"We are a beer state Love the uniqueness that each brewery brings. They carriy 12 different beers that they brew in-house. They serve cocktails, wines, seltzer, hard seltzer, spirits and sour beer that I wanna go back for. That's not unique. It makes them a spot to go.! What's unique is their delicious pizza crust is made from their spent grains and the taste is distinct. There's a bit of sweetness to it. Love it! I also learned that Jimmy and Karen the husband and wife owners love what they do. This is not just business as usual to them. One of them is always at the location. BSB opened in 2012 and they took over in Dec. of 2021. Certain nights there's a live music. They've received numerous accolades for their beer making skills. I wanted to try their in-house brewed beer and the way to go is their Beer Flights. Pick four and start there! You won't see a Food Truck parked in the vicinity. They cook everything in their kitchen."
"My friends and I came here to watch the Dallas Cowboys vs. New Orleans Saints game. The TV setup was perfect for sports fans, with multiple screens showing a variety of games, which really elevated the experience. The food was average--not bad, but nothing special. Given how busy the place was, the service was decent, though understandably a bit slow.We ordered micheladas, but they didn't quite hit the mark. After talking to our waitress, she had the bartender make us another round, but they still weren't great. They definitely needed more Michelada mix to balance the flavor."
"If you are from the Denver area or just moved here and haven't been here yet you are definitely missing out... I have been here multiple times with my son and we both absolutely love it. He has participated an open mic three times and has he use the Mercury stage to help him get over his stage fright. The staff here are friendly and will treat you like family. The restaurant is clean, the food is good. Last time I came we ordered the quesadillas twice in one sitting... The salsa that came with it was just the right amount of spice, and the pico was fresh. I had a screwdriver and a beer while I was here, the bartender did not disappoint. The crowd for the poetry slam is always supportive as well as inclusive. Whether you are a local poet or just a soul with a lot to say, whether you are a comedian on his off day or an eight-year-old trying to combat stage fright - this crowd will welcome you with open arms. We, of course, will be back and hope to see you there next time."
"My girlfriend and I visited Sloan's to watch a football game and take advantage of a BOGO entree deal. Upon walking in, the first thought that popped in my mind was "wow, what a clean place!". Everything in there looked immaculate including the bathrooms which is something I definitely look out for when eating somewhere. The food and drinks were all amazing! I had the spicy reuben and wished it had a bit more spice to it but I enjoyed it overall. The fries were fresh and tasty too! We shared some oysters as well as we came in during happy hour and enjoyed them as well. My favorite was the nachos. I was super full from the reuben but had to power through because the nachos were so good. The cocktails were tasty and well-made!Donovan was our server and he definitely made our experience stand out. He was very personable and it felt like hanging out with a friend. He even stayed after his shift to watch the rest of the football game with us. Thank you, Donovan!"
"Walnut Room has become one of my go-to late night RiNo spots because their kitchen is open so late. I appreciate this so much!! Service is always great. Even during the day (especially when sports games are happening) when parking is hard to find, they have a rare dedicated lot. Lots of seating inside at the high bar areas or outside on their patio.I've had several items off their extensive menu, including wings, pizza, and flatbread. My most recent discovery was Pickle Flatbread. YUM!! Classic bar food. Wide selection of beer (and other beverages) as well. There's definitely something for everyone, even if your diet is more restricted. Still a great venue for large groups. I know I'll be back soon."
"Great food, great company, great deals on mimosas for sat and Sunday brunches they're BOGO you cannot beat it!! You can customize your omelets and their prices are super cheap which is great! They have patio seating overlooking the mountains and it is great ambiance. The service is fast, friendly and pleasant and Bobbi the manager is so nice and and accommodating"

I visited Black Shirt Brewing for the first time two years ago and have hung out here many times since! Definitely a reliable go-to for beer and pizza, located just down the street from my gym. I take friends here all the time. Sometimes parking can be a challenge, especially when there's the weekly or monthly biker meetup that happens!Pizza generally isn't my favorite food, but they have a fantastic variety of pies on the menu, even for those who have dietary restrictions. Love their beer more and more each time I visit. Whenever there's something with orange or strawberry creamsicle, I'll immediately order that and often take some to-go. Service is great, and I can't wait to come back again.

