"Finally had a chance to check out Sammie D's Fine Smoked Meats in Elizabeth. While I wanted to order one of everything, I opted to get a two meat sampler and add a few items.I got the brisket, and smoked chicken - which came with toast and pickles. I also added some amazing burnt ends, and for sides - I got their house made french fries that were beautifully seasoned, and their barbecue beans. Everything was fantastic! I got a chance to try all three of their sauces which I highly recommend trying as well...with the original being my favorite. All of the meats were fantastically smoked, the staff was really attentive, and I can't wait to go back."

"The chicken is still probably my favorite of the Korean fried chicken chains we have in Colorado. I really like the flavors of everything. My favorite is the cheeseling but it isn't everyone cup of tea. The honey garlic would be a safe alternative if you like a sweet chicken but want something without the cheese dust. The spicy original wings are also pretty good. It' has a nice kick of spice. The chicken just has a really nice crunch and it doesn't feel dry. The sides like fries and o ion rings are delicious. Can't go wrong with any of them.The tteokboki is really good. I've had it in the regular and rose. The kimchi fried rice is just okay and I personally would skip it. We came on a Friday afternoon and it was slow but business did pick up. There was one server in charge of all the tables so service can be kind of slow. One table did walk out after waiting for a couple of minutes so be ready for that. If you're in a rush, best to place a to-go order."

"Lucky to score Lucky Bird! This food truck came to my 'hood recently and it was such a nice change of pace. We ordered a Spicy Bird sandwich, chicken tenders and loaded sweet potato fries. It was easy to order and pay online via their website and our food was fresh out of the fryer upon arrival.The Spicy Bird sandwich was the standout. It was a big piece of fried chicken topped with gochujang butter and house pickles on a potato bun. I was impressed by the size of the chicken tenders but thought the breading was lacking flavor, so the honey mustard helped. For that reason, I'd opt for the asian or buffalo blue tenders next time which have sauce. The loaded waffle fries included cotija cheese, buttermilk dressing, bacon and scallions. I liked them!The people working there were super friendly. I'd definitely try it again the next time the truck rolls through!"

"Went to this drive thru and ordered 2 wraps per their advertisement . Drove away to find a chicken sandwich in the bag. Drove up and went inside to correct. 3 cars got their orders in the drive thru before they gave me mine. I looked inside the bag and I had 3 wraps and fries. I gave the fries back and one of the wraps. I only wanted what I paid for. As I drove home - one of the wraps was spicy and I couldn't eat it. There you go. Please verify your order before leaving. I won't be back for good reason."

"I've been wanting to check this place out for a while! So good! So fresh!! So tender!!!The seasoning is just spot on! I got the hot, wife got the medium, kiddo got the mild! All tasted great!! Wifey and I chose to dine in "a smarter choice IMO" there was only 2 people ahead of us. They brought our food to our table in about 5 minutes and even came back around to see if we would like a refill of our drinks! The food was amazing as usual, the employees seemed to have a great relationship and respect for each other "I overhear some of their small talk" 5 STARS ALL DAY EVERY DAY! oh I had the deluxe spicy chicken sandwich meal and chicken strips with the Polynesian and Chick-fil-A sauce. "My last stop at a KFC. Quality has really decreased. They no longer make their own cookies. I asked girl behind counter why their packaged cookies were hard. She said she thinks because they come frozen. They have changed chicken tenders. I'm not sure one was evenly cooked (see photo). Around drink area everything was so sticky. Just lost this awesomeness they had in previous years. Maybe stop hiring over priced celebrities to play the kernel in your commercials and work on quality of the food. I don't recommend this location."

"This tiny shopping mall eatery is really only set up for take out only. They have a tiny - probably 8 entree cafeteria set up for quick service. You can order some of the dishes off the menu displayed above the prepared hot food display and in the specials menu. There is one table and a ittle booth seat but not enough space for more than two people to eat in. The service was great. I mean this seems like a family owned and operated establishment. The person who took our order was fantastic and patient as we had never been there before. We ordered the fried sesame tofu which used soft tofu and was unappetizingly wet and squishy. It would be better with firm tofu. It came with dried out plain fried rice. We also got a combo platter with tow entrées, rice and noodles. It's honestly a good value for the money with as much food as you get. They really piled it on. The sesame chicken was the only entree I enjoyed and the noodles were good too. We also got another chicken dish with vegetables but I didn't like the taste of that one. I also didn't like the tofu dish. We also ordered some soups and the sesame balls for dessert. The soups were ok. Everyone seemed to enjoy them enough. Apart from the sesame chicken the sesame dessert balls with red bean paste were my favorite. If I were to go back I would go back for only those. Great service but the food was ok. Honestly if the rice hadn't been dried out. It would have been better."

