Burns Family Artisan Ales

Came here on my 27th day of my Denver Brewery journey. Let me tell you, some of the best beer in the city. I ordered a flight, now the bartender got me the wrong flight but I'm not into wasting quality beer so I just took it. Every beer in that flight was amazing! The bartender was great and very welcoming. I enjoyed my visit.

This was a new try on a very random Tuesday evening. Nice little quaint brewery. Loved all the beers I had. The staff was very knowledgeable and super helpful. There are several seating areas way up from there are cool chairs to people watch passerby's. The middle area is full of bench tables and really comfy couches. Towards the back are additional bench tables with great photography hanging. I believe there is an outdoor patio out back but didn't venture that far. My favorite beer there was the Solar Eclipse [2025] Yes it was 20.2% ABV but it was not was heavy & sweet as many would think. It was not super heavy, slight sweat because not many residual sugars were leftover. Once you let it warm up it was phenomenal. Drop on in if you like small brewery vibes w/ Amazing beers!

Burns Family has been one of my favorite brewers in Denver for years. Problem? I live nowhere near their original location and only recently learned of this one. I had 90 min to kill in Englewood yesterday and made my way to their taproom on S. Broadway. Beer's on point, as expected. I enjoyed a Tmave Czech Dark Lager and a Belgian Quad. Both proved well-made and tasty examples of their styles. The interior is huge, with plenty of seating, multiple brew tanks, and some cool art/photography gracing the walls in back. A welcoming ambiance and plenty of room make this a great place for a pint or two with friends or just killing 90 minutes.Four stars.
