"Consistently good oat milk latte. Thump has a variety of delicious pastries and coffee available and it makes for a good coffee shop to visit. They also have home made syrups you can add to your drinks if that is your thing. It can get pretty busy and hard to find a seat especially mid day as it looks like a popular place to get some work done. They also have a small patio available which makes for a good spot to chat when lots of people are getting work done inside. Parking can be difficult on 13th but if you go into any of the cross streets it isn't too hard to find a space."

"Very good food. Came back 3x during our visit to golden. Specifically likes the smoked salmon bagel sandwich"
"New favorite breakfast joint to pick up before heading up the mountain. Got a fully loaded burrito that is too messy to eat on the drive, but perfect to eat when you get to the resort waiting for first chair. Got another burrito handheld with egg, bacon and cheese with the potatoes on the side. Crushed that one on the way! Good price, fast online order, and perfect start for a day of boarding"
"Came to lunch with a colleague when we were attending a large conference in the Denver Convention Center across the street. It was 12:30pm on a busy Friday and business seemed quite good for them. However, we were seated quickly and the server was attentive - water, menu, and utensils came right after. We ordered the kale salad with salmon ($8 for two pieces, not bad) and a Ruben sandwich. Both were excellent! The salmon was nicely cooked to a crispy surface but inside was juicy and tender! Beautiful and spacious dining room and pleasant experience! I've been eating around the Convention Center for about a week now and I'd say this is one of the better spots for lunch around the Center. Great location too - it's the first restaurant you'd see coming out of the Convention Center on the right side of the street. Reasonable prices too for this area. Both of our orders were under $20. No complaints here and would highly recommend it to conference goers! I'd say this is"
"Great food and atmosphere with a 1950' ambiance.I eat here every time I am in the area."
"This place is ridiculous , shutting the grillOff 30/45 minutes before close , you close at 4pm not 10pm I don't care if it's "hard to clean" it's part of your job , we all have work to do. Sometimes out of the blue they just don't open , the younger edm type kids that work here are great , attentive and fast , the older Asian men are lazy and incompetent , the old woman is my favorite she's a treasure and should be there everyday. The other locations in boulder are much better and sometimes I'll drive out of my way to not deal with these savages."
"My coworker and I loved this little gem! Not only are the salad portions huge, but the salad options themselves were great as well. My first day here I got a salad with smoked salmon, and this was super tasty with the parsley vinaigrette. We also had the hummus to share, and the pita bread was delicious and unique. The second day we came for lunch, I ordered the roasted cauliflower pita bowl as a salad- how cool! It was also super delicious, and both the carrot dressing and tahini dressing were tasty. We had to get the hummus and pita again with our lunch because it was so addicting. Great find in this area of Denver."
"This place is awesome, and the service is fast! I'm a fan of chips and salsa, and Los Dos Potrillos does not disappoint in terms of its chips and salsa. We probably had about eight bowls of the salsa because it was so good - and it had a kick to it. The portion sizes definitely were not small, either - I was stuffed by the end of the meal! I had the steak street tacos. The ambiance was decent, but it felt busy. We only had to wait around 10 minutes to be seated. Our server was very kind and made us feel right at home. He also let us know that they have a new location that opened up in Castle Rock - and he made sure to mention that the food there is just as good!"
"Excellent dinner this evening with our children and grandchildren. Host and server very attentive and made us few very welcome. We all had one of their specialty hamburgers. The ground beef is absolutely top quality and tastes amazing. Order your burger from rare to well done. We had medium rare and it was perfect!"

Talk about a popular stop! This coffee shop is a hot spot for remote workers. Large community table after large community table will be filled with workers. Thump has a fun, young buzz! Expect all the coffee shop options, great service, fun bathrooms, and wonderful afternoon sun. It sounds weird to include but when the weather is nice, the patio is dreamy and warm. I enjoy sitting here, taking in the vibrant energy, watching the world bustle by.

