"Snarfs is my favorite local sandwich shop/chain in Colorado! Each sandwich is handcrafted with love and fills me up every single time. I've tried most of what they offer but a couple stands out particularly their motherclucker and Italian sandwiches. Their house peppers are to die for and adds a nice little zing to each bite! In the photo was their special which was the Italian but with meatballs and marinara which was amazing.Ok but what about their off menu offerings? Boy get the Mother clucker now! Rotisserie chicken, veggies and the secret ingredient...honey! It adds a nice little sweetness which cuts into the saltiness to the toppings. You won't be disappointed! We've only been two of their locations, which are the cherry Creek and University shops, but both provide amazing service and good eats."

"After some initial confusion Helga's management was able to host my mom's 80th birthday! My mom grew up in Germany and the environment helped her feel a bit like she was home!Our waitstaff was amazing! Austin was friendly and incredibly attentive to every detail! He was knowledgeable about the menu and all the beers! He was assisted by Jay, who is fluent in German and spoke with my mom, and they had a whole conversation, including his wishing her happy birthday!! They made sure that everything was perfect for us. Thanks for helping celebrate my mom's special day!"

"Denver has a bunch of delis, would be delis, pretend delis, sandwich shops that think they're delis, sort of Jewish delis, and the New York Deli News which is the closest thing we've got to a classic, New York City-style Jewish deli. It has been my favorite since they opened in 1989 and it is my favorite now.They hit all of my hot buttons: matzo ball soup, deli salads, chopped liver, a huge list of fantastic, overstuffed sandwiches (corned beef, pastrami, corned beef & pastrami!), blintzes, all day breakfast, and weekend brunch.The space was getting a little tired on my last visit several months ago, but I was surprised this visit with a fancy new sign, a new color scheme, new menus, a tidied up interior, and new systems, including very nice hand-held terminals for the servers. Everything ran very efficiently.I had my frequent order of blintzes on this visit. They were tasty, hot, and fresh. My friend had a very generously-sized cheese omelet which he enjoyed. I love the matzo ball (chicken) soup here. The matzo balls are always tender and the soup richly flavored. The sandwiches are great. You can't go wrong with any of them. This place hits the spot whether you want breakfast, lunch, or dinner.The New York Deli News is one of Denver's treasures. This is the place for the authentic New York deli experience. Accept no substitutes."

"2 years later, it's time for an updated review! My friend and I walked to Lou's from our dance studio for lunch, and it's still one of the best sandwich shops in town. There are so many options, including groceries in their refrigerated sections. I ended up ordering a Muffeletta because I looove olives and it was recommended by one of the staff members there. The half portion was perfect. Apparently they do quarter portions as well. Definitely want to try some of their plates in the future. There's plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. You can pair your sandwich with one of the beverages in their labeled fridges. Plenty of street parking in the area. Excited to come back and support Lou's again!"

"We've driven by Latke Love a bunch of times and always say "we need to try that place." Well, today we did and we are so glad we did, it was delicious! The restaurant is small and cozy, it looks like walking into your grandma's house. When we walked in the food smelled incredible! The owner was really friendly and answered all of our questions. The food was outstanding, some of the freshest salmon I've ever tasted and I'd buy the dill cream if they sold it! The Guinness gravy and brisket were amazing and perfectly seasoned, and the latkes were outstanding! To top it all off, the homemade applesauce was delicious.We are very much looking forward to going again!"

"Another review that begins with I've been thinking about Snarfs off and on for 20 years. Yes, another Boulder business that has stood the test of time!This was my spot for sandwiches when I was in college eek almost 20 years ago. That Italian sandwich, while not authentic at all, was, and still is, just so good. Good for post sammy hikes, good for hungover mornings, you name it. And it still lands! That salty, cured meat with the works is so good. It's heated too, and I don't even love heated sandwiches. The bread is crispy, the toppings are plentiful.Snarf's, you've expanded and you're still crushing the sandwich game. This location was kind of clean enough with a few tables outside."

I specifically loved the hot pepper mix I added to my sub.My friend's sandwich looked amazing also. If you're in the area and looking for a sub, I would try out Stack's. "This is a pretty popular location during lunchtime. It's busy and there's lots of people dining in and taking out to eat. There are plenty of seating so we had no issue finding one. The staff is friendly and nice. I've never been to one and quite shocked it took me this long to try it.I ordered the Original at a small with salt and vinegar chips. They have a lot on the menu so I was overwhelmed with choices. However, since it's my first time, I went with the OG. Compared to other sandwich places, the crunchy sourdough bread was a standout. Something about that sourdough just gives the sandwich a kick. It tastes quite good and they don't shy on ingredients. The small was plenty for me and the large can be shared between two or three.The parking lot is kinda meh. There are lots of potholes and it can be difficult to find parking."

"Love the Heidi's downtown on 17th so was craving it now that I work from home. Ordered a veggie sandwich for pick up with the only mod being no tomato, but I didn't get any avocado or onion either. Just bread, cream cheese, lettuce, sprouts and cucumber. I ordered an extra potato salad (and paid extra) which wasn't included either. I couldn't find an email receipt so I just let it go. However my $18 sandwich lunch seems kind of sad now. Upon walking in the guy up front made eye contact but then ignored me and kept going through something with his co-worker. That's cool if you're working on training or a problem but just ignoring people isn't the best impression. Probably will come back since this is the only Heidi's nearby but won't order ahead again."

"I was in a pinch since I forgot my lunch and I only get 30 minutes to eat. So some colleagues recommended Jason's and off I went! I arrived at Jason's and there were only two people in front of me. I ordered the Rueben sandwich, chips, and a Diet Coke. It took about 10 minutes to get my order. A nice touch to my visit happened when the cashier let me know about free ice cream next to the soda machine. I didn't try it but maybe next time. When I got back to the office and took a bite of the Rueben it was amazing. The pastrami was cut thin, piled high, and flavorful, the sauerkraut was perfect, and the bread was soft and very fresh! This location ranks up there with NY Deli News, perhaps better and most definitely cheaper. I'm still trying to get used to the prices and inflation so the $18.10 price tag was an eye opener, but Chipotle or Chick-Fil-A are 12-$16 too."

"When it comes to massive hearty sandwiches, this is the best place in town, and compared to other Deli Zones this one is worth driving too if you aren't local. I am a fairly large person that can put away a lot of food, and the large sandwiches here will make me full and I usually have to take part of the sandwich home. My favorites are the Kong, Gangster, and Pastrami which the pastrami here is amazing and I always add it as extra to every sandwich that I get. For Delivery, they are pretty quick regardless of the time or day, and the food always arrives hot or cold as necessary. If they don't have something you ordered or need clarification they will take the time to call and ask instead of guessing and getting it wrong. If you stop in, the food is always prepared fresh right in front of you on the grill so you know what you're getting is cooked to order when you order it. The prices here I think are actually low for what you get, and I wouldn't mind paying another $2 for a sandwich from here, because they are truly large proportions."

Limited selection but still decent. The service is just okay. Anything local is usually better than a corporate chain. It mostly is the case here. The prices really aren't worse than many other stores. It's typical of a convenient store to take advantage of customers in a hurry. They sure do that here, but it's not all bad though. Some things have decent prices. The made to order items are the best values. Grocery items are pricier. This is good if you have some time. It has a pretty good menu of sandwiches and things from the deli. Prices are better for the made to order items. This is a better place if you have time for waiting."
