Burger Theory

Really awesome food - worth stopping in for a quick bite and friendly service. It's in the holiday inn so convenient if you're staying there

My husband and I ate here a couple times as we were staying in the Holiday Inn hotel and this restaurant is inside off the lobby. I'll start off by saying the flavors weren't bad. The Firecracker Shrimp were good with just a bit of heat. My husband said the burger was good though very greasy. The main issue is that nothing looks as advertised and food items didn't exist. The burger didn't with the pickle as advertised. The brownie was supposed to be this cute jar, but came on a plate. That alone isn't too bad until you find out they don't do jars anymore. And the only desert they have is the brownie. So why have them on the menu?!?!Service was okay. Nothing to rave over. I wouldn't chose to eat here if I was staying someplace else.

I would love to try this place, but they don't answer their phone. Or take orders. ‍ ok, lol

Heidi was my server and she was lovely and had a very warm and caring demeanor. I was the only person here and she kept herself busy by cleaning and making sure everything was as it should be. I had breakfast here while my husband was asleep upstairs in the hotel room so Since the place was empty, I was permitted to stay a while. I ordered an omelette with a side of potatoes. the omelet and potatoes had fresh peppers and onions and were cooked perfectly with still a little body left to them. No soggy frozen veggies here!

We were rethinking our decision to grab dinner here once we realized it was inside the Holiday Inn. We were looking for a quick dinner before heading to our football tournament.It was 4pm and the restaurant was empty except for one other customer. When seated the server let us know they were short a cook. We explained our time crunch to the server. She and bartender (I think) assured us that they would do their best to get us out in a hurry so we went for it!They didn't disappoint. It was happy hour so appetizer were 1/2 price and they had the usual deals on draft beers & well drinks. Everyone liked their meals (chicken wings, pork sliders, chicken salads, hamburgers), service was good, and we left on time!

Completely surprised at how good the food was here. It's inside of a Holiday Inn and so expectations were not super high (most restaurants within hotels aren't great) - but this one is AMAZING. My husband and I both got burgers (their special sauce is YUMMY), fries and shared a cup of chili (super hot and really tasty). The best part was the service - Tyler is a GREAT leader and so service oriented, we never wanted for anything. Thank you Tyler! Highly recommend!

The burgers, service and ambiance are way better than any average hotel bar. Games are so fun with a friendly crowd. The beef is fresh, fries are crisp and beer selection is top notch. 11-12 domestic and craft, serviced by kind, fun, bartenders. Illl definitely be going back!

Great place for a juicy, delicious burger and a cocktail. I like the build your burger option, giving you free range to have it your way. I had a beef burger with swiss, grilled onions and mustard - sweet & simple. Their signature blend of Angus beef is a combination of chuck, brisket and short rib. Wow. An Appletini and perfectly cooked fries made this a favorite go-to I'll remember for our trips into Denver. However, one little tip... if you like your burger with a "little" pink, order it medium well. My medium was still trying to moo - oops... not for me! You'll also find Burger Theory inside a Holiday Inn, but don't let this turn you away. There are exterior entrance doors and the decor in this new hotel is modern, upscale in gorgeous water colors.

I love a good burger and I had such a craving for it (my diet must be missing something). I had driven by Burger Theory many times and with a friend in town, finally had opportunity to take a chance. We both did a BYOB (build your own burger) and while the offerings were tempting to just pile everything on, each item is $1 additional so I had to hold my horses before I ended up with a $20 burger. And the verdict? Lets just say not every one of my senses were satisfied. It looked and smelled great but I had to send it back because the medium well was more like medium rare. The coleslaw was dry and the cabbage pieces slightly rusty. My friend said the fries were a bit hard too (maybe stale from sitting out too long?). No gold stars for the food. Otherwise, the service was quick, the restautant clean and the bartender friendly. Just need to work on improving the product.
