"I work down the street from here, and they have some great Saag paneer and daal. Service was attentive, portions are huge, I loved the naan. I found this place by smell- I knew there was a good indian place in town because I could smell the aromas before I saw the actual restaurant. When you are hungry, you should definitely follow your tummy, it will lead you to good places :) - I have been here twice. I love that they top off your rice with your take out. It makes it easier to have 2 meals without having to buy a whole other thing of rice. The only complaint i had about this place was it was freezing when I dined here (it's winter, I realize) but I literally ate my meal with my jacket on both times. I do love to frequent mom and pop places and this is definitely a mom and pop shop. If you are in Arvada and have a craving for indian food- this is a great option."
"When I visited family in January, we ordered food from here through Grub Hub. It was so good that I asked family to eat it again, and we went to the restaurant. The food is phenomenal. Great flavors and textures, multiple spice levels, Inside is cozy and charming with great Indian decor. The service is very attentive. We ordered lots of food for our group including the naan, pakora, samosas, and went with Chicken biryani, chicken korma, chicken vindaloo, and we washed it down with Taj beers. I also recommend Kheer, which is a tasty rice pudding that cools the palate when you are done.I will be back!"

"Curry Kingdom an Indian Eatery is an Indian restaurant in Wheat Ridge. It's located off of 44th and Wadsworth near Walgreens.I'm slowly knocking off all my new neighborhood restaurants. I love me some Indian food and the craving kicked in over the weekend. I ordered through DoorDash and the food was ready for pickup in no time. The employee (maybe owner) was very polite. For a Friday night, the restaurant was completely empty. Maybe they hone in on the takeout side of the business? It's a fairly large space, so I felt bad seeing it empty.Luckily I live close by. The intoxicating smells of the food were tortuous after a long day without eating. I wanted the classics: curry, rice and naan. No more, no less.Chicken Makhani (Butter Chicken) // flakes of tandoor meat cooked with creamy butter sauce. When you order butter chicken, always get it with a little kick. A medium spice had a decent bite, but I wish I ordered hot. However, the curry was extremely flavorful. The chicken was fairly tender. The curry had big aromas of garlic and ginger and other spices. With garlic naan and basmati rice in tow, it made for a wonderful meal.I already know I'll be back to Curry Kingdom to work my way through the menu! Rumor has it they have a lunch buffet and who doesn't love an Indian buffet? First impressions are strong, even though this might be more of a takeout option than a dine in experience.Support our local restaurant scene!"
"Ordered from here through DoorDash on a whim and found my new go to Indian spot! I love their momo dumplings and their chicken Marsala. Amazing portions that will feed you for now than just one meal."
"When I utilized this business a little while back, I really didn't have a great experience; it was mostly not so great service where the lady who assisted me had no friendliness in her facial expression or words she uttered. My daughter who recently got a takeout from here pretty much agreed with me when it came to service (although she absolutely enjoyed the food itself.) I, however, believe in giving people or businesses a second chance so I went here just the other night to get myself a quick dinner (to which my daughter accompanied me.) To my surprise, I had a much better experience this time. The male worker upfront immediately greeted us upon arrival; he was polite with professionalism. He didn't rush me in any way; he patiently waited until I knew what I wanted. Once I had told him what I wanted he immediately transacted the order to which I settled the tab. While I was waiting for my food, I took the time to look around the restaurant to notice everything inside the it. The restaurant was very clean. The long/skinny layout of it is somewhat modern. It also has a good size patio seating. All the way back to the end (east side of it) there is a party area/room. It appears it can possibly hold 30-40 people. There was a customer who dines here on a regular basis (he also identified himself a friend to the business owner) and he friendlily spoke to us as he noticed us when walked in. He was sort of acting like the spokesperson of the restaurant and he said to talk to the manager if we had any questions or problems with anything with this place as the manager/owner truly cares about their customers' needs and satisfaction. What a nice guys!! After 10-15 minutes, my food was finally ready. At home, I immediately started my meal. Let's get to the main topic of this review: the food!!!Vegetable samosas: my daughter made a recommendation on this. When it comes to samosas I like chunky/dense ones. This restaurant makes their samosas thin. They tasted good but I still like my samosas made chunky stuffed with all kinds of ingredients with more density. These are 7 out of 10.Kari Pakora: Lemony curry with a good amount of kick (its spiciness is quite noticeable.) Unlike other typical curries, this one is not as heavily stewed so the texture is closely resembling to soups (more like) so in that sense, it's a light curry. I've never had a curry like this and I dig this very much; 8.5 out of 10 (the rice that accompanied the curry had a lot of saffron in it. In a way, I like my rice more plain so that it's not too overpowering to kill the flavors of the curry. It wasn't bad though!)To conclude my experience this time, it was quite good; 8 out of 10 for everything I had experienced. This place definitely made the list of my favorite Indian restaurants in Denver for sure."
"We were in Denver for a short trip and I brought my husband here because he loves a good buffet for his birthday. The ambience was nice as you can see from all the decor. The food was halal which is why we stopped by and there were a lot of veg and non veg options at the buffet. Parking was super easy and if you check in on Yelp you get free chai which was the high point!"
"This by far is our favorite and go to Indian place! We always get the butter chicken (medium is a good amount of spice for someone who can't have too much spice) and it's perfect to share for 2 people. We've also gotten the saag paneer, samosas, naan and paratha. They are always generous with the rice (packed to the brim, open the box over a bowl so the rice doesn't spill out!) This is my favorite meal to order during the week as theres plenty leftover."
"NOT JUST A TASTE!!! It's an Immersion of India! People need to come here and sample the exquisitely prepared cuisine all the time!! The menu is vast and the portions are great but the food is soooo fresh and delicious!Their chai tea is homemade and one can taste the fresh ingredients with each sip of loveliness. It wasn't overly sweet like other places make it!! Absolute Heaven in a cup!The servers were very polite and swift. I cannot wait to come back!!"
"I'll get right to it. The food here is great! Try their Chicken65. It's boneless chicken that's so full of flavor! I could lick offthe plate clean! For our entry we shared the Shish-kebob and Lamb Saag. The former was loaded with flavor! The latter? The lamb was tender and the portions were great. So tasty! Both dishes came with rice. I got my Mango Lassi for free because I checked in on Yelp! I like my lassi thick and not too sweet. This fits the bill perfectly! We also had an order of naan. The service was awesome! Friendly and polite. Everything was cooked fresh and served piping hot. I like this place. So I don't understand the low rating. I know they could use some colors on their walls. They need to somehow brighten those walls or decorate it with colorful stuff. They have a good-sized patio. Try them if you're in the area. You might end up loving this place!"
"We got here 10 minutes before the kitchen closed, but still they were very attentive and helpful. So yeah, excellent service. Food came out quickly and everything was delicious."

