Burger King

Got my order wrong and it was literally just one thing. Like literally how hard is it?

Last time I ate here I got ketchup on my burger and it tasted pretty good, but then I spilled in my lap and ate a cheeseburger out of the trash and it was weird, but okay I guess. I wanted to spend more time reviewing the menu, but my partner was leaking, so I had to use more sauce next time around. Partial thumb up.

Lunchtime last in the front is cool and always nice but the guy in the mornings in the front attitude is terrible I always feel rushed and he never greets you he just says what can I get you nothing is what I told him today lol like dude if you don't like taking orders switch positions or jobs but to spew that negative energy in the morning ain't it I don't think I'll be going back here I'm the am let alone either lunch or breakfast they are really slow getting orders out I see why the reviews are so low

13 minutes wait for two combos, and after all that the order was wrong and food was cold. Probably worst of the worst as far as burger Kings go

Slow slow slow...They actually had a sign up last week saying they are out of all beef products.. They will tell you they are out of chicken sandwiches all the time because it takes longer to make. It's been going on for about a year now..Lately they will turn off all their outside lights about 45 mins prior to close to deter customers from ordering.

They always get my order wrong; i ask for one thing, and they give me the other. Honestly, I do not recommend going there; check your bag before you leave.

Service was horrible and honestly it's disgusting the way they acted they messed up my order but I didn't realize it until i got home, the whole order was messed up and when I called to let them know she started arguing with me and brought her husband into it. I was calling about a burger not her personal life there's no reason she husband should have been a part of this, afterwards she hung up on me. I'd give it zero stars if I could im not asking for free a free hand out I went there as a paying customer all I wanted was to get what I paid for. it's not that hard yet I was disrespected was left with something I don't want and did not order

I spend a lot of money here just to get home and everything was wrong and not fresh. I called them when I got home, they said they will fix it but never did. They said they will give me my refund back. Haven't heard from them in 2 weeks. That's not right! I talked to Manger Giselle. SMH. Never again! Every time I call, now she either just left or Haven't come in yet! What kind of business are you guys running there!!

I have been eating at this Burger King for years. The customer service has always been good. The wait times vary, but my food is always hot and my order is correct.

Very Likely you'll have your money stolen if you order from their app. Never Oder from this place! Trust me. I already filled a dispute.
