"Best place around. No messen around here, this place is an absolute must The food is unique and so full of amazing flavors. The customer service is excellent and the atmosphere is so enjoyable."
"We finally got to try Denver Taco Truck after tracking it down for months!! Between the business being booked for private events and/or the truck relocating to another site that's far from us, the stars finally aligned one Saturday afternoon at Mockery Brewing. We purchased 5 tacos (shrimp, BLT, teriyaki chicken, cheese steak, and gringo) and chicken nacho fries... so delicious. Each taco had generous fillings, meat was tender and savory, and seasoning were perfect. Fries were packed with flavor. I'm practically drooling thinking about the taste. Guys in the truck we're also nice and friendly! The food came out quick, and we were able to bring the food into the brewery! Beer and tacos? Yes please!"

"Is it a giro or a hero? I know it's spelled "gyro". I'm just going to call it a giro.Yep, that is the conversation I had with one of the operators of this lovely food truck, who has elected to visit our office in Meridian on a monthly basis. I'm not sure they were amused and shut me up by delivering a delicious wrap of meat product, veggies and cheese along with some of the best french fires I've had in a while. For $12, I may argue that is a little pricey for the food itself. But remember, they come to you! So think of your food purchase as including a delivery charge. And get over it! Don't let your brain get in the way of a delicious lunch or dinner."
"Found this food truck visiting a brewery in Broomfield this weekend. Ordered steak nachos and was not disappointed! Ingredients were freshly chopped and the steak was tender and marinated perfect. It may sound silly since this was a food truck, but these might have been the best nachos I've had in years!! Will be following this guys for awhile!"
"My community had a food truck night with Cruz In & Eat and it was great. We had the Chile Relleno and an assortment of tacos (chicken, steak, and both shrimp types). They were really good. Their pico is great and the salsa verde was quite spicy. You can order online and then just go pick it up, or you can order at the truck and they give you a little buzzer for when your food is ready. Which was great because it was cold outside so we wanted to go back and sit in the car."
"Had their Italian Beef sandwich at Strange Craft Brewery, and it was great. Every part of the sandwich was delicious. Bread was fresh baked, beef was perfectly spiced (a tad dry, but the au jus with it was perfect), and it came with giardineira, just like in Chicago."
"Some really interesting menu options of eye popping desserts and spicy raamen noodles w/ tapatio are found here!! These wild and different approaches to feed the public, are what brought me to this food truck. Tacos El Reydesel serves mainly Mexican food; this truck is unstoppable!! Hot Cheetos Burritos, Pizzadillas and Birria Fries are served aside the traditional Mexican foods served in almost every other food truck out there. Recently, I stopped by for their Valentine's Day specials: -Heart Platter #1 : 12 Tacos with roses in the middle, salsas, onion, cilantro & limes on the side. With our famous HORCHATA LOCA -$40 (Meats: Birria,Asada)-Heart Platter #2 : 12 Tacos with roses in the middle salsas, onion, cilantro & limes on the side. With two Conchas Locas & our famous HORCHATA LOCAI chose Heart Platter #2, because it included the Conchas Locas AND the Horchata otherwise. Apparently, we had to make sure to place our order before the 12th! DEPOSITS ARE REQUIRED! The tacos were shaped into an actual heart, which showed some creativity. These 5 roses were placed on top of the carefully decorated tacos and looked very classy for a catering type of event. Our conchas came in pastel pink and hot pink shaped breads with the bread shaped in a heart itself. I thought that was super unique and just adorable! One of my favorite food trucks indeed."
"Flower shop parking lot spot, on the corner and calling to you! As SoCal transplants we were searching for a pastor spit producing solid sliced pork tacos. OOOOHHHHH...we found one! They are quick, tasty, at the right price point for a truck and have been solid every time we have stopped by. A plate of 4 is a done deal for any legit taco lover. A splash of hot sauce, a squeeze of lime and the cucumber slices on the plate are a great finisher. No frills, no tables. Bring a folding chair and sit at the back of your car. This is a "bring your face to the taco" kinda place. You will be forever stoked on this one!"
"We moved to Colorado from Southern California, specifically San Diego and then Los Angeles and we have been searching for a burrito that resembles the Baja Mexican food we love and miss. Baja Berto's is exactly that! We wish it was easier to find his truck especially on the weekends when all we want is a good authentic breakfast burrito! But when you can find it it is the best Mexican in Denver we have found!"