First time! They are located at the north end of a small shopping center west of Wadsworth Blvd. Very classy decor with glass topped tables and booths. They have patio dining on the north end of building. While I was there I saw several DoorDash drivers and customers picking up takeout. They have a larger selection of cocktails and wine than most Indian restaurants. So I started with a Coconut mojito made with coconut rum, coconut milk, fresh mint and lime with shaved coconut on top. It was served in a tall glass with a metal straw. The coconut milk reduced the strength of the rum, so a nice smooth drink. I got an order of Tandoori wings (1/2 dozen). Nice and spicy. My main entree was the Lamb Madras. It was served in the traditional manner in it's own bowl with lots of basmati rice. I asked for Indian hot for the spice level. You can get extra strength. I added the Kabuli Naan, a wheat naan stuffed with cherries, minced coconut, nuts and raisins. Colorful and not too sweet. I also got a Mango Lassi, a sweet mango & yogurt drink. I was served by RanBijay who also prepared my mojito. I saw a buffet setup but they not restarted it. They have a rewards program.

I hadn't been to this location before but the friend I met for lunch suggested it. The parking lot for this area is very congested but not a huge problem. The restaurant is decorated with pretty art but feels somewhat random, and the whole feel is dark and not well cared for. The booth seats are all cracked and peeling but nothing felt dirty. And, the service was very slow. It took almost 20 minutes for someone to take our order and there were only 2 other tables of customers. They do have a buffet but it's only Friday-Sunday. With all that out of the way I can say that the food was very good. We had the chicken vindaloo and chicken tikka masala and both were flavorful and well seasoned. The rice was ok. We decided to try something new for naan and went with the Kabuli. It was nutty with a hint of sweetness from the cherries but slightly overpowered by garlic. The consistency was excellent.I think that with a little care this restaurant could be spruced up nicely and that would improve the dining experience.