Coffee with a purpose can be enjoyed here at Humble House Cafe. The meticulously designed and decorated shop on Golden's main drag pops visually and makes you feel at home from the moment you walk in.After doing some digging on their website, I came to discover that the owner had opened Generous Coffee Shop in Tributary Food Hall. Unfortunately the food hall closed, but now they have a stunning space just a block away. When you set foot in Humble House Cafe gravitates towards the beautiful exposed brick, hanging plants, and lovely artwork. The shop is filled with retail items from local artisans, purveyors, and producers. They have a large breakfast and brunch menu (that we didn't get to try this time), coffees, teas, smoothies, etc. They even have a back patio with a cute camper that can be reserved online!I ordered a cortado and my wife ordered a drip coffee. Mine hit the spot, but hers left a little to be desired. We get it, the coffee was probably sitting for awhile since the shop wasn't far off from closing for the day. Though we thoroughly enjoyed shacking up inside the shop. Very comfortable chairs IMO.A nice addition to Downtown Golden that I didn't know was necessary until we walked in and checked it out. They work with many non profit organizations and have a strong sense of community. I also love on their website how they have pictures of all their team members, thought that was cute and empowering for the employees!

Was talking to an Uber driver about Mexican food once and he insisted I have to try El Fogon as it's his favorite in town. We finally made it in on Friday night recently and it was ok. Now I have to say I compare everything to my favorite Mexican restaurant in Aurora that sadly we moved rather far from, so it's really hard for any Mexican restaurant to compete with that. But let me go into a little detail. Margaritas- good, tried the Corona marg and it wasn't quite my cup of tea (marg) the beer wasn't flowing into the marg so I made the mistake of emptying the whole thing in and then it just tasted like watered down carbonated marg, not the restaurants fault but just an FYI if you are like me and haven't tried this. Alfie ordered a mango marg on the rocks and it was rather sweet but luckily the saving Grace was the tajin rim, but that required a lick of the spice mix with every sip to help cut the sweetness. Though I will say with the Tajin it was quite good, spice and mango is an excellent combo. If they just cut back the sweetness a touch it could be great. I also ordered a Cadillac marg after my corona one and it was good, there was just something lacking that I couldn't quite place my finger on...too much lime juice maybe I don't know. Either way would I drink them again, yes I am a trash panda when it comes to cocktails I'll drink pretty much anything lol, but am I dreaming about them...not exactly. Now onto the food. Chips and salsa were good. Pretty sure they blend up Bell Pepper in their salsa which I'm sure plenty of people like. Though I like pretty much every pepper out there Bell Pepper is like the only one I don't and I picked up on that flavor immediately. Still ate it though, and what I did appreciate is there was a little hint of heat in the salsa. I feel like too many places are scared to put any heat in their house salsa for all those spice babies out there so when I place toys on the brink of adding literally anything above mild I commend them!! We did however ask for a spicer hot sauce, which the lady insisted to be careful as it was very hot...it was in fact NOT very hot but I nice kick of heat. Again luckily of us and our leftovers we have quite the array at home. It was good flavor though and did add some heat just not the amount I was looking for. As for the combination plates, they were good. One thing I found odd that if you don't choose one of their pre chosen combo plates there aren't many meat options on the combo plate. You've got a chicken flauta and I think a beef taco but that's about it. Otherwise you are limited to bean (burrito or tostada) cheese enchilada, or crispy Chile relleno. I went Relleno, Fauta, and Bean Burrito. They were all good, just not the best. Still dreaming of you favorite Mexican spot in Aurora. I think it was the sauce that covered the items, It was a bit heavier maybe and not as flavorful as I am used to? I don't know. Either way, it was good. I don't want you to mistake the 3 stars as being bad. I view 3 stars as average, in the middle, not great, not bad but would come back. That's how I felt about this spot. I would come back, but it's not at the very top of my list. I will say I saw someone order fajitas and they looked and smelled bomb. Would probably try those next Time.

My wife and I are local, but we love coming here. The food and selections on the menu are fantastic is always something new and the service always know what the good stuff is. We have been coming here for over four years, entertaining family, friends and just about anyone we can think of. Thank you so much to Chef and staff.

