"this place was good!! Coming all the way from Nevada, looking for a chicken sando.... I gotta say, I am surprisingly, not disappointed. Parking here can be a bit of a challenge, so make sure that you're taking advantage of the parking lot on the side and behind the building. The food was excellent. The tots were perfectly crispy and seasoned to perfection. And the chicken was nice and juicy. The bun was nice and soft and hot.The overall space is pretty small so you're probably not gonna wanna come here with a large group unless you're gonna sit outside. The menu is pretty self-explanatory. So you can order online or you can go inside and do a self order... Or if you're like me and you need to have some questions answered because it's your first time there's a gal that absolutely can help you. Super nice folks overall I would absolutely make this a regular spot for me if I lived here.Nice job Team!"

"Stopped into Birdcall because my friend was next door grabbing vegan food. I was thrown off a little bit by the ordering. I wasn't greeted ot anything so I had to interrupt everybody as they were preparing food for orders. I'm not sure if they take cash , you have to slide your credit card or debit card to order on their little digital pads, it was a little confusing. It was only confusing because it was my very first time, and I have to say I wasn't impressed. I ordered tots and they tasted good. They tasted like regular tater tots. I ordered two milkshakes and those were just fine too. Everything came out correctly but I probably won't be back, it just wasn't my thing. I hope that others will enjoy ordering the chicken here and chicken sandwiches. Nothing horrible went wrong and nothing over the top made me rave about this place so I wish you good luck."

"Absolutely love this Denver chain, especially if you're watching your waistline.I've been here a few times to get some deliciously roasted chicken with veggie-friendly sides. Each time I try something new, and am never disappointed. It's easy to eat in, or dine out.Also, the chicken here isn't the only thing that's smokin' hot. "I kept hearing how great Dave's hot chicken was and finally tried it one day. I got a variety so I could try several things. Got the mac n cheese, french fries and a single tender. I can't handle too much heat so I always try mild when it comes to hot chicken to see how high I could go. I will say they have no spice, lite mild and then mild. mild taste like no spice. I mean nothing at all. It was shocking. It makes me wonder what no spice and lite mild even taste like. With that kind of a level i could probably got to hot or even extra hot. I wasn't a fan of the flavoring on the tender. It was so bland. I did enjoy the french fries and the mac n cheese was amazing and creamy. Not sure I would go back honestly. It was that meh to me. There are plenty of other good friend chicken places around."

"I put off trying this Australian inspired spot for months because I kept thinking "it's just rotisserie chicken"-well I'm so glad we got Chook Chicken last night because it was truly delicious! The chicken is juicy, the housemade sauces like smoky macha and piri piri are super flavorful, the sides of fluffy pacific rolls and browned butter squash, even the green goddess salad is one of the best and most unique salads I've ever had. And first time having a lamnington for dessert- if you like coconut this cake is a must!"

The restaurant was clean and it was nice to see when grub hub or Uber eats drivers pick up the food they verify they work for them and have them sign for the food. I think that's a great touch. The tenders came out hot and the dipping sauce was good. I have to say I think their competitors sauce might be a little bit better. The fries were slighty over seasoned as well but still edible."

"The chicken is still probably my favorite of the Korean fried chicken chains we have in Colorado. I really like the flavors of everything. My favorite is the cheeseling but it isn't everyone cup of tea. The honey garlic would be a safe alternative if you like a sweet chicken but want something without the cheese dust. The spicy original wings are also pretty good. It' has a nice kick of spice. The chicken just has a really nice crunch and it doesn't feel dry. The sides like fries and o ion rings are delicious. Can't go wrong with any of them.The tteokboki is really good. I've had it in the regular and rose. The kimchi fried rice is just okay and I personally would skip it. We came on a Friday afternoon and it was slow but business did pick up. There was one server in charge of all the tables so service can be kind of slow. One table did walk out after waiting for a couple of minutes so be ready for that. If you're in a rush, best to place a to-go order."

"I was always having trouble connecting with this location because of the very 50/50 customer service, however I really love their franchise operations manager!! Any time something goes wrong, Sutton finds a way to make my visit worthwhile. The in-store Chick-fil-A app rewarded me with a one time free delivery service from Chick-fil-A themselves and not from a third party application like Door-Dash. In 15 minutes or less, Chik-fil-A actually delivered to my 3rd floor apartment and with the cutest catering truck ever!! I really enjoyed my 8 boxes of hash browns and spicy siracha sauce packets. They even arranged a bag with plenty of mints and hand sanitizing wipes. I really enjoyed the customer service and even tipped the driver in cash. The food came fresh and hot as always!! I also loved the Christmas antler ears on the catering truck."

"The other day my husband said: "Do you really want Dagiya again? You've had it twice this week!" And the answer was YES! Lucky for us, we live close by so it's become a family favorite. We've tried all of the varieties of fried chicken and love the white onion fried chicken the most. It is topped with thin onion slices and the best part is the white onion dipping sauce (I wish this sauce would come with all the orders). Another favorite is the Chicken Mayo Bowl - I could eat this dish for lunch every day! The chicken is so flavorful and drizzled in mayo on a bed of rice makes it even better! Personally, I'm not a huge fan of Ddukbokki in general. But I do think the Labokki that includes ramen noodles is good!The service has always been quick and friendly! If eating in the restaurant, water, paper trays and plastic silverware are available -- making it easy to grab what you need without having to ask the staff."

"Slammin' Chicken makes solid chicken sandies and shrimp. Of course, they have more but to me these are the standouts. The batter on the fish is a bit to heavy and retains to much oil for me and could use improvement. Fries are sub-par. Coleslaw is delicious. The Nashville chicken is my go-to, anywhere from mild to extra hot. Topped with that delicious coleslaw. Service here is typical and what you would expect. They wait on you and provide ok service. It is nothing to note.The space is mostly in cooler colors providing a cold (color), open dining area experience. During my visits the Slammin' is clean.There is plenty of parking here."

I've come in on and off since they opened, but lately I look less forward to visiting.In the latest incident, we tried to phone in an order to maximize our schedule, but they refused to start cooking until we physically got there. Kind of ridiculous. Yes, let's punish everyone because you're worried that you'll get burned by a prankster. There are plenty of other food options around, and if this keeps up, then I'll just take my business elsewhere. Not sure where I draw the line, but it hasn't been crossed yet."

"After a meeting nearby, I found myself craving something new. A quick search brought me to Blazing Bird. PRO: Located across from the Ann Schutz Campus off I-225 and Colfax, Blazing Bird is in a prime location. CON: This location has notoriously terrible parking, and it can be difficult to enter and exit the parking lot. Oof. PRO: There's a variety of options that are all customizable in spice level to cater to your preference. CON: Like others have said, their hot isn't as hot as spice-lovers would like. I also noted that the hot really wasn't that hot. Perhaps the adjective "blazing" is a stretch here. Perhaps Seasoned Bird would be a more fitting name... PRO: Guy working at the register was nice enough to bring my order to my table. CON: This really didn't make up for the awkward experience ordering. I just don't think the guy at the register understood that I wanted a meal, but instead of a drink, I wanted a milkshake. That turned into a whole thing. I ended up with a vanilla milkshake that accidentally had a squirt of chocolate and a drink. Plus, bringing my order to my table held up the line of patrons waiting to order. Unfortunately this all just made it a meh experience. It was an okay experience, but I'm not rushing back to Blazing Bird anytime soon."

We ordered the cheesling, honey garlic, and original with the house and hot sauce on the side. The chicken and fries were still crunchy after our drive home to eat.