Always love trying new Indian spots around town. Though we have a tried and true spot closer to us than Curry Kingdom, I'd definitely put them up there with some of our other fav spots. We ordered chicken tikka masala, paneer saag, and naan to go. Like most places naan doesn't travel the best but it was still solid. We ordered spicy saag and medium tikka masala but I feel like they were opposite and my husband agreed that the chicken was much spicier. So that was a bit of a bummer since I was planning to share my chicken with our 1 year old who happens to enjoy spice but not to the level my order was. Also, they only gave us one container of rice when I'm guessing we should have had 2.

Still my favorite! My friend and I enjoyed a delicious dinner. I ordered the saag paneer (lightly spiced) and it was creamy and delicious. We enjoyed a booth near the front window and lingered as we caught up after not seeing each other for many years. Luckily it was not busy and we could enjoy a leisurely meal. Service was attentive and they checked on us many times, but allowed us to enjoy a delightful meal, peacefully engaged in conversation. We also found rockstar parking out front!?! It was perfect.

Spicy lentil soup with veggie samosa was delicious! Spicyyyy but delicious!Garlic cheese naan was to die forKulfi ice cream was amazing!Chai tea was hot and not sweetened but super creamy and delicious! It's a delicious spot about a 5 min walk from Embassy Suite Denver Tech Center that is super reasonably priced. Everyone there was super helpful and friendly! They have TVs with Indian dance music videos which were super entertaining while I was waiting for my food.

We finally found an Indian place that still serves buffet on Sunday and we're excited to try it out. The employees were so nice and friendly, but the food in the buffet was disappointing. The flavors of the food seemed water down and just weren't anything great. The mango lassi was one of the worst I've ever had. Very disappointing .

After 5-6 good to great takeout meals from Taz, I think it's time for me to give them a shout. We discovered this place during Covid, when they ran an efficient take out operation. We've kept coming back, even now that it's not on my way home from work. Our standard meal reeks of basic Americanized tastes. I couldn't care less. It's delicious.Chicken tikka masala brings plenty of rich flavor to good quality chicken. What's huge? They actually deliver when asked to make it spicy. There's none of that "American spicy" that other Indian and Thai restaurants often produce even after promising some heat.Tandoori chicken exceeds expectations with regard to flavor. It comes on a bed of peppers and onions; the former tweak the flavor. ask for just onions for the classic taste.Garlic naan is one of a long list of varieties and always hits the spot.I have also enjoyed the Chicken vindaloo, which definitely brings some heat.Samosas hit the spot, as well. Portions dwarf the typical offerings at other places and approach the amount I'd eat at a buffet. Every entree equals two solid meals.Staff are friendly on the phone and in person. They quote accurate times--I've never had to wait after arriving when they say food will be ready. Perhaps most impressive? Prices do not appear to have risen since 2020. While many Front Range eateries are either adding a few dollars to each item or, worse, adding bogus "creating happy people fees," Taz abides. We dig their food and their values.

