Great service food came out fresh this will be my go to Burger King I got the whopper

This Burger King isn't too bad, I've visited this location over 5 times in the past year.The quality of food is pretty good, and the people that work here are friendly.The drive through line can get busy at times.I have also noticed that the food is generally better in the day time than in the evening.

We pulled into the drive-in at 3pm on a Saturday. We wait several minutes, no one says: Hello, we will be right with you. My husband finally says: "Hello?'. Someone responds: 'Can you give us a few minutes?' We wait 5. Finally, we order. There are 5 cars ahead of us. None of the cars move for 10 minutes! Finally, cars start moving albeit slowly, and we finally get our whoppers. They are barely warm. Really? Not going back!

Should have know better haha had a little late night stop at Burger King and let me tell you they are nice but man do they put together some sloppy food. Ordered a whopper and there was literally nothing on it just a patty and a bun pretty funny if you ask me no big deal.. but yeah it's Burger King but I didn't get it my way. Still ate it though lol

I went through the drive through last night ordered and arrived home to find there was a burger missing. Today on my way home stopped in to try and get the burger and the manager on duty went above and beyond and was able to take care of me. Here name was Joanna and I loved her customer service. Her accommodation and politeness, changed my whole perspective on this Burger King. What a great employee!

I have visited the Burger King on Dayton and Alameda a few times. The burgers are cooked way in advance and are bad. I went on Saturday and ordered the seven dollars special which consisted of the chicken sandwich. The sandwich was burned. Burger King takes no pride in the food they serve!

This Burger King has made multiple mistakes one more then one of my orders and have had bad service through the drive thru along with not help find resolutions towards any mistakes ! They also mess up orders thru Uber eats delivery!

This is the most ghetto BK. The lobby is always dirty, the soda machine is out of everything including ice and the staff doesn't give a damn. The location doesn't help, it's a rough corner.

My food taste like rodents were around it, I couldn't even finish and the staff plus the condition was so ghetto

Food and service were excellent today. They were and friendly. They have a clean well maintained restaurant.I ordered the Whopper combo. Always love this meal.