A friend suggested meeting here for us to catch up. I wasn't hungry for a meal, but had waffle fries and a shake, both of which were great. I wouldn't have expected a diner to be gluten aware, but the waitress told about all their GF bread and bun options, and their dedicated GF fryer. I would be comfortable coming back for a full meal.

"Beauty AND brawn, these pastries are the whole package. Not only do they look gorgeous, but they are so freakin delicious and expertly made. The flavors are extraordinary, the dough buttery, the croissant has layers on layers on layers, and on top of all that, it's rainbow inside!! Fun fun fun. The lady working there, I guess the owner/baker, is so sweet and friendly. I left with the best feeling and want to go back to eat everything else... plus seconds of everything I already had!"
"Whatever the service takes little longer, the food only matters for me, which is always good and delicious."
"Great food, great service, I would go again and again and again but Im only in town to visit. Lots of items on the menu to choose from & the atmosphere was very inviting."
"Bro I cannot say enough - WHY DO PEOPLE GET FAST FOOD AND EXPECT MICHELIN STAR QUALITY. Seriously. Santiago's is a quality fast food restaurant, especially them breakfast burritos they got. But I see a lot of haters in the comments here who ain't get that message that it's a fast food place. GOOD GOD people. It's not some high quality establishment but it's just fine for what it is. My breakfast burrito came out fast, cheap, and tasted great. Got the job done. Stay trippy yall. 5 stars."
"Denver Biscuit Company in Centennial exceeded our expectations always great food and service. We were promptly greeted and seated, and the staff was attentive throughout our meal.I opted for the Korean sandwich, which was a delightful blend of savory and slightly spicy (but pretty tame) flavors. The biscuit itself was perfectly. The combination of flavors was unique and satisfying, making it a standout choice on the menu.. I'd recommend it over their Nashville hot (not hot enough )My son chose the cheeseburger, and he was pretty happy with his selection. The burger was juicy and well-seasoned, topped with melted cheese..We also saw a humongous pizza that left us thinking we need to try it Overall, our experience at Denver Biscuit Company was delightful. The quality of the food, the cozy ambiance, and the excellent service made it a memorable dining experience. Whether you're in the mood for a unique biscuit sandwich like the Korean or a classic cheeseburger, this place delivers both in taste and service. Highly recommended for a satisfying and enjoyable meal!"
"A longtime favorite. As a former bar and grill owner I tend to review food establishments differently. The menu is very large. I've been sticking to my faves the reuben, burger and clubhouse sand., w/tater tots and their house made ranch - all are excellent but my wife has tried many different things and all were very good but recently the champagne chicken was exceptional, really. The place is usually busy but be because it has a large seating capacity there's rarely a wait. It's a sports bar vibe with high table and bar seating with dining room searing as well. Noise level can range from quiet to boisterous during a game. Haven't been there to drink so I can't comment on the bar service only food and dining. Service has never been poor the wait staff, even when busy stays on top it. Don't usually give 5-stars but can't think of any justifiable reason not to within the context of my experience."
"Lots of TVs, sound on for big games, decent prices on drinks with friendly staff and mgmt! Plenty of pool tables, if so inclined! Had Wings & chicken tenders as typical bar food but good enough."
"We found this restaurant on our way to Evergreen lake. The high rating of the restaurant caught our attention. Upon arrival, it was pretty empty, we got a table right away. It's a nice wooden shack style restaurant, right by a small creek. Such amazing spot to enjoy breakfast/brunch close to nature. They have a bar as well. All staff are very friendly and helpful. We all ordered different items from the breakfast. Everyone loved their dishes. I was impressed with my corned beef egg Benedict. It was a unique dish, as they serve it with piece of hashbrowns underneath. Eggs were cooked so nicely, yolks drip over once you poke them. I got a non-alcoholic drink as well, that was very well made. Overall we had a wonderful dining experience before heading up to the mountains.Special mention of the pancakes they make. They are so fluffy and soft, one of the best ones I have ever had. Must try."
