Burger King

This is a classic case of customer service making all the difference. I typically avoid this particular Burger King as it's usually inundated with high school students from nearby Lincoln High School and the homeless hang out by the front door begging change. Not to mention they sleep on the sidewalk and out near the drive through area. It's very disconcerting for me and I suspect, many others. Today I went in and was immediately met by a cheery and wonderful young woman named Juana. She was as friendly as could be and she even rearranged my order a little to make it considerably less expensive. She was all smiles and made my entire experience and great one. My Impossible burger was hot, fresh and quite tasty. My experience was so positive that actually did the online survey listed on the receipt and that's only the second one of those I've ever done in my life. The place was reasonably clean and I like the newer decor. It's a big improvement.

Only accepting cash after 10 pm, and after digging around my car and finding cash, conveniently theyre "out" of impossible whopper patties. No surprised, really.

This is the only Burger King I've seen that refuses to take mobile orders and coupons. There's no way I'm gonna overpay for this stuff and this is the only location close to me so I guess Burger King isn't an option for me anymore.

Average service and average food set this location apart from the top and bottom of the barrel by an appreciable margin (roughly a star in either direction, to quantify it in Yelp terminology). The staff is fairly friendly, the location relatively clean, the parking lot somewhat cramped and the soda machine is a self-serve smorgasbord of beverage options.They have a near-open-concept dining room, save for a curved wall inexplicably shoved in the middle to break up sight lines or maybe support the load of the structure. The place manages to always seem rather empty, even during busy times, so at least it doesn't seem crowded.Ten chicken nuggets for a dollar and forty-nine cents is a deal good enough to visit even poor-service locations, so this average one more than fits the bill.

I wish I could give them zero stars. Last time I go here I tried to be nice. But I refuse to go to a place where I feel like the employees slack it looks like they are trying and working hard but if only they would take an extra minute to look at what they are doing. Our food was wrong cold and missing some things I do not think it takes much to double check.

Worst Burger king in town. Ate there last night and it was some of the worst food we have ever gotten there. The lettuce put on our sandwiches must have been sitting in that tray for hours and hours. It was black and soggy and wilted. They should be ashamed to serve food like that to people. You could tell that each burger was just slapped together and wrapped up. No pride in what they are serving to people.I've been a loyal long time customer but it's been getting worse, this time did it for me. If I ever eat at burger king again which will not be a good long while, I will never go to this one ever again!!! Whoever runs this store should be FIRED for letting food go out that way.

whoever worked on march 31, 2024 at drive through around 2PM was very rude. gave me a completely different order. i shouldn't have to check my bag every time. when we asked for barbecue she rolled her eyes & gave attitude like a little kid. the food was cold, and seemed to not be fully cooked. horrible costumer service & horrible food.

Worse service ever 20 mins for my food is ridiculous. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. top it off people serve the food half ass

i just finished ordering and receiving food at this location off of Evans and Federal and I must say the man who attended me I didn't catch his name, but he had excellent customer service. Extremely polite, courteous, respectful, happy to do his job . That guy was cool and we had a great experience.He had a Jordan logo tattoo. He was on the drive thru. Good for him. Good people. He taught me something.

Ordered a bacon king from Burger King and the bottom of it was full of white powder it was way more than the picture below but I tried wiping off before I decided it was not salvageable. Hopefully it was flower I called and no answer.