One of Denver's biggest and hypest sports bar! If you live in Colorado or visiting from out of town, this is a must go to for sports. There are about 3+ huge bars within this building. As soon as you walk in security IDs you and directs you to the hostess stand to be seated. There is plenty and I mean plenty of seating and tons of TVs everywhere for sports. There truly is not a bad seat in the house. This is my go to during Denver Playoff times for the Avs & Nuggets and MMA fights. When you are seated it does take some time for servers to get to you, as this is a huge place. Once the server is notified someone is in their section you are good unless it's packed. Stoneys knows this so they actually have QR codes on the tables so you can scan and order more drinks & food if your server is swamped. This is a fantastic option, but know it doesn't activate until your server comes to the table. I wish it would sooner because the system ask for and stores your credit card on file to order food and beverages. Anywho, when you order through the QR code your food comes to the table extremely fast which is a super plus, your server is notified when it's drinks and they bring those to your table fast too. The food options are a lot and they are good. I have never missed with any of the food here. Good jambalaya, soup of the days, chili, burgers, chicken fingers, French dips, nachos, pretzel bites, etc shall I continue?! No matter what the bartenders and servers are great, at times some of the servers slack and have been caught chilling, but they must understand chill in the back because people are watching and your service designates your tips. Good service Great tips, poor service poor tips, but that rarely occurs unless it's not full. The staff are really cool and friendly, which is good and makes the atmosphere better. There is a nice mix of ages up in here too, not too old not to young, just fun loving sports fanatics. The energy is just fantastic No matter the sport, except for the last Super Bowl because the Swifties we're doing the most like always. #MakeFootballSwiftieFreeAgain

So many great memories at the Merc! I've taken several Lindy Hop classes and even stepped out of my comfort zone to try Zouk. For whatever reason, I tend to come here on snowy days, which a great way to combat seasonal depression and just dance with a bunch of cool people. Check out their calendar online for a ton of events pretty much every day of the week. Finally checked out the restaurant downstairs more recently, hence the word CAFE in the name. Very affordable and community-oriented. I got the Spicy Bowl and Harissa Small Plate. Both were tasty! Would get them again. Oh and I got one of the dessert specials (Carrot Cake: Vanilla Trifle) which was AMAZING but forgot to take a picture. It's okay, I know I'll be back!

My girlfriends and I were going to see a play at the Wheatridge Theater close by and picked this place to have brunch before hand. I like their seating. We got a large booth in the middle that was comfortable for all of us to be seated within sitting on each other. Our server was awesome. her name was Sarah and she was super sweet and helpful with suggested on food and cocktails. She was quick and always available if needed. They let you get lunch or breakfast which is awesome and worked well for our crew. I got the cheeseburger with fries and my burger was cooked perfectly and was dripping and messy, just the way I like it. They have a full bar with some fun cocktails. Love the espresso martini! It can be a little loud and seems a little more sports bar ish but other great place.

20 Mile is so much more than a neighborhood bar! First, this is definitely a locals spot and so you'll notice that a lot of the patrons and staff know each other and you'll hear "do you want the usual" a few times... but that could also be because the staff goes above and beyond to make everyone feel at home. This is a good spot for a day or night out with tap TV, live music and other events. Surprisingly also, they have an incredible view of the mountains from their back patio - not something you would guess walking up.They can make all of your standard sports bar drinks and a mean Bloody Mary, but their food will shock you! The pork carnitas meal is my favorite, wings and chips and salsa kill, and burgers are also great. Great spot for a night out or day drinking!

Lincoln's Roadhouse is one of the coolest spots in Denver. Come for the live music, stay for the food! You'll find a dive bar atmosphere in the Wash Park neighborhood complete with friendly service and owners who really love what they do.I had the crawfish etouffee which blew me away. With the serrano gator sauce, it's one of the best bites in Denver. We also tried the blackened crawfish po boy which was flavorful with the right amount of heat. The gumbo was also amazing with a perfect smokiness to it. You have to check out Lincoln's!