"Gamechanger sandwiches. The croquettes are like little cordon bleu mozzarella sticks with an amazing dipping sauce. You have never had a turkey sandwich or a Cubano like these! Such well thought out food."
"Uptown & Humboldt is a special place. I've seen every iteration of them over the years. From food trucking and meal prepping to hotel brunching and food stalling, these cats have been ALL OVER the Greater Denver metro area sharing their culinary creativity with the masses. You'll be hard-pressed to find anyone kinder and more passionate about the community more than Gio and his business partner, Hayden. The ethos of Uptown & Humboldt stems from their travels around the world and their culinary adventures. The end result is nothing short of damn delicious food. The current menu revolves around their gyros and burgers. You can't go wrong with anything you try. The FMB and Berlin burgers are absolutely delicious. On my most recent visit I went with my favorite order: the Lamb Gyro and Yuca Fries. This combination is magnificent. The lamb tender and the gyro filling. The yuca fries somehow steal the show every time, with the garlic cilantro aioli in th running for most addictive side sauce in Denver.PRO TIP: wash it down with a Pineapple Basil Agua Fresca. It puts all other agua frescas to shame. Splurge on the drink, IT'S BEYOND WORTH IT.If you're at their food stall at Zeppelin Station, you'll be kicking yourself if you don't try anything from their newer tapas menu. The two standouts are the Truffle Manchego Croquettes and the Pistachio Whipped Feta. Just take my money and call it a day.If you find their food truck and they happen to be serving breakfast burritos, order one. Actually order seven. In the breakfast burrito-obsessed world of Colorado, theirs are TOP TIER. These are craveworthy. Like going out in a blizzard craveworthy!I'm one of Gio and Hayden's biggest fans. They've accomplished so much in a short period of time, but I have a feeling they have big things on their horizon. Wonderful people, excellent food, and a burning desire to do good in this world. If that isn't the recipe for success and happiness, I don't know what is."
"I was a damn fool for not coming over here and trying out the food before. It's absolutely an amazing experience eating this food. You owe it to yourself just to go try it. There is a reason why I go to food trucks like this. It's because of the love in the food that they add."

Pleasantly surprised! Staff were extremely nice, welcoming and helped answer questions. Restaurant itself is really cute, nicely decorated and has some fun extras like a mini bowling alley. The food was really good! Flavorful, not too spicy and good variety. There is 100 Mexican food restaurants in Brighton and this one stands out. Try it! You won't be disappointed!!

Very bland and expensive tacos. Pricing for a street taco was $5 or $6 but barely had any meat or flavor. You don't get a lot for your money and probably could have had better if you made it at home. I hope they can turn it around. Chicken on the chicken nachos were flavorful however.

Hell. yes! Read it again. Hell to the yes. These tacos...they are bomb, amazing, delicious...anything and everything you can think of to describe some of the most delicious tacos you've ever eaten! Definitely get the birria with cheese and you will not be disappointed. Served with fresh cilantro and onions, a delightful green salsa, and of course the consommé you dip it in. So freaking good! I'm going to go ahead and say I think these guys have the best Birria Tacos in denver! They also have flaming hot Cheetos birria "nachos". Also their Agua frescas are great too! (Pro tip take them home and throw some tequila in there...wink wink)

Hands down the best Al pastor tacos that I have had in Denver. Los Angeles transplant and the thing I miss the most are good street tacos and this places satisfied my need for bomb tacos

"It seems like every time you turn your head in Denver, there is a new food truck popping up. I wouldn't be surprised if they were growing as rapidly as breweries (the two do complement each other nicely, after all). And with so many new additions to the scene, sometimes it's hard to know which ones will be great and which are a letdown. I decided to take my chance on Skadi's the other night at Strange and was pleasantly surprised. Though Skadi's focus appears to be primarily on sandwiches, the thing that caught my eye was their "Cody Mac" (sauce mornay, roasted carrots & garlic). I love roasted carrots and I LOOOVE mac n cheese, and this was a very good rendition of both. 'Adult' mac n cheese, if you will. The price of $9 seemed a little steep initially, but it was a generous portion and came with a delicious side salad. I would definitely like to try them again the next time I see this truck!"
"One of the best breakfast burritos I've ever had. I got the chorizo breakfast burrito with everything except rice. I also grabbed some of their hot (red) and mild (green) salsas. Everything was delicious. Everything was cooked well and the flavors all melded together perfectly. The salsa's were refreshing, delicious, and had just the right amount of spice. Haven't had their tacos or other food, but the breakfast burritos are highly recommended!"
