"Hip little coffee shop. Hung out with my kids and got my caffeine fix. Everything was decent. Cornbread waffle had a slight raw flour/dough taste. But the spicy jam was awesome. Veggie burrito is pretty much cheese and potatoes, didn't taste actual veggies. Coffee was good and matcha lemonade was not obviously artificial tasting but could use sweetener, but I felt healthier drinking it. My biggest annoyance is the tip request. I agree that there is a service. Tuổi order at a counter... they bring it to you, most people return their cups and plates to the bus bucket themselves. You also get your own water. So the tip request was 18, 20, 22%... that is what I give when I'm at a fine dine restaurant when I'm truly being served for hours. Not a coffee shop. Tip culture in America is ridiculous these days. Chick Fil-A has way better service and friendlier and doesn't ask for tip."
"I loved this place! The atmosphere in the cafe is very cozy and welcoming. The prices were very fair for their sizes as well! They have lots of specialty coffee's to choose from, and regular coffee and teas as well."
"I supported this local business every day they were open during this visit to Denver. Both Matt and Taylor are very friendly and they both make an excellent mocha. My wife enjoyed her lattes too.I expect to support Cafe Typica on my next Denver visit. I recommend you visit them to grab your next coffee."
"Enjoyed this coffee shop when I utilized it mid last week. I was going to a different coffee place that's only several block away from Pablo's but it was unfortunately closed. Upon realizing it, I did a quick search for an alternative on Yelp and Pablo's came up and it was a walking distance from where I was. This is on the busy street of Colfax. There is a huge sigh right in front of the shop so it's definitely eye-catching for many drivers. For that, I'm pretty sure people make a spontaneous stop to satisfy their coffee needs. Very spacious place with high ceiling. Plants are visible throughout. Eco friendly place always resonates with me.The lady at the ordering counter was so welcoming. She made what I just needed: triple shot of cappuccino!! She did ask me I truly wanted three shots because 12oz cap already comes with two shots. I said my loud and firm "yes" to that!!The stout cap hit the spot! I stayed there to finish it thoroughly enjoy the atmosphere. Since it was past noon, the store was close to empty with only a few other patrons. This allowed me to have a relaxing "me" time. Much needed break from my day job. Upon exiting the place, the same lady who was at the exit door thanked me for coming and asked me how my cap was. I, of course, told her it was great. Her pleasant smile made my day."
"Denver has no shortage of killer coffee and SONDER is part of the conversation. I've had their coffee before but have never sat in the shop before until yesterday. 10/10 would recommend!I've posted about my adoration for espresso tonics and SONDER's might have instantly become a new favorite in town. They even garnish with a lemon wheel. Like an old fashioned cocktail, typically these drinks have a "curve" of peak bitterness in the beginning, followed by a more mellow sweetness at the end. This one somehow tasted balanced the entire way through. I guzzled it down way too quickly, which is probably the best compliment I could give it!Free wifi was working exquisitely. Plenty of remote worker bees like myself draining every ounce of wifi imaginable and plugging away on our computers. The door was open and the sun was shining through the shop. Though simple in design, it's extremely comfortable, and they had a steady flow of customers on a Tuesday afternoon.SONDER, I might need to head over YONDER to that part of town more often. Excellent coffee, friendly baristas, and a pleasing aesthetic. No complaints, keep doing what you're doing!"
"OK this place needs to get noticed more!!! How is such a chic coffee shop nestled in a chic neighborhood only having 2 Yelp reviews under its belt? Well, maybe I need to bring more friends here to have excellent crafted coffee! It was an accident that we discovered Middle State Coffee. The one closest to our lunch spot that day was closing early for the upcoming Labor Day holiday, so we went a little out of the way, dealt with street parking, to get here. The not-so-big coffee shop was already 2/3 filled with customers sipping their drinks and working on their laptops. We did still find a place to sit inside but also noticed cute patio furniture right outside. The menu both surprised and delighted us, we saw things like Dalgona coffee and Espresso soda which are rare finds! I couldn't decide between Dalgona and an Affogato but the girly barista carefully explained each drink to me and ultimately, I decided on the Affogato since I wanted "real" coffee and not "instant." (To the Dalgona's defense, my friend who ordered it said it was delicious!). Affogatos are those things that you almost can't get wrong, right? I mean, how can you mess up coffee with ice cream? As in, how would anyone complain about an Apple Pie A La Mode being not good? HOWEVER, I've never had an affogato THIS GOOD. I know the scoop of ice cream is vanilla bean, not sure if homemade or store brought, but it was the quality of the espresso, and the way it was carefully handcrafted, that swept me off the floor! I've been having dreams about it ever since leaving Middle State Coffee!A guy friend ordered the Espresso soda and was very pleased with it. He said recently he had a bad drink of the same kind at another coffee house and was a little worried about ordering it here. I wouldn't order the waffles again here unless you have a kid you're trying to calm down (in our case, that was it!) because waffles aren't their specialty, I can have better elsewhere. But the coffee, and the barista who is so good at her craft, are hard to beat!"
"Great service. Excellent apple strudel. Turkish coffee was inspiring. I drove a half hour to get to the store. I wish this place was closer. I would go every day."
"I used my trusty Yelp app to find a good place for coffee near 1-25 and Colorado Blvd. I used to live in Denver but didn't know about this development. Sonder is located in a food court next to a movie theater. The parking is free and easy (2 hrs). The food court is nice and Sonder is at the west end of it. The menu is simple and the coffee is great. Of course, they have all the varieties. You can also get tea, croissants, breakfast burritos, and some baked goods. There's plenty of seating nearby or in the food court. It's a great place to meet someone for a chat. I met a really nice person working there named Toby. Turned out he was the owner. Super great guy. Super great staff. I wish him very much continued success!"
"Even if this coffee shop wasn't located next to the Botanic Gardens, I would still seek them out because they know their coffee and honestly, it's just such a beautiful space whether you go to the gardens or not. If I was still single, this would be the perfect "first date" kind of place if you want to seem classy but not yet sure how much you want to invest in a second date. If it goes well, suggest a romantic stroll through the gardens. If it doesn't go well...just GTFO.I also have a special place in my heart for Copper Door Coffee Roasters because they graciously stayed open to accommodate our event for Blossoms of Light. It can be tough to organize a networking event without paying the exorbitant room fees for the botanical gardens, especially if you only have 20 people and an hour for networking. The ambiance, drinks and the staff were amazing for our Therapist Appreciation Night which we hosted in conjunction with Corporate Sponsor's night. I'm thinking of planning more get together here just because the space is so welcoming. Also, do not miss the spicy chai! I know coffee is their jam but the chai is amazing."

