Cantina Grill Express

This was an average vegetarian salad. The crispy chick peas and the guacamole were the best parts. The lettuce was way past its prime but edible ( I do have a plane to catch). the pico de gallo was also n the edge. The black beans were fine. So I was somewhat disappointed as I had such high hopes. Sometimes I think people are making salads, but they don't eat salad mi CNN themselves. Quality of ingredients always counts but a sad salad is a cause for tears. Nice counter person.

Obviously it's going to be overpriced because we're in an airport, but get over priced food literally anywhere else. The food was cold and flavorless, and the meat was chewy. 0/10

If you come to Denver, please don't think this is what our Mexican food tastes like. You can do so much better. We opted for the express line because the full-service sit-down restaurant next door was totally full and there wasn't anyone there to put us on a wait list. So we went over to the express counter nearby and got it to go and then just ate elsewhere. You can build your own entree here, which gives you some options. We both went for the bowls, which came with plenty of decent rice and beans, but the meats were less than ideal. The chicken was very bland and the pork was somewhere in between tender and mushy. They charged $2 for a very small scoop of guacamole, basically the size of the pit of the avocado. Not great. Clearly there are better choices.

Located on upper level of concourse B, waited about 10 minutes in line and they made my carne asada burrito fairly quickly. Various choices for rice, beans, sauce, cheese, sour cream. Cost $12, taste was fine, not very hot at all and given very flimsy plastic ware to eat. Would definitely try an alternate restaurant next time.

This had to have been the worst burrito I have had in my life. I tried the Carne burrito and kept it simple with my ingredients, but it just didn't work out. There was something interesting with he texture and seasoning(none) of the meat. The flour tortilla was really good, but Everything else about it was iffy. I really wanted to enjoy it, but it just didn't go that way. I hate to give bad reviews, but that's all can say about this dining experience.

Food is tolerable. Service isn't great. In fact the servers seem miserable and act like they are doing you a favor. BUT, this place wasn't nearly as busy as many of the other near by fast food places and restaurants. Could only find one table with access to a plug for phone and computer. Serves weren't thrilled by our request to sit there. Anyway, if you want to relax with some okay guacamole and a margie..... then this place is for you.

Host extremely short in manners and very rude. I left and did not give this business service. This was the man with the shaved head

It's 9pm on 10/20/23. I'm traveling with 3 other people and we are sitting in the area just outside this restaurant. One of us is a Veteran with PTSD. A male employee at Cantina Grill kept startling everyone with a deep bark that carried thru the food court. One of our group approached this employee, explained to him that the barking was triggering a vet's PTSD and asked him nicely to please stop. He did not. He got louder and more aggressive. The veteran went to ask him face to face and he would not let her speak. When asked for the manager, he declined and had her leave. Why does management employ someone who behaves like this? He's fit, tattoed, and was wearing a headset then a baseball cap.

Vegan, dairy freeand gluten free salad option. The grill staff was so friendly and knowledgeable about their food. With both dairy and gluten allergies, it is hard for me to find safe airport food. Cantina Grill threw together a huge salad, with decent guacamole, romaine, crunchy toasted chickpeas, black beans, tomatoes, and a tasty vinaigrette. Very satisfying for $12.50. My new go-to at DIA.

Bought a $13 breakfast burrito to go and left a tip. Decided I had enough time to sit in restaurant, which was almost completely empty and they kicked me out. Told me it was for dine in only. When I asked "even though I just bought it here" she said yes. Ridiculous! Same prices! Same tip! Last time I will be eating here.
