They're so slow. Ordered online for pickup, I arrived 5:43 in drive thru line, I got to the first window and got my food at 6:00. Good otherwise, got all the right food.

I had a bad day yesterday. I stoped to get something to eat and Mrs. Tania and her crew made my day. I honestly had a good service.

I seriously worry about the workers here. They don't know what plain means or condiments or any words related to the industry they're in really. Constantly get the food wrong and close early. We sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes today because the guy in front wouldn't give up. He shouldn't have to either. We called the restaurant trying to get them to acknowledge us or something. Real gutter customer service. The manager should be embarrassed by these reviews

The youngest staff member serving at the front on Oct 11, 23 at 20:00 pm as a very unpleasant and bossy attitude towards customers. While she is young and attractive, I wish she were trained to provide service as pleasant as her appearance. Otherwise, her tone and demeanor are driving customers away.

Stopped by here while spending the day thrift shopping. It was kinda late for lunch, like 130ish. Anyway. They only had tea or lemonade, no soda. No idea why but the fancier the machine, the less likely they work. I mean the McDonald's ice cream machine isn't super fancy but works 3/10 times. Anywho. So no soda. And the fries were half filled. I paid for the large only because I wanted a soda and got a small fry and an Arnold Palmer. I mean the fry containers were 1/2 full and there weren't any in the bags. And no, I've pretty much cut soda out of my diet but I wanted carbonation to drink. I had water with me. So I was looking forward to a rare soda. Oh and they only gave us 3 napkins for 3 people. Service was super slow too. 2 stars because the Oreo shake was bomb

I like BK food and have ordered at this place (Hampden and Chambers in Aurora) many times. But this time I looked over the receipt. I was charged a "ROUND UP" fee without my knowledge or consent!! I was not asked if I agreed to this "roundup" fee. I went back and went inside and asked for that round up fee to be refunded to me. I was told that the registers automatically include the "round up" and that it was a donation, not a fee. When I pointed out that a donation is voluntary and I did not volunteer any donation, they then told me I would have to speak to the owner, who was not there. They couldn't (wouldn't?) tell me the owners name on contact information. I don't know if it is just this location or all BK locations doing this.I will not go back to BK and I will tell everyone I know to avoid BK. There are many other fast food restaurants to patronize.

Everytime I go it's something lol Missing suavices, missing food items, burnt buns.

Worst food ever I got my food and tried it the fries were cold and the burger was stale and cold I have a pregnant wife and she can't be eating uncooked cold food I don't know what is wrong with yall people do better bro and at that the food was expensive why am I paying for floor food

Do not bother calling them. They never pick up the phone. Also, do not expect their staff to be professional: 0 in hospitality/customer service and business development.

I've given this place three chances and each time they fuck up my order. Just save ur time and go to the Taco Bell up the street this place will just forget a third of ur order. Workers at the drive through are rude as hell this establishment SUCKS
