Burgers & Crafts

I absolutely love waking up and coming down stairs for their amazing breakfast options at rather reasonable prices. It's filling, it's good, the wait staff is absolutely amazing and personable. They have some AMAZING burgers in the afternoon and for dinner as well. The bleus burger is hands down my favorite burger from here. Cindy, who works the bar at night is really nice, on point and never leaves your drinks empty - no matter how busy. I also got to speak with Jenna who is management and she's also really amazing. Food is always outstanding, delivered promptly and the STAFF!! Hands down some of the greatest staff I've come by in a hotel restaurant.

While checking in at the Holiday Inn in Stapleton, the clean, modern and welcoming atmosphere of Burgers & Crafts immediately caught my attention. After putting away my bags, I felt the need to check out this bustling restaurant and grab some dinner. I appreciated the open seating and was able to find a rather peaceful spot away from the bar. I liked that all the tables were kept clean, and that all the furniture was new/sturdy.My server was Itza. Even though the restaurant was quite busy, she was very attentive and spent a decent amount of time explaining their menu items to me (since I do have some dietary restrictions). I eventually settled on the "Grilled Chicken/Pesto Flatbread", which was one of the smaller options on their lunch/dinner menu. Although it was slightly burned/crispy on the edges, I could tell that it had been freshly pulled out of the oven, and it tasted really good. Although it was listed under "Small Plates", the portion size was generous enough for me to have some slices leftover.Overall, I was quite impressed with the atmosphere, food and service. It was much better than most hotel restaurants that I have visited! I enjoyed it enough that I stopped by again (for breakfast), to have their "Short Stack of Pancakes", which was the perfect size for me. My server, Amy, was also very attentive and friendly.

Ok so this restaurant is in the base of a Holiday Inn. I was not staying at Holiday in but the pictures of the burgers were very appealing. A 20 min Lyft later I arrive in the lobby. The feel of the restaurant is definitely a hotel lobby experience with poor lighting and a generic design but the burgers are phenomenal. Creative burgers that are a good size and served with tater tots. In addition they have some great appetizers like cheese fries which are also spot on. They only down side is that their draft list list limited to about 10 beers, some local, but they rely on canned beers for the more interesting types of beers.

I would love to share more information about the burgers, but it's a little hard when you can't get waited on. This place has been a crap shoot since the remodel. They had a great lil restaurant/bar going on but this open concept isn't working. I'm sure my experience will have an impact on future lodging needs as well.

So impressed EVERY TIME. Even during Covid. Bartender (wes) will remember you ever after not seeing you for over a YEAR. Amazing burgers and wings. Great food and even better service. We come here ever when we dint stay at the hotel.

I was incredibly bummed by the service here. The good quality, was the pulled pork sliders! They were great, really nice flavor, I wish there was a little more pork on them. But the service, or lack thereof, will keep me away from here. I was in the service industry for lots of years, so I can be pretty gracious when it comes to a busy bartender or waitress, but that was just not the case. There was no hustle, my drink glasses were empty numerous times, and she charge me for the rum drinks, which was over double the price of what I actually had. She fixed the charge, but I left highly unimpressed.

The burger overall was pretty good, but the service was a disappointment. It was confusing to know who our actual server was due to having three different people at different times come by and get different things for us. However when we actually needed something any server or bartender was hard to track down.

Had a good burger and really good messy Sundae as a guest of the Hotel. The bartender Asia was very friendly and nice to talk to and provided great service. I look forward to the next time I'm in town!

Joanna and I were in Denver for work and for the Denver Powwow. We stayed at the Holiday Day Inn. Denver had a huge snowstorm on March 13-14, so we were reluctant to drive to restaurants in the area. We ate on supper and two breakfasts at the Burgers and Crafts restaurant in the hotel. The food was surprisingly good and the service was excellent. I had Denver omelettes for breakfast since we're in Denver. I especially appreciate the waitresses and the cooks coming in to work during the storm. I appreciate people who show up for work and do a good job.

The food was very good. Though I felt bad for the bartender who seemed to be the hostess, the server, and the cook? He did a great job regardless. Everything was delicious
