It may look discouraging but it goes fast! The food is all amazing and they deliver it directly to your table. We love having Prost here!"

The beet salad was better than we expected, the beets were sweet and plentiful, but the goat cheese was dry and crumbly like it came from a repacked box. The pizza was terrible. The dough didn't cook, it was soggy, and the crust was not bubbly or nicely golden. The toppings were OK although the fresh mozzarella was a bit stringy, not what expected and some pieces didn't have cheese at all. There is no reason for bad pizza."

My husband and I love cooking together, but we don't get much of a chance to do it at home since one of us takes the lead on cooking while the other one is busy chasing around a toddler. We signed up for Along the Shores of the Mediterranean, which has a menu that would be easy to replicate at home. Best part was that the course was well timed. We had the opportunity to prepare almost every dish except the dessert on our own. There was even time to sit down and enjoy the meal while chatting with new people. And don't forget about those gorgeous mountain views! Our menu consisted of the following:+White Wine Steamed Mussels with Tomatoes, Olives and Basil+ Grilled Halloumi with Rosemary- Grape Walnut Relish and Baguette+ Cod with Pancetta, Artichokes, and Olives+ Lemon Olive Oil Cake with Whip CreamGiven that it's only a three-hour class, the learning part consisted of a very brief refresh on knife skills and cooking technique. It was a fun and memorable evening; we would love to return for another date night!"

We arrived at X Golf DTC and were led to our golf simulator. You can bring your own clubs or rent clubs onsite. X Golf staff were attentive and gave us a full rundown on how our simulator worked (shoutout to Emily & Cecelia for great service). One of my favorite parts of X Golf was the ease of teeing up. With their patented DrivePoint system, we could load the golf ball onto the tee with a simple press of a button. This way, we were able to focus on our swings without manual distractions from a tee -- perfect for practice & play. Our experience was fast-paced fun with no waiting for slow groups ahead of us. We were able to play iconic courses like Pebble Beach, Bay Hill, and Bethpage Black. It's possible to play 18 holes in around 60 minutes. If you want to improve your game, X-Golf has a PGA professional that you can book lessons with. The professional can analyze your swing and provide valuable insights to improve your game. There was a full bar & food options. We enjoyed specialty cocktails & a variety of craft brews & seltzers (there were solid drink specials). For food, we ordered inhouse appetizers - wings & pretzel sticks. For mains we were able to order burgers from Bad Daddy's. The burgers were delivered in under 20 minutes (super-fast & convenient).X-Golf DTC is more than just state-of-the-art golf simulators, it's an event destination. Whether it's friends and family gathering, a birthday, corporate event, or holiday party, X-Golf offers tailored packages including food, beverages, & venue options. First thing I noticed was all the TVs and they had the game on so we could sit anywhere and have an awesome view. Someone was walking around handing out raffle tickets for Avs fans wearing gear so that was fun. Been checking on social media for the winning raffle ticket but forget when they were going to announce it.Ordered a plate of Little Charlies (sliders/fries) and a bowl of green chili. The green chili came out lukewarm which was a disappointing cause the flavor was there. At the end of the bowl was a spice bomb that hit you hard. The sliders were decent and the fries really stole the show.Service needs to improve. Our waiter walked by us numerous times when both our drinks were empty and he just decided to chat with his buddies or bus tables. *Shrug*. I would still return though. The atmosphere, drink selection and food were great. If our waitstaff chatted with us a bit we would've felt welcomed. The second was New Years Eve.Upon entering, I observe a sign stating, "Please turn off your cell phones while in the Club." I like that. We start off in the bar upstairs for cocktails and snacks. The bar is a private room, providing a secluded space for private conversations. This is the ultimate bottle service experience! We then stepped into the dining room. White glove service is the standard. The fare is steakhouse traditional, with aquatic options available. On my first visit, I tried the Prime Rib. The meat was a nicely presented, perfectly cooked slab, with asparagus and au gratin completing plate. My second visit was on NYE, and there was actually a wedding reception in full swing. It's nice having the private bar to escape the din. Dinner started with a shrimp cocktail amuse, tomato bisque, and a NY strip with asparagus and whipped yams. The steak was cooked perfectly. We came with a party of 8, two of the members in our party were under the age of 3. We were told that they charge for every person in the party. This is ridiculous. Do you know the attention span of a 2-3 year old? Chances of them trying to bowl more than 3-4 times is pretty slim before they want to run around screaming. On top of that we got some food and they failed to mention the 18% surcharge added to any food/beverage ordered, so they ended up getting a 40% tip out of us for counter service. So for 3 burgers, mozzarella sticks, 1 kids meal, 1 soda, and 2 beers, was $100. F that. The burger was good though, so I'm giving Bowlero 1 extra star. We will never come here again though."