"This truck came to my neighborhood this weekend to offer food for those of us under quarantine. I had a very good steak and arugula sandwich that was juicy and satisfying. I also got the bacon cheese tots, because there's nothing in those three words I don't like individually. Let me tell you, when put together, they're astonishingly good. And they didn't use like little faux bacon bits. No, these were great big hunks of tasty pork. The others in my family tried the fried chicken sandwich and the shrimp po'boy and said they were also delicious.I've always said that restaurants with big menus are suspect because they have too many things to get right. For someplace like this, with a small menu, they need to be experts in everything they make. Fortunately for us, they are."
"Amazing barbacoa tacos! Carnitas was a little dry and lacking in flavor. Al pastor and asada were standard. $3/taco as of February 2025. Quick to order and about 10 minutes for food to be ready. This food truck is located in the parking lot of the Advanced Auto Parts store. There is no seating available. They do take card and apple/google pay."
"Cant beat the prices and freshness of their falafel wrap! It does take a bit longer than everything else on the menu so only go here if you've got at least 25 minutes for a break."
"Lucky to score Lucky Bird! This food truck came to my 'hood recently and it was such a nice change of pace. We ordered a Spicy Bird sandwich, chicken tenders and loaded sweet potato fries. It was easy to order and pay online via their website and our food was fresh out of the fryer upon arrival. The Spicy Bird sandwich was the standout. It was a big piece of fried chicken topped with gochujang butter and house pickles on a potato bun. I was impressed by the size of the chicken tenders but thought the breading was lacking flavor, so the honey mustard helped. For that reason, I'd opt for the asian or buffalo blue tenders next time which have sauce. The loaded waffle fries included cotija cheese, buttermilk dressing, bacon and scallions. I liked them! The people working there were super friendly. I'd definitely try it again the next time the truck rolls through!"
"We had chilaquiles red and green, both were amazing!! This place is authentic and delicious. Highly recommend. The ingredients were so fresh, and the salsa was fire! Service was definitely amazing, they were so kind! And the ambiance was a good truck so can't say too much on that! Either way, if you want fresh, delicious, authentic, food, hit them up!"
"First impression is a lasting impression and unfortunately it wasn't a good one. If the tater tots are better than the sliders well Houston we have a problem! If you're going to be serving food at an event with a high volume of customers then you should be well prepared and most importantly serving up good food so you have us wanting more. What I was served was unacceptable and very disappointing! But I was too hungry to go back and complain and didn't have the patience to wait. Sliders was the main feature here and I decided on two of each so I could share with my girlfriend. She ordered the Chipotle burger and Falafel to share. Mushroom slider - The bun was cold and hard while the meat was dry and bland. This was a total let down. The garlicky mushroom sauce was more like a cold pasty glue. Pulled Pork slider - This wasn't too bad but it would of been better served up warm! Flavors were decent but I think after a few drinks anything tastes good. Cold bun, cold meat no Bueno! Chipotle slider - The spicy sauce kind of saved this one but yet again how can you enjoy a cold dry burger. Falafel - Decent but nothing to rave about sorry!Tater Tots- The only thing served warm. Just your average tot but these hit the spot! I've been wanting to try the burger bus for awhile now and what I was left with was pure disappointment! I found myself going for the tater tots more than the sliders because they were warm. Maybe they figured it's a wine event so people wouldn't notice but it clearly stood out to me."
"I went here today and got pastor tacos and my boyfriend got pastor and barbacoa. The tacos were packed with meat and flavor. It also came with three salsas that were all great. We got 10 tacos for $27-- we will be back."
"Decided it was a perfect day for some beer from Novel Strand and some food from whatever truck was parked out front! Lucky for me, that truck was El Chuletazo. Went with the arepa bowl, which came with a delicious mozzarella stuffed arepa, salad, veggies, chicken and beef. We'll be snacking on this while we down our beers, and everything on the plate is absolutely delicious. The staff were also super friendly - highly recommended, I hope they're back soon!"
"Best BBQ and comfort food in Colorado. Highly recommend!Service is great and the owner really takes pride in their food"
"Super solid "street tacos." Got al pastor and asada, both were equally delicious. Coming from Chicago, our standards are quite high, but this little food truck hit the spot. It's super reasonably priced at $3 per taco. We'll most certainly be returning soon! 10/10 would recommend."