A speakeasy in the basement of the Hotel Boulderado. Yes, it's COOL, and it is nicely furnished. During my visit all the bartenders were young females. It does have some drawbacks. You have to walk up to the bar to order and pay for your drinks; they have lots of top shelf alcohol but not all the popular brands. For example, they don't carry Grey Goose vodka- - strange; and, mixed drinks are pricey. Lots of bars are pricey so I won't take away a star for that. Overall, it was a nice experience.

"Ordered:-Cajun Popcorn-Blackened Shrimp Po'boy-Gumbo-Hurricane Mimosa-Cherry MulePro:-Cajun Popcorn was tender, fried very well so that the crawfish was crunchy and juicy!! Dipping sauce was -Star of the show was the blackened shrimp!! It had a kick that had so many flavors and a good level of spice-They don't skimp on the liquor in your drink!! -We were pleasantly surprised to see the restaurant half full at 3pm on a Saturday which was already a really good sign that wr came to the right place!!-Staff is very welcoming and friendly and explained the menu very well-Clean inside and not too loud (at 3pm)-They have a pool table!!!Con:-I personally wish happy hour started earlier (starts at 4pm) We WILL be back!!!"
"This is proper pub with excellent cocktails and some beer in a pleasant and unique environment. It costs a little more, but it's a treat for a drink or two. It is a hotel bar, after all, though it's easy to foget that. The place is cavernous in the best possible way, with all sorts of neat little nooks and crannies to hide out in. Take the time to explore them all and no doubt you'll find yourself a favorite spot. In my opinion, it is less pleasant and unique on the weekends when it is simply overcrowded and annoying. The bar can be awkward to access when it's crowded, so some patience is necessary. I personally prefer the quieter weekdays, but that's just me. I can't fault this spot for being good enough to attract a crowd. Worth a visit."
"Getting to this place is quite the trip through the mountains outside of Boulder -- prepare accordingly, especially if arriving at night. The ambiance here is indeed very log cabin, old-timey, mountain town saloon. Even the toilet is old-timey! The live music in the front (if happening while you're there) really helps paint a picture. We enjoyed every dish we had here, a multi-course meal where we had a couple options to choose from for each course. We had:- a nice salad- some sort of tex mex casserole as a starter- borscht and a cold cucumber soup- stuffed smoked trout and tournedo steak- chocolate torte and sour cream apple pie- fruit and cheese plateThe portions here are so generous, be prepared to leave FULL or with leftovers. The cheese and fruit plate was a surprise to us and we had to rally to eat it.Everything was tasty and service was attentive and helpful. The staff here are so nice they even helped my friend retrieve the bag she left the next day when the business was closed!"
"I've long heard about this place and finally made it in. It's very good for what it is: local dive bar with Pittsburgh roots.Good prices on macros, a few decent crowd pleasing craft choices, tasty pub grub. (Just be warned that the Yuengling signs on the wall are just PA flair, they don't actually carry it.) The owner is super friendly. Great place to watch a game with tvs everywhere, and regular live music."
"Karaoke is great here, the bartenders are always friendly, and the crowd is always a wildcard. I recently moved from Austin, where I had a dive bar in my neighborhood - 7 nights a week karaoke. Whispers were the only place I could find, and I live downtown! The drinks are great! The crowd is always mixed, and the list is always pretty decent. I like to go during the week when there isn't much of a crowd. Give it a chance. Tell Angie I sent you, she is the sweetest."
"A dirty, grimey place with great staff very friendly and always very nice We've been in several times four the outstanding Philly cheesesteak sandwiches that are hefty and tasty. The fries our skin on as if they've cut them fresh and the onion rings are crispy and crunchy like they should be.Definitely a place of various culture and a great place to watch interesting people while you're eating"
"When a friend reached out and said his brother's band was making a pit stop in Boulder, we knew exactly how we wanted to spend our Friday night!Boulder, Bluegrass and friends? What could be better?Located just off the Pearl Street Mall - this intimate, cozy venue makes for the perfect spot for drinks and music. With the variety of seating, extended dance floor and stage, the unassuming little spot is much bigger than anticipated. The rustic yet chic interior creates one hell of a vibe that was easily felt by all! SO fun!Bartenders were friendly, fun and willing to go the extra mile when it came to fun cocktails and made sure we enjoyed our time in between sets!Cheers to good friends, good music and a new favorite venue up north!"