"Wow!! We've lived in this area for 4 years, and we can't believe this is the first time trying this place. We arrived around 4:50 on a Friday night, and it was already so busy! Luckily we were able to get seated right away - 2 adults + 1 high chair for baby. Not that I don't like company, but I've learned the smaller the group, the faster you'll be seated. Within 5 minutes of being seated, the waitress brought out fresh chips and salsa - my all time weakness!! The spicy salsa was so good! I believe every restaurant should have an immediate mini appetizer served right away especially for those of us who get hangry fast (me) and people who have to deal with it (my husband). My husband and I viewed the menu in advance (because who doesn't haha) and we knew exactly what we were going to order. He ordered the chamorro (pork hock) entree, and he loved it! He's not the biggest fan of Mexican food, but he truly enjoyed this one. The flavor was there, the pork fell off the bones, and he finished his plate clean. I ordered the carnitas since they only serve this on the weekend so I figured it'd be a special dish and it was! I don't know how you turn something so basic into something so good but the combination of everything on the plate fit perfectly together - rice, beans, pico, guacamole, carnitas + their homemade tortillas (made fresh right by the front of the door to the left as you enter). Even my 14 month old son gave us a thumbs up for the beans he had! Can't wait to go back to try the other items on the menu! The menudo and fajitas will be next!"
"There were some good things about Ellyngton's, but over all, it could've been better.I went for brunch with my co-workers on a Friday, and we were seated promptly. Service was good and our waiter was attentive. The servers and hosts were all friendly and helpful - 4 stars for the people! The food, however, was a bit of a let-down. I got the Crab Oscar Omelette and some orange juice. I always love when restaurants serve fresh-squeezed orange juice - it's SO much better than juice from the bottle and it was a very nice touch! The omelette was...below average. It was cold, the cheese looked like barely-melted Kraft singles, and the presentation was a little messy. I had really been looking forward to dining here, so the food was a bit of a disappointment. I also noticed there were a lot of crumbs on the ground under our seats (like a LOT), and while that's not a game-changer and it's bound to happen at restaurants sometimes, it just came across as sloppy.Overall, I'm not sure I'd try Ellyngton's again. I've had high tea at The Brown Palace and LOVED it, so I'll probably just stick to that next time."
"I have been to several Lucille's locations, and the food at each is wonderful. We started with the fresh squeezed orange juice and grapefruit juice which was very tasty. We then ordered the Carlin Country, Creole Omelet, and Blackened Salmon. The omelet was my favorite thing I've ever gotten at a Lucille's. We all also ordered grits (regular and cheesy-jalapeno) and none of us were super fond of them, however, for two of us, it was more of a texture issue than the flavor."
"My wife and I love the ambiance, but the food and service are always disappointing. The margaritas taste like they don't have any liquor in them. In fact, the bartender offered us free ones because he'd made too much for other customers, but we turned them down because of the taste and just had more water. We've been 4 times, and service always takes forever. It doesn't seem to matter if the place is full or empty. The food is fine. It's generally pretty bland. Our guacamole came out somewhat brown, so it'd been sitting out for a while. Nachos looked great but were surprisingly tasteless. After those, not wanting to be disappointed again, my wife just skipped ordering an entree.Everyone was nice and the place looked great. If you're looking for good Tex-Mex: Efrain's. If you want (okay) mod Mex: BarTaco. Excellent fast casual Mex: Nopalito's."
"Sigh. Disappointing on multiple levels. The food - very tiny portions priced very high. Service - prompt, but not charming and I guess the bartender had just been having a cigarette outside, because when he came over and exhaled, the cigarette smoke came out. Ugh. That's so 1970. The ambience? None. I live in this neighborhood, and when I saw the signs go up a few months ago, I groaned. There are some very good taco places within walking distance. Why would anyone open up yet another one, particularly at this level? The rest of the menu is not inspiring. Need a taco? Skip this place and go anywhere else."