"Great to finally have a fully vegan restaurant in highlands ranch. Food is greatThe rewards points is also great for discounts I wish they were on door dash"
"We came here on a Saturday night for dinner, and there wasn't many people. We got a table right away for the two of us. It's a well decorated restaurant and I like the ambience. The menu had a good variety. The waitress was really nice and gave us some good recommendations. I ordered the tandoori chicken and my friend ordered the chicken masala. The food came out pretty fast and we each tied each other's food. We both liked it. They give a pretty good portion. And prices weren't bad. I would go back for Indian food. But I heard that it's a chain and I have one closer to me, so I'll probably go to that one."
"I ordered for delivery and my food arrived quickly and was piping hot. I got the tofu tiki masala and saag panner. Both were full of flavor and perfectly spiced! This was enough food to feed me for 4 meals! Loved the depth of flavor and amount of food for the money. Delicious, authentic Indian food!"
"Lunch buffet was awesome and was reasonably priced. My favorites were the hot tea, mango dessert, and the tandoori chicken. They had a full bar, but I wasn't up for a drink yet. The service was fine and we were seated quickly. Note that the bathroom is outside, shared with a few of the other businesses there, I assume."
"Cuisine of the Himalayas is absolutely delicious. I am convinced this is the best restaurant in Evergreen. The food there has always been amazing. The service may be lacking at times, but the food makes up for it. We've dined in there, and were a little nervous when we were the only people there (pre-pandemic), but a few other families eventually came in.The lamb vindaloo was amazing and sneaky spicy. The chicken korma was great and the chicken tikka masala was sweet and they all had a decent spice level, even at medium spicy.I've also had the garlic naan, saag paneer (which is one of my all time favorites), bharta makhani, lamb sherpa stew and a few other things. I just keep forgetting to finish my yelp draft. There are plenty of vegetarian, fish and meat options. You can also add coconut milk and veggies to pretty much anything.I would recommend being careful about the spice levels. I usually get my dishes medium-hot and that is plenty spicy for me. Lately they've been doing take-out only out of their newly installed take-out window. Hopefully they will open up for dining in again soon. I miss eating at restaurants. Cuisine of the Himalayas is so far my favorite restaurant in Evergreen though. I highly recommend it and look forward to trying everything!"
"A+ Don't let the location fool you, best Indian food I've had in the south denver area. Very friendly staff but the food is why you'll keep coming back. Flavorful and the Lamb cooked perfectly."
"Excited to try this place after seeing the great reviews. The upfront is a little confusing, as it appears to be counter service, which is where we ordered and took a seat, only to then understand it's also table service if you're eating in. Oh well. It all worked out. Not realizing we were getting lunch specials that came with fries., we ordered a few different appetizers to split. The falafel, veggie paneer, and garlic naan were all delicious, as were the hummus, tzatziki and other sauces that came with them. We also enjoyed our lamb tikka masala burger and vegetarian tikka masala burger. The regular and sweet potato fries were fine but nothing special. However, the lunch deal of burger, fries, and drink for a set price was a nice surprise. Everything was good, and we wouldn't hesitate to come here again."
"This is hands down the best Indian food I've had in the Denver area. My husband and I got takeout and shared:- Shahi Paneer- Mysore Masala Crispy Dosa- Dahi Papari Chaat- Garlic NaanEverything was delicious and full of flavor. I'd happily come back to try more of the menu."
"We always have such a fantastic meal from here. Whether it be for dining in or take out. Great portions, service and food!!! We have friends that live in the mountains and when they come to visit they always ask to eat here. Thanks for always having a wonderful staff and food!"
"We found out about this place through Offline, and I am so happy we gave it a try! Full disclosure, we know nothing about Indian food nor have we have ever gone to an Indian restaurant before. Because of this, we stuck to the recommended menu items through Offline, and everything was so good! We started with the Mo Mo Fried (Chicken), Mulligatawny Mughal soup, and garlic naan. Yum, yum, and yum again! For our entrees, we split the vegetable curry and the buttered chicken (both mild plus spice level). I found the curry to be a bit on the sweet side with a spicy kick at the end, but my fiancé did not find it to be sweet at all. Neither of us found the butter chicken to be spicy, so we probably could have gone up a spice level on that one. Everything we ate was delicious and we would definitely go again for these same items and to try others! We went on a Friday night at 6:30pm and it was completely dead which was very sad, there were only two other tables besides us, and three pickup orders came through while we were there. They have only been around for a few months, but I am really hoping people start giving this place a go because not only is the food very tasty, but the space and ambience is really great too, the staff was all also super friendly!"
"This was my first Indian restaurant experience and I must say that I am hooked! The staff here was prompt, happy and helpful. I got a vegetarian dish, while my boyfriend who loves Indian got a chicken dish - I should have wrote the names down - but they both were delicious! I cannot wait to come back and try more here!"