The always happening Highland neighborhood is a favorite of Denver tourists and locals like me. And it's so ever changing when it comes to food and drinking in mind. New stores continue to pop up with the blink of an eye. And it's been hard to catch up with it. Not sure when this shop opened its doors but it sure didn't escape my notice when I was in the neighborhood for a facial earlier today. This place is petite. I tend to like this size of a store more than larger counterparts to be frank. I guess I like the personableness that makes me feel like I can be cozied up with my drink so I can do some pondering. There are some seatings available just outside of it along the store as well. The lady barista was friendly to me. She complimented my hair to start with and asked me if I was visiting (as I was taking a lot of photos; I guess I looked like a tourist!!) The size of the menu matches with the size of the store. I've been liking simple more than anything lately. Since I ordered a latte, she showed me the flavor add-ons I can do to my drink. Since I don't like overly sweet drinks I asked her to go easy on the flavor (Rosemary Vanilla to be exact). She did exactly just that by putting a hint of it. The flavor was truly subtle which I could barely taste it. This was perfect for me. Let's not forget to mention about the wines they serve here. Per the signage outside, their coffee is radical and their wines are magical. Can't wait to find out about the wine part soon. This was a nice discovery. I might start a membership at the facial place so if I do that then I'll be able to stop at this coffee shop after my appointment. This is a win win for me!!

My husband and I loved our experience here! The food was fresh and filling, while our drinks were delectable and richly flavorful. They have several sugar free syrup options, and the servers were super welcoming. I hope Colorado sees this company expanding across its cities! We need more branches like this selling tasty brew, instead of the burnt liquid provided at Starbucks stores for a lofty price. Parking is in ample supply, seating is comfortable, and the location is convenient. Strongly recommend!

Love love love Cafe Typica! They sell a variety of coffee beans from all over the world. Their lattes are fabulous. Matt, the owner runs the place and he knows his coffee very well. They have a medley of flavors you can add on to your drink. They also sell teas, smoothies, frappes, cold drinks, baked goods such as cookies, breads, croissants as well as coffee making gadgets. I simply go for the great coffee. I've tried three different flavors of their Costa Rican coffee and they all have been fantastic! Definitely a regular customer now.Five stars all around

I love the staff, the service, the coffee, and the snacks. All around 5 star experience. Theres always plenty of parking and seating available. I appreciate that they have a small amount of kiddo toys so I can have a few minutes of quiet to let the caffeine kick in. While the space is large with tall ceilings, people seem to keep their conversations calm so it doesn't get too noisy.

I got their lemon poppyseed matcha. The presentation was beautiful, but it just tasted only like matcha, no hints of lemon. It had the poppyseeds on the top but no additional poppyseed taste.Their almond croissant was good, but I have definitely had better ones. The place is cute and was clean during my visit here. The staff were not friendly. They took a while to take my order and had frowns on their faces the whole time I was there. They do not honor the Yelp checkin of 10% off.I really wanted to like this place, but my visit just was not good enough for me to come back.

Middle Stare is right next to my favorite Mexican restaurant in Denver, so lucky me! The hubby and I swung by on a Sunday morning after they opened, only to find that there was one person working who was slammed with drink, food, and to go orders. She was busting her butt and very graceful about it all. The hubby ordered a drip while I ordered a triple americano. It was very smooth and perfectly balanced. We also grabbed a bag of beans to take home, which we opened today and they were just as good. The shop is bright, has lots of natural light, liveliness from the plans, and a clean setting.

