Burger King

Found a human nail in my food. Restaurant doesn't pick up their phone. Absolutely disgusting.Why is someone with nails that long allowed in the kitchen? It's a food safety violation.

There are a few Burger Kings that I go to here in the area and I frequent this one when I'm on this side of town. I've never had a problem here even before they remodeled it. Always been accurate and efficient. I've never been treated rudely. I've always been able to understand and communicate with the employees. I've never had my order wrong in five years. There's only a few parking spots right next to the Burger King. It is in a shared lot with other businesses, but the rest of the parking spots are not very close. They've always honored my coupons that were not expired. My food has never been cold and I've never gotten sick. It's very clean inside and I recommend coming in the afternoons and evenings here. It's right next to a high school so it can get really really busy during the weekdays.

The food was amazing they gave me a lot of ice cream which is great The only downside was I ordered it in a cone and they gave me a cup. Another thing was they let a random homeless person inside of it which made me feel very uncomfortable. And the ambiance of it was nervous.

I don't know why this location has low ratings, because every time I go here it is so good! This location has been around for many years, and their burgers are way better than most BK locations I have been to around the United States. It still tastes flame broiled and they always come out smok'n hot!! We typically just go through the drive thru and they have always been kind. They have easy access and plenty of parking in this shopping center. When visiting family, we always make sure we make a stop to pick up a quick burger here.

Service here was fast, effective and complete. I ordered my lunch on the BK app and when I arrived, one of my items was out of stock, instead of making excuses and not fulfilling my order, my food item was upgraded free of charge. The employee was quick, and friendly as she juggled both the inside counter and the drive thru. she is indeed an asset to this company. My food was hot, fresh, and delicious.

Worst bk I've ever been too, even after the remodel. Don't go, go to Taco Bell or McDonald's right near by. Zero stars

Ew! Got our food home to find 3 of the burgers were cold and one had a HUGE long black hair. When we told them they said they can "remake" the food, as some girl with long dark hair had her hair hanging down while she made the sandwiches. So gross, so unprofessional, hard pass

We just moved to the area, and yesterday evening, while I was unpacking, my wife did a quick run to this BK to pick up dinner for us. 5 stars for the following reasons: 1) She changed her mind several times at the drive-thru, and when she thanked the employee at the drive-thru window for his patience, he was kind, smiled, and told her no worries, that she wasn't even close to taking as much time as some customers. He smiled again and made eye contact. We are senior citizens, and she was very grateful for such warm and friendly customer service from a fast food establishment. 2) The order was correct, hot, and ready promptly. 3) The food was delicious, and the price was reasonable. We enjoyed our Whopper Juniors and onion rings as much as we would have a steak. Onion rings were crispy and tasty, fried just right. 5 stars for excellent customer service and great food.

I came in got 2 spicy wraps and a milkshake the lady proceeded to put ice cream in the shake and doesn't even bled it or put wip cream on it I would like better customer service next time

Was told to go park in the over flow spot. Then I watched car after car get their food. Even cars I watched turn into the lot. I knew something was wrong when another vehicle parked next to me and got their food. This location forgot about me being told to park. The food was cold like it had been sitting on the counter and they forgot to bring it out to me. I had to microwave my food.