"I've been to the other South Broadway location and this has the same menu. I'd call the menu huge! So many options and so many meat/non-meat options for the dishes. I've honestly never seen so many choice at an Indian restaurant before! It will surely please everyone with such variety. Just give yourself time for perusing so much. The drink prices are excellent here. I tried a Chai Martini, it was sweet and tasty if that's your thing. I am glad they opened a spot on 6th St, so much closer to me and right by The Esquire. So, if you're checking out a movie there, this is the perfect before or after spot!My last meal I swapped out the beloved paneer with tofu in my palak/saag just because I already had so much cheese that day and I was so surprised how great it was! The tofu really took on a similar taste and texture of the paneer I typically get! Also, if you like samosas but want to try an amped up version, try the samosa chat! Many places do offer this, so I was excited to see it and have it again. See my pic of it! The food is great here and it will be a place I go to often that is for sure."
"The only thing I'm mad about is how long it took me to try this place. The flavors? Incredible. Love being able to pick the spice level since I'm a baby. We got two naans, samosas, lamb tikka, butter chicken and honey curry for 100. More expensive than some take outs? Sure? Quality and flavors worth it? 100. And we had enough for dinner and leftovers for two lunches. Will definitely definitely order again."
"Having been here two times in two weeks is wild. The spices Monsoon uses for their tikka masala is out of this world and I really want to know what kind of magic they throw to make it taste so good. Pair it up with an order of garlic naan and you have the full orchestra for your dinner aka symphony of flavors.Service is outstanding at the bar and attentive to the minute detail. We have had great experiences both times we have gone. Excited to go again when the time comes. If you're undecided on dinner check out Monsoon and leave with a happy belly. Eat here!"
"This restaurant is a hidden gem with a diverse menu! This is a sports bar, bakery with Indian cuisine. We came on Wednesday night and they were pretty busy. Perhaps it was because they were broadcasting the first hockey game of the season. Overall the service was very good. Their menu offers a wide variety of items, ranging from chicken wings to butter chicken, with homemade desserts to finish. We ordered the vegetable samosas, chicken tikka masala, garlic naan, and cheese kulcha, and everything was bursting with flavor. The samosas were perfectly crispy, and the mint chutney added a refreshing touch of flavor. The chicken tikka masala had a rich, creamy sauce. The naan and kulcha were the perfect complement. Highly recommend for anyone seeking authentic and flavorful dishes!"
"First time trying this place since moving to this area. Only got take out, the food is delicious. I should've gotten hot, the medium is mild, but like I said first time trying here. Their garlic is more puffy than some other Indian places and their samosas are a little smaller but flavorful. Will try them again, my food was ready for pickup in 20 minutes."
"Finally made it here! Of course the garlic naan is incredible. Of course the butter chicken is outrageously good (like, licking my plate good). I also really enjoyed the tandoori wings (best priced wings in town I bet) and the Bombay potatoes! The Bombay potato dish is large enough to share with at least 3 other people if not more. We sat at the bar. Our server was attentive and friendly. And the food was very quick to the table. I can't wait to come back and try more dishes! But, butter chicken will have to be included every time, because IT IS DREAMY!"
"New small restaurant in the Safeway Mall in Evergreen. They have only been open a couple weeks, so we wanted to give them a try. We arrives about 4:45 and there were a couple other tables filled, but as we approached 5pm the people started streaming in, about half for take out. Staff's English was fair with a couple staff who could answer more complex questions like Gluten Free options. Ambiance fair , but the food was Fantastic. I got the Shrimp Pad Thai, medium heat. I think they Americanized the heat scale, as medium was very flavorful but only slightly warm, could easily go up a notch. Wife got a chicken curry that was very good but a bit warmer. Appeared to be a family run restaurant and they were handling the volume pretty well for just getting started. We will definitely be back!"
"We were so glad to see Sukoon back in action! My Sweetheart and I had eaten at Sukoon a few times when they were at their former location in downtown Littleton and the service and food was always top notch. Our visit to their new location in Englewood did not disappoint either. We started with the vegetable samosas....delightful with both sauces. For entree we ordered the lamb vindaloo and paneer saag. Both positively delicious, such flavor. We requested the spice level 3.5 (between both dishes 3 and 4) and I felt it was just right. Garlic and butter naan, so very tasty. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Sukoon is the type of place you root for to last a long, long time."
"Great food and flavor. The owner really cares a lot about this place and talked to us for thirty minutes about his story. He does love to ramble so youve been warned. The food was delicious and we love coming here. The pricing is great, and again we love supporting an owner that cares a lot."
"I can't say anymore than what others say about @littleindiaofdenver. I know I can take any out of towners or any locals that haven't to any of their locations and they come out a fan. So the other day guess what? We're back! It was an unbelievable feast. These are really a great group. Great staff! Awesome food. Great rich decor that transports you to a place in India itself!