The road to recovery was tough, but he eventually found his passion for cooking and has since opened a brick-and-mortar restaurant after starting out with a food truck. His focus now is his business and being a father to his daughter Olivia. He incorporates his grandma's recipes into his menu, adding his own unique twist. Where else do you see ravers wearing angel wings mingle with flower children, S&M couples, gays and ballers? The DJ was hit or miss, though. It was nice to see that our company ranged from very old people using walkers, to families with children, to young single friends and couples. Everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves and loving the food. The waitstaff was plentiful so that everything moved fast if necessary, but one never felt rushed. Our waitress was knowledgeable about all of the menu items and gave good advice. She was very attentive, but didn't hover and never interrupted our conversations to check " if we were happy." Excellent service!of course all of that, while delightful, is icing on the cake. The real question is if the food is good. It's delicious! Flavorful and subtle. My companion and i both had the oysters Rockefeller to start. They were perfect. Subtle flavoring where one could still taste the lightly cooked tender oyster. id like to eat those every day. Katie F. "Truth be told, I have no idea how to even start this review, because I was so impressed by everything. Literally EVERYTHING was perfect - down to everything from the temperature of the room, to the napkins on the table. I was 100% blown away. Let's start from the beginning, shall we.About 6 months ago, my husband and I were in search of the perfect wedding venue. We had the idea of a rooftop/terrace ceremony and reception (which was exactly what we got with Curtis Ballroom). We set up an appointment, enter Kacey. A smart, bubbly, young woman, who was eager to help us and create our perfect day! After her introduction and rundown of how weddings typically go there, we booked right away. I'm sure glad we did! The months before our wedding, we met multiple times with Kacey - who proved to be the best coordinator for us. She ensured our day would be perfect by calling all our vendors, ordering swatches of napkins for us to choose from, digging through the alcohol agreements to determine if they carried a specific beer we wanted at our reception, gave us a complete walk through before the rehearsal, allowed all our family members to come view the space before the wedding and even helped us create a custom cocktail (and cute name!) for our reception! I can't even stress how amazing she and her staff are. Wedding night : normally pretty stressful for any bride, but not me! The tables were set up perfectly (per a picture I had given her of what we wanted our centerpieces to look like), our cake table looked fabulous, and had her staff perfectly time my entrance. Her staff made sure our buffet was perfect, salads brought to each table, drinks poured strongly and consistently, and made the evening seamless. I could easily spend my entire review talking about Kacey and her staff, but there are other elements that make this venue unique and perfect for any wedding:SPACE ITSELF: Large and spacious, open and airy, very modern yet classic = all the pieces we were looking for! Our ceremony was held outside, followed by dinner and dancing inside - with use of the patio at night! The white lights strung outside and fireplace lit, made the outside space feel cozy and warm, while the dim lights, candles and AC made the inside perfect for dancing the night away. Being on the 3rd floor, the Curtis Ballroom offers a perfect "downtown" feel without having to actually be downtown - which we loved. Also, we had use of the entire space (including the comedy works club and 2 restaurants) for pictures and gathering before the wedding! PRICES: Insanely reasonable for the area of town and everything we got. 100 guests + food (which was outstanding) + booze (their wells liquors are most bars "calls) + ceremony + 12 staff members + Kasey's coordination = all under $10,000. I was shocked - and tipped well because everything was amazing!I would highly recommend The Curtis Ballroom, their catering, and staff to any bride looking for the perfect spot for a wedding and reception! Thank you again for an unforgettable night! :)"