"This is a new taco spot in downtown Denver and first impressions, it's very clean with a lot of seating options and there's a lot of room so you don't feel cramped. There are so many taco options and if you come early, they have a breakfast menu.I ordered the Al Pastor and Cubano tacos and both were so good. Both tacos have a lot of flavor and you get a good amount of protein in each. There is a sauce station near the napkins so don't forget to add some salsa and onions to your taco order."
"We ordered the Pork Chop sandwich with fries (take out) and it was fabulous. Freddie gave us a sample of caramel popcorn mixed with cheese popcorn and that too came home with us because it is delicious. Because of COVID-19, operating hours are reduced, so check their Facebook page for the latest update. Highly recommend this place!"
"The food truck was in our neighborhood tonight and was so, so, so good!! We ordered coccoli, piri piri and wings. My favorite was the piri piri was made mild for us, still had a tiny quick and great flavor! The bread was perfect pairing for the shrimp and flavors in the dish. The coccoli was second the puffy bread with sweet, salty prosciutto and tangy balsamic was again a pairing of magical flavors. The wings were cooked to a perfect crisp and unique flavor, I love me some ranch, but these did not need any extra sauce!! Can't wait to try again!!"
"Where do we start... The food was good; however it was over priced and underwhelming considering you don't get very much for what you paid for. Cheesestake was good but about the size of a hot dog with the same amount of meat put on a subway sandwich (they count slices and we all know it) After eating it and a "full" side of fries- I'm still hungry. $30 dollars paid (me and my husband) and we are still hungry. Mehhhh"
"Amazing! They serve incredible superfood lattes, specialty coffee and vegan breakfast foods.... I love that they work hard to purchase their coffee from ethical and sustainable sources! ...and you gotta try their signature "GBC" sandwich!!"
"The first time I heard of this place was as a food truck at Stampede. The empanada was delicious. They make it as you order so it's hot. Inside the empanada was beef with other vegetables but everything was spiced and seasoned really well. Each bite of the empanada was super delicious. Everyone was super friendly and they work hard to get your order out to you as quick as possible. Just so yummy. I need to come back and try the Cubano."
"Tuesday June 2nd 2015. Civic Center Eats 2015 LUNCH Time was about 11:05hrs ish.Portion size is doable. Taste wise doable though they can do better. Its filled with HUGE Chunks of LOBSTER Meat. The cost was $16.00 per Traditional Lobster Bun. The TAX included for the purchase was $2.60. It comes with Coleslaw. There is room for improvement by this Lobster Food Truck in town.If I could recall correctly, my friend ordered the "HOT" kind of Lobster Roll, while I opt to have the "COLD" kind of Lobster Roll. We received our order about 11:20hrs ish.Take note, you need to come to this Food Truck WAY EARLY coz, the lines to wait can be lengthy for some if you are on a time crunch just to have Lobster for your Lunch. May return to this FOOD TRUCK hopefully one day in 2016 so perhaps my review might differ.Man, by writing this review it brought me fond memories WAY BACK in YEAR 2000 back in Maine. If ONLY MAINE is closer in real life. *SIGH*3.5 STARS@2015"
"This brat cart outside Home Depot does a great job. The food is consistent and delicious. They have brats, hot dogs, burritos, burgers & tortas. The staff is always welcoming and outgoing. Anytime i sm in the area i stop by for lunch or a "brat snack". Keep up the good work!!"
"Please don't put my garlic bread in with hot sauce and a lid so it gets soggy. Over all the truck did a decent job with food. I guess I need to be a little more literal then someone says it's a bowl special with salad and garlic bread. Yeah.. they put it all in the same bowl with a lid. I'm not a food separatist but there are just some things that should not touch.. like Marinara and lettuce. Luckily I was able to rescue some of my lettuce and my 1/2 soggy garlic bread from the bowl before all was lost. They were speedy.. 2 man operation. I have read other experiences were not so speedy. Looks like they were having a good day. I think it was a total of like 5 mins from order to delivery. By the time I walked through the building to my desk, all was still hot. The marinara was about the only home made thing in the bowl so that's all I have to go on. Not to salty... not to spicy..and over all good showing. Oh wait.. there was a meatball, yes that was pretty good. it appeared to be and tasted hand made. Wasn't over cooked still a little pinkish in the middle. The nice big chuck of garlic was a nice touch as well. I didn't want to risk it begin raw garlic so I opted out of eating it whole. Turns out .. it wasn't completely raw. One of the guys next to be snagged the other half of my meatball while my back was turned so he enjoyed it. Over all it was a nice lunch on a colder day. I do hope they visit us again so I can try one of the sandwiches."