"The review here is a little late coming, but I will say we really enjoyed this gem. We stumbled upon it looking for some warm drinks and a snack. Very cool vibe, just like I'd expect it to be. Cool urban setting with great drinks and good food. Reasonably priced and delivered with a smile. Thanks and we'll be back when we're in town!"
"Despite this being chain in several states, it does not disappoint! The menu made it nearly impossible to choose what to order because everything looked SO GOOD. I settled on the pork belly jasmine fried rice and shared the pancake sampler with my friend. I also had the greens juice (could have done without any ice, usually pressed juices aren't served with ice.) The food was delicious and the server was super friendly as well! I was able to get free parking two minutes down the road which was ideal as well."
"Hits The Spot can do what their name says. Hit that hungry spot!!A no fuss spot for breakfast and so affordable! Everything that you see on this review was $20 minus the tip! The food is straight up basic breakfast and tasty! No complain here! The staff are seasoned and attentive! I like looked around and noticed photos of old Hollywood stars from lone ago. Also, this diner is frequented by regulars. Love it!My special pancake was fluffy. My eggs came as requested ; over medium. My sausage although nothing to boast about in size was what sausage should be! seasoned well!So if you're looking for a bfast spot while you're in the west side do not hesitate to stop by and try this folks!"
"I love Modern Market eatery. This is one of the first places I tried when I moved to Colorado. I have tried many items on their menu through the years. Some of my favorites are the pizzas and sandwiches (the mushroom pizza is amazing and the tuna sandwiches are amazing)! The service is very friendly and on top of things. You can tell it is a well organized and managed restaurant that cares about the product they are making for their customers. The ambiance of the restaurant is very modern and clean. They do have your typical sodas they have Colorado versions of your normal options which are still very good. I will definitely keep coming to modern market! Give it a try"
"Been searching for a decent no frills breakfast spot since breakfast king closed and I finally found my happy place! Great service, great food and welcoming clean diner/greek influence restaurant! So yummy!"
"Delicious every time! Always dependable and reliable. Wonderful staff are welcoming and friendly. Forever a classic favorite."
"If you have never fallen in love at first sight, you are eating at the wrong spot. Who can refuse wine and charcuterie boards paired with great service and happy vibes? If you haven't discovered Postino's, you have been missing out my friends!Great spot for dates, brunch, lunch, happy hour and anyone you have a craving for delish carbs. I have been a fan of them since their origin in Arizona. Was so happy to see they expanded to Colorado. I've been to the other locations which all have different vibes but always consistently good service and great food. The Highlands Ranch location is easy to get to with plenty of parking. You don't have to rush and will want to stay awhile. Great seating inside or out. Shout out to Evan for being the rockstar server that he always is! Everyone is right about raving about the bruschetta board. You can't go wrong with the options. Why not order two boards so you can try them all! My personal favorites are the brie and apple, proscuitto and fig, salmon pesto and the tomato and basil. If you want to pregame before the wine and board, the meatball and skewers are so yummy. I also love the grilled cheese with the tomato dip. Happiness calories do NOT count. Their soup and salad is generous portions.Enjoy being happy. Be selfish with your time, money and space. Order the bottle of wine and board. Eat like a sloth and take your time here."
"I am currently here and the server is amazing. Seriously the best customer service I have seen in years."
"I discovered Illegal Pete's in a roundabout way. I was at an event with a taco bar and it was really good. I asked who catered it and was Illegal Pete's!I had to check out the restaurant. It wasn't what I was expecting, but it was still good. It's very similar to Chipotle in how you go to the counter and go through the process of having your burrito, taco, or bowl put together with your choice of ingredients as your go down the line. All the staff is super nice and they make you feel like a welcome and valued customer. The biggest difference from Chipotle is that they have a full bar. There's plenty of seating...mostly long tables with chairs on both sides. My friend had a fish taco and said it was one of the best he's ever had!! It was a generous piece of fish, he said. I had a burrito. The food is good quality. It was about $25 for two burritos. If I went back, I'd get a bowl instead of a burrito. The tortilla gets soggy pretty fast."
