blows you away with their kindness from the moment you step in the door. Good variety of sandwich options and tasty ingredients. Sandwiches came out fast and were packed with flavor.I've been to a Capriotti's in Reno, Nevada and this experience blew that out of the water....night and day from everything to the clean, crisp decor to the amazing staff.Glad this is a new option in Highlands Ranch and excited to come back in the future. Ordered the wagyu French dip again. I get it with everything on it onions, hot mild peppers .. dang if this isn't the best darn sandwich I've ever ordered!!!. It messy with the wagyu and dip but juicy, amazing flavor. It just doesn't get better than this. If you haven't tried this sandwich and you like a juicy , meaty, super flavorful sandwich this is one to try! FYI I have tried their other sandwich's too. Haven't ever been disappointed. The wagyu it's bomb!!
