Buffalo Wild Wings

I'd say the food is fine - there's maybe one chicken tender chopped up in the wrap, it's really lacking and mostly tortilla and tomato. Service is also fine. We sat at a slow bar and had to remind the bar tender about our drinks that we should get with the lunch special - we didn't get them at all and then once the food came I asked for them and I got mine but my husbands never even came. Just surprising on such a slow day to have such little service. We've been finished with our food for 5 minutes at least with no check brought to us and we're at the bar and food has been cleared so it's obvious we're done. She was really nice but I'm bummed we paid for drinks we didn't get.The bathrooms reek so bad you have to hold your breath.

Well where do I even begin. Firstly I walked waited to be seated and was rudely greeted by a young lady, she then sat my group down and got our drinks. When we tried to order food only then did she tell us that there kitchen had closed 30! Minutes ago.Would not recommend trying to grab a late night snack at this location.

We hadn't been to BWW in a few years because of the poor service. Decided to give them another shot tonight and I'm happy to report that we had a nice meal with good wings and solid service. Hopefully things are consistently improving there. Think we'll return a lot sooner next time

This particular location has the WORST service ever!! Got to our table and it took almost 20 minutes for a server to greet us. Hardly any customers here, and the service is extremely slow! How? On the plus side they're fairly nice but have some common sense and do your job better!! I'm surprised the managers aren't stepping in to make this place better!

Terrible service. Waited over 30 minutes at the table. Finally was able to ask if we had a server, that took them 10 minutes to figure that out and we finally gave up and left

We came here on a Wednesday. I, and another person in our party, got the all-you-can-eat boneless wings. When the food came out the fries were hot but our boneless wings were cold. I sent my wings back and asked for freshly cooked wings. To their credit, the waitress returned with a new plate of wings within about 5 minutes. I don't know for sure if these were cooked to order, but they were at least hot.When it came time to order another round of wings, I asked the waitress to please bring some that were freshly cooked. Her response of "I'll do my best" didn't instill a lot of confidence in the dining experience. She also said it like I was putting her out, or with the sense that asking for fresh food was an outrageous request.I get that they probably cook up a lot of boneless wings ahead of time and just serve them up as they get ordered but this seems short-sighted as:1. There were barely any people in the restaurant.2. Those tiny little boneless nuggets take 2 minutes tops to deep fry.

Love this chain, but thus particular location is really bad. Have come here a few times because it's closest to my house, but their fries are usually soggy and the sodas ALWAYS have a weird taste to them. like all the Pepsis taste like there's flat root beer mixed in with it. Didn't come here for a year, but it was still the same when I came back.

I'm surprised this business stays in business. I've gone over the years to this location, for the sake of my son. Tonight even he decided we won't ever go back. It's his birthday, it's Father's Day, and our pick up order was 100% incorrect. The order wasn't even entered correctly, which I placed in person right at your counter. The spices and sauces I ordered weren't even on our wings. It was pretty empty, so it's not like they were slammed. I don't understand how three people can be there at your to go counter and we got everything wrong. Goodbye - we won't be back.

Charges for picking up or delivery are absurd, 60 wings and the audacity to charge for celery and carrots and ranch means I'm buying them at grocery stores $90 or extra $19 means you lost a customer

Service at this location is absolute garbage! Been coming to this location for a few years now and it has quickly gone downhill. Just when I think it can't get any worse, it does! From racist bartenders, to the to cold food, to fries that have been cooked about 10 times and are hollow in the middle. Most recently I Took my kiddos there for a lunch an and the "waitress" seemed to be on some sort of amphetamine and couldn't comprehend our basic order. I ordered my youngest daughter ordered mild wings and got hot. When I tried to say something to her she argued that she got the order right and that my 7 year old ordered hot. She ended up going hungry since we didn't even get an offer to give us what we ordered. Bathrooms are always disgusting and have an aroma of sewage and piss despite not being very busy and everything is sticky as they are not bussing the tables very well. Could use even a basic cleanHopefully they can get some new managers at this location.