"I was driving by on Quincy and after seeing KFC/A&W, I suddenly had a craving for root beer and cheese curds, but since I need to be "good," I settled on large cheese curds. I know...I'm horrible.I go inside and am greeted so warmly. The cashier took my order with a smile and asked for my name to be called. After going to the restroom in their very clean restroom, I waited a couple more minutes for some freshly fried cheese curds. Upon giving me my order, the cashier wished me a good day. This is a fast food place, but the service I received is equivalent to what a sit down restaurant should be giving. I applaud management and their staff for instilling such great customer service."

"The other day my husband said: "Do you really want Dagiya again? You've had it twice this week!" And the answer was YES! Lucky for us, we live close by so it's become a family favorite. We've tried all of the varieties of fried chicken and love the white onion fried chicken the most. It is topped with thin onion slices and the best part is the white onion dipping sauce (I wish this sauce would come with all the orders). Another favorite is the Chicken Mayo Bowl - I could eat this dish for lunch every day! The chicken is so flavorful and drizzled in mayo on a bed of rice makes it even better! Personally, I'm not a huge fan of Ddukbokki in general. But I do think the Labokki that includes ramen noodles is good!The service has always been quick and friendly! If eating in the restaurant, water, paper trays and plastic silverware are available -- making it easy to grab what you need without having to ask the staff."

Then when I started eating the nuggets it was insanely dry. It truly felt like a waste of money for that one. I do NOT recommend it. The burger was better at least. It wasn't as dry as the Sahara. It was decent but not the best. The bun was good and soft which was nice. The veggies are fine on there and the sauce was decent. "Loved our lunch at Chook! The chicken here is always consistently good, and I love the mashed potatoes and sauces they have. I don't think the mashed potatoes are real potatoes however, because they didn't reheat like real potato mashed potatoes should. We ordered the cheesling, honey garlic, and original with the house and hot sauce on the side. The chicken and fries were still crunchy after our drive home to eat. "One of the main reasons I don't like KFC is because the service sucks! One piece of advice stay away from this chicken establishment and go to chick fil a where they can read and take your order. How the hell do you tell someone to pull up to the front cause they had to fry your tenders and then make you sit in the parking lot . Then you wait for them to find the damn chicken from the Denver farm and fry it. My whole party had their meal but me. We waited in the parking lot for 10 minutes and still no chicken tenders. Clearly they were waiting for the chicken to walk up to them. I finally decided to say refund me and come to find out that the lady lied to me and didn't even have any tenders. When I asked for a refund the manager had the nerve to tell me it wasn't on my order but you just lied and said you will have my tenders ready in four minutes. If you can't do something or you don't have something inform the customer who one is hungry and waiting. Another thing don't leave a sign outside saying call for pickup when you don't even pick up the phone. Clearly management doesn't have any training. Highly mad that I didn't get anything to eat after being promised tenders especially when I had a flight to catch. Believe me KFC will never get me as a customer! The service need to get better and training need to be updated on customer service. Completely disappointed."

"this place was good!! Coming all the way from Nevada, looking for a chicken sando.... I gotta say, I am surprisingly, not disappointed. Parking here can be a bit of a challenge, so make sure that you're taking advantage of the parking lot on the side and behind the building. The food was excellent. The tots were perfectly crispy and seasoned to perfection. And the chicken was nice and juicy. The bun was nice and soft and hot.The overall space is pretty small so you're probably not gonna wanna come here with a large group unless you're gonna sit outside. The menu is pretty self-explanatory. So you can order online or you can go inside and do a self order... Or if you're like me and you need to have some questions answered because it's your first time there's a gal that absolutely can help you. Super nice folks overall I would absolutely make this a regular spot for me if I lived here.Nice job Team!"
