Patrick J. "Ordered the fajitas for 1 with chicken and beef/steak for delivery. Email said it was going to be 1 hour ended up being 30 minutes. The food was nice and hot. The chips were crisp but the salsa was just ok in my opinion. The rice was ok as well, while the refried beans were flavorful yet a bit dry. The tortillas were nice and soft. The beef was nice and tender while the chicken was flavorful with a lime flavor. Over all pretty damn good but definitely not the best damn fajitas you'll ever had. And while it wasn't cheap, the portion as were definitely filling."

The food was good, and the portions were large. The servers were very attentive and friendly. I'd totally come back, especially since they have a ton of seafood options, which helps add more of a unique twist on typical Denver-Mexican fare."

I'm sure I'll have to come back and try other pastries, but I ended up grabbing one that seems like it might have strawberry in it? I didn't ask questions so we'll see how that goes lol We also ordered the ham and cheese sandwiches which come with avocado and tomato. They also give you jalapeños on the side, but I happily gave those to my friend. I was stuffed from just eating the sandwich, which is why I haven't tried my pastry yet!"

We were very happy with all the food in our combo plates and and prices were excellent - we paid right around $15 for two entrees! My only feedback is that it was a little strange that we were not provided with chips and salsa while we waited for our food to come out. Cassandra F. "My community had a food truck night with Cruz In & Eat and it was great. We had the Chile Relleno and an assortment of tacos (chicken, steak, and both shrimp types). They were really good. Their pico is great and the salsa verde was quite spicy. You can order online and then just go pick it up, or you can order at the truck and they give you a little buzzer for when your food is ready. Which was great because it was cold outside so we wanted to go back and sit in the car."

I often grab the small chicken burrito bowl with a cookie for lunch. Even when there is a line it moves quickly. The salsas at this location are delicious and seem to have a good heat! Quality of food is always good but the level of service is hit or miss. In the past year they have had manager changes so maybe that's why? There have been times I've gone in and the person making the bowl looks like they can't wait to go home. Well if you're in the mood for Qdoba stop here and pick up your favorites. There is lots of parking at the GOH and you'll be sure to be in and out if you're picking up lunch."

We probably had about eight bowls of the salsa because it was so good - and it had a kick to it. The portion sizes definitely were not small, either - I was stuffed by the end of the meal! I had the steak street tacos. The ambiance was decent, but it felt busy. We only had to wait around 10 minutes to be seated. Our server was very kind and made us feel right at home. He also let us know that they have a new location that opened up in Castle Rock - and he made sure to mention that the food there is just as good!"

Alice Q. "Some really interesting menu options of eye popping desserts and spicy raamen noodles w/ tapatio are found here!! These wild and different approaches to feed the public, are what brought me to this food truck. Tacos El Reydesel serves mainly Mexican food; this truck is unstoppable!! Hot Cheetos Burritos, Pizzadillas and Birria Fries are served aside the traditional Mexican foods served in almost every other food truck out there. Recently, I stopped by for their Valentine's Day specials: -Heart Platter #1 : 12 Tacos with roses in the middle, salsas, onion, cilantro & limes on the side. With our famous HORCHATA LOCA -$40 (Meats: Birria,Asada)-Heart Platter #2 : 12 Tacos with roses in the middle salsas, onion, cilantro & limes on the side. With two Conchas Locas & our famous HORCHATA LOCAI chose Heart Platter #2, because it included the Conchas Locas AND the Horchata otherwise. Apparently, we had to make sure to place our order before the 12th! DEPOSITS ARE REQUIRED! The tacos were shaped into an actual heart, which showed some creativity. These 5 roses were placed on top of the carefully decorated tacos and looked very classy for a catering type of event. Our conchas came in pastel pink and hot pink shaped breads with the bread shaped in a heart itself. I thought that was super unique and just adorable! One of my favorite food trucks indeed."

We were greeted at the door by the host who was joking with another gentleman at the bar when you first walk in and said I'll be right back. He came back gave the guy a funny look and then said he would seat us. Not sure what that was all about, but just seemed a bit odd.Our server (Vinny I believe was his name) was awesome! He was quick with answers to any questions we had and suggestions. explained what came in or on the food, etc. He also kept checking on us to make sure we didn't need anything and was totally fine with us splitting checks for the 4 of us. We ordered some margaritas and I ended up getting the beef fried tacos. I am a taco connoisseur and deep fried are my favorite type. I saw 1 Yelp photo with them fried but nothing lists it like that anywhere on the menu. I asked our server and he made it sound like you have to request them to be fried. They looked good when arrived. The meat was lacking flavor but if you got a whole bit with the cheese, lettuce and tomatoes, it all came together. I would have preferred them to be fried a little longer, but otherwise they fed me. I would probably come back if I am in the Manitou area and wanted some Mexican food."

Kieu P. "Wow!! We've lived in this area for 4 years, and we can't believe this is the first time trying this place. We arrived around 4:50 on a Friday night, and it was already so busy! Luckily we were able to get seated right away - 2 adults + 1 high chair for baby. Not that I don't like company, but I've learned the smaller the group, the faster you'll be seated. Within 5 minutes of being seated, the waitress brought out fresh chips and salsa - my all time weakness!! The spicy salsa was so good! I believe every restaurant should have an immediate mini appetizer served right away especially for those of us who get hangry fast (me) and people who have to deal with it (my husband). My husband and I viewed the menu in advance (because who doesn't haha) and we knew exactly what we were going to order. He ordered the chamorro (pork hock) entree, and he loved it! He's not the biggest fan of Mexican food, but he truly enjoyed this one. The flavor was there, the pork fell off the bones, and he finished his plate clean. I ordered the carnitas since they only serve this on the weekend so I figured it'd be a special dish and it was! I don't know how you turn something so basic into something so good but the combination of everything on the plate fit perfectly together - rice, beans, pico, guacamole, carnitas + their homemade tortillas (made fresh right by the front of the door to the left as you enter). Even my 14 month old son gave us a thumbs up for the beans he had! Can't wait to go back to try the other items on the menu! The menudo and fajitas will be next!"

I was pretty hungry.I was seated quickly in a booth by the window. The atmosphere was chill. It was pretty quit as there was only one other occupied table in the whole place. As expected, chips and salsa were brought to me immediately and I started to suck 'em down. The salsa was tasty. I enjoyed it. The salsa dish was little, there wasn't much in there! As I flagged the waitress down for a refill (as I still had plenty of chips left) she already had my food in her hand as she was coming out of the kitchen... super quick!I ordered the #4 combo, which came with a beef taco, a cheese enchilada and a chili rellano. Again, I was amazed at how quickly it came out! It was decent. Not spectacular, but not bad. I have to give props on the taco not being soggy. One thing I notice with most mexican places is that whenever I get a taco, they're soggy and fall apart. The bottom of the taco didn't even start to crack until I was to the last few bites, excellent! However, the rellano was not cooked all the way through. I got a few bits of undercooked eggroll wrapper in my bites which I ended up spitting out... ugh.Overall, 3 stars. Not great, but not bad. Pretty much A-OK :)"