I stopped by here again recently and this time I tried their traditional spiced Turkish coffee which has a blend of numerous spices and just a touch of sugar. It was served in a copper pot which was really neat. Wonderful flavor and the coffee was amazing. This time I tried one of their cream cheese danish with fig preserves and it was absolutely delicious. I spent a couple hours here reading and studying and I did not feel rushed or bothered at all. I will absolutely be back and will recommend this spot to all my friends. The staff is welcoming and knowledgeable and the ambiance is warm and friendly.

Sonder Coffee is an absolute gem located inside the Junction Food Hall! It's the perfect spot for coffee lovers looking for a great environment and top-notch drinks. I recently stopped by with some friends, and we were excited to try their seasonal offerings. We ordered the key lime espresso latte, the orange blossom espresso latte, and the honey pistachio cold brew, and let me tell you--they did not disappoint! The key lime espresso latte was the perfect balance of tart and smooth, with just the right amount of sweetness. The orange blossom espresso latte had a delicate floral note that paired beautifully with the espresso, and the honey pistachio cold brew was a unique and refreshing twist on a classic cold brew. Each drink was crafted with care, and you could tell the team at Sonder Coffee puts real thought into their seasonal flavors.Aside from the amazing coffee, the location inside Junction Food Hall is super convenient, whether you're grabbing a quick cup to go or sitting down to enjoy the lively food hall atmosphere. The friendly service and cozy, inviting vibe made it a perfect place to catch up with friends. I can't wait to come back and see what they have brewing next!

"Here's my update. Don't give your money to that corporate mermaid chain. This shop has it all. Small bites. Croissants that are great fresh out of the oven but slightly stale after a day however not nearly as terrible as most in this "high altitude" state. All of the snacks here are delicious and will be your New Year's resolution cheats. The coffee though? Most of the cups I've gotten here are excellent and not overly roasted or burnt tasting but the best thing on their current menu is the whiskey cold brew. GD that stuff slaps."
"One of the best pour-overs I've ever had. Extremely knowledgeable proprietor on coffee. Will be back. Also very clean."
"When I'm in Denver visiting my son and granddaughter I often pop in early to pick up lattes for the family, as well as those amazing breakfast burritos. The owner is a skilled barista, artist, and super kind. Definitely check this place out and support local small business"
"Went to pick up a surprise bag from too good to go and was greeted by the nice staff. They asked me what I wanted, which was a bonus so I tried the chorizo breakfast burrito and a chocolate croissant, they were both delicious"
"Best coffee in the city - staff is sooo pleasant and makes great recommendations for drinks, beans, roasting, etc. love it here."
"I stopped in really fast for a cup of coffee before going to my facial appointment next door. The place is very clean, the staff is friendly and they have great coffee choices. If I lived closer, this would be my new coffee spot. The decor and motif is fun and my simple coffee was hot, fresh and just right. The price was reasonable and I was in and out in five minutes flat. A first rate coffee place."
"Wow! The lavender honey latte here was exceptional! A little bit of a line on a Friday morning but overall very open and bright ambiance. The barista was helpful with letting us know the seasonal flavors and we ended up with an iced vanilla latte and a lavender honey latte. Both were great but the honey lavender was so good, I almost stole it from my boyfriend and I don't even typically like lavender! Really enjoyed this little coffee shop!"
"What a great visit to a beautiful and unique coffee shop. And what an incredible business - they love on, train, encourage and support adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities. They have a comfortable space, charming handcrafted products, and an inevitably unique service experience.Service hours:Sunday: closedM-F: 9:00am-2:30pmSaturday: 9:00am-2:00pm"
"4.5 stars. I love that the Curtis Park location has the same "safe space" vibe as the original but still feels unique. Butter Coffee is my favorite thing to get, though you can explore all their lovely latte variations. I had the Sausage Breakfast Sandwich, which was SOOO good! Surprising burst of flavor.Much smaller location with less tables if you're planning to get work done. Wi-Fi didn't seem to be available as advertised unfortunately, but maybe it was just that day. I just had to take a Zoom call from my phone outside on the front patio which wasn't ideal but made it work."
"This was such a great little coffee shop. I adore the Hawaiian theme. I got the maca coco iced latte and it was such a dream. There was plenty of seating for lounging and tables for working. It was such a great atmosphere & I will certainly be back!"
"My friend and I gave this place a try as we wanted to check out a new coffee spot that doesn't close at 2pm. We didn't think too much of it but the inside was pretty chill! The employees were super inviting. The seats were comfy too!Drinks:- Ethiopian Macchiato: this was good! You can taste the coffee depth and it wasn't too strong. I got it with oat milk because I'm lactose intolerant but the barista accidentally made it with regular milk. She stopped me before I drank it and made me a new one. She let us keep the first drink and my friend enjoyed it. I really appreciated her honesty.- Egg Sandwich: It wasn't too bad. The egg wasn't overly or underseasoned, lots of bell peppers and the bread had a soft texture. It was quite oily though. Overall I can see myself hangout here to study or work more often. I wished they had more outlets though"
