Very clean; pleasant but disorganized staff. Got my order wrong, but was apologetic, and quickly rectified the error.

First time we've been in since it was updated last Summer.
The Double Whopper with extra onions & pickle I did order, which actually really kinda hit the spot.
The Texas Double Whopper that I didn't actually order. Grim. Canned jalapeños are just terrible.

I wasn't going to post a review so no picture. This bk has always been a hit or miss for breakfast or lunch and I think it comes down to the manager at the time ( they seem to go through alot of them .9/24/23 we stopped for breakfast bout 9am .used the dr.up then stopped in the lot to check the order which was wrong but we weren't charged extra & in a hurry.my EGG on my sausage croissant was dark brown ( burnt) and tasted it .I went inside to get a fresh non burnt one and the manager said I had to wait because she had big orders ahead of me this was after she looked at it and asked what was wrong with it....I was stunned .so I asked for a refund which seemed to up set her ...I won't go there there again .thx BK

The restaurant is pretty clean, I looked at the bathroom and It's pretty clean! This is a old restaurant but it needs a renovation. One table was dirty and they needed more staff but their customer service was good they got one thing wrong but they fixed it! I got no complaints they were pretty good!

Once they started doing the family meal bundles, our cheap lazy non home cooking nights are cheaper!! We are very very thankful for that!! Can't wait till I can take the kids back inside to play. My daughter misses the play place!Personally I think they should upgrade their play equipment. Like a side for big kids and keep the soft stuff for the tots but unfortunately they probably don't have room to upgrade their building.

I should have known by the lack of customers that this was not the right choicebut gave it a shot anyway... That being said, I went out after a blizzard to grab burgers. We were the only people in the place besides the lounging employees in the restaurant... I ordered burgers for 5 & 2 large fries only to get home to missing burgers. Y'all had 1 job... just 1 our $38.00 worth of burgers and you failed miserably. Perhaps if the lounging employees had not left the job to 1 employee they could have got it right. There will not be a next time for this family and I will be sure to tell EVERYONE I MEET THAT THIS BK SUCKS!!!!!Rant over

This is the worse food I have ever had. My onion rings and mozzarella sticks were old and hard as rocks. I was too afraid to try my hamburger. Even the kids won't even eat their meals. Such a waste of money. Please stop serving bad food. Seriously.

Very unprofessional, I placed a mobile order around 10:30 when I got off work got to the Burger King at 10:37 or so sat in the drive thru for about 7 mins without a response before pulling up to a window when I got to the window no one was inside so I pulled to the front to knock to see if I could get someone's attention that way. But no lucky, tried called too. I had already paid for my food but was never given my food!!! Maybe change your hours, if you aren't gonna be open till 11 make it say that. Safe to say won't happen again bc I won't be going back:) Had to place a refund issue thru the app hope to get my money back

Don't waste your time coming here they'll never take your order because of something always happening there. Idk how this location stays open with no money coming in. The three times I've came by they would not take my order it like I'm always coming at the wrong time or something.

I was unable to place an order. I went to the drive through at 12:05 on my lunch was told just a moment. 7 minutes pass and I'm told they are not taking any orders. I say okay and drive forward to leave. I'm blocked in by someone waiting for food. I wait 5 mins to drive through a notice a car behind me. They had ordered. I waited past to see them get their food immediately. I drove around and asked for the GM name was told "dela" and "good luck" the manager whose name wasn't displayed or given was a Hispanic lady whom was very rude told me she was busy and couldn't take my order. I waited 15+ mins in total. Isn't how you treat people or customers. I was told she could take my order once I went inside but was no longer going to support or certainly pay for food, was not offered anything was not offered anything or apologies. Was told I was wasting my time and she hates her job and doesn't care cause short staffed. Pretty insane and isn't how you treat customers or people. I was perfectly fine being patient and waiting or moving on but seems I was chosen not to be served. If the GM/Manager/Owner needs help running a business or selling that would be ideal based on reviews. Please fix the issues so the community can have Burger King
