Buffalo Wild Wings

We had a group of 11 adults after sitting here for 45 minutes waiting in one server then we got handed off to another server who actually did her best! And we are asked to leave after we were having a good time after 3 hours of being here enjoying my family. this place smells like piss when you walk in and I ordered a salad as soon as I sat down and didn't even receive a salad until AFTER my wings were brought, cold and not even with my whole order. Then when the Manager officially showed up for her shift she chose to TELL us to leave before we even paid. And the manager chose to say "oh well we still took your money" as we all left. All I can say is we won't ever return to this "establishment" ever again. Kitchen rating 0, Staff rating 4 only because the young lady who DID serve us was so attentive and kind, Manager rating 0 - when she chose to come in.And we did nothing WRONG. We as a family of minority's were coming to celebrate. And were discriminated against. A reminder as to why I stopped going to any Buffalo Wild Wings Establishment was reinstated.

I recently went to a bar and had the worst experience. I arrived and waited for 45 minutes without any service. The bartender was terrible; she spent the entire time fixing the bar and talking to other people. By the time I finally got my beer, the basketball game had already gone into two quarters.Frustrated, I decided to order food to go online since I was never asked for my order. When I paid for my beer and went to pick up the food, I explained to the manager, Michael, what had happened. He handed me the to-go order, but when I got to my car, I realized it was the wrong order. I was so hungry that I just ate it anyway, despite it missing a veggie boat.Whenever Cory is at the bar, the experience is always amazing - a solid 15/10. Unfortunately, this other bartender just doesn't know how to manage the bar.

Our server was Idalia , she took way to long to bring out our food we got there before their dinner rush. We ordered 20 pc traditional wings that took about 1:30 for us to wait for her to even acknowledge we never got our food. There were about 5 tables that were later on seated and they all received their food & ordered way more food than we did. The only thing we did get were drinks & that's all....

Would never recommend a BWW to anyone and unfortunately this location was no exception. The waits were always long so we decided to sit at the bar and were served by a nice bartender. We just had some beers and skipped on their chicken because we just don't care for it. Got some happy hour pretzel bites and they took an hour to come out. The place was pretty empty so you gotta wonder what goes on back there. If there was a better wing place around this area I would probably choose them.

Dined at Buffalo Wild Wings on 10/12 around 530pm. The place was pretty empty and got there early knowing the Bronco game would pack the restaurant. The girl who sat us mumbled a few things to us and brought us to the booth. We finally figured out what we wanted and while other tables were being served , but no one came up to take our order. We decided to use the QR code and placed our order on our phone. About 10 minutes go by and still no soda or appetizer. We finally flagged down a waitress who turned out to be super nice assisted us even with it not being her table. My food eventually came out, but my dining companions didn't. We asked her where his food was and said it should be up soon. About 15 minutes go by and we flag down Olivia who was the assistant GM. She was super helpful and was able to get my friends wings right away. She took off his wings from the bill and apologized. For the waitress assigned to table 113 you got zero tip from us and we gave the waitress who helped us out the cash tip. Food: 4 stars. When the food came out it was hot. Ambience: 4 stars. To the mgt of this restaurant: get rid of ordering off the phone and have the waitress actually work instead of sit by soda machine and drink soda and talk. That way the waitress know they have tables instead of just standing around.

It took a little long to get seated and the ambience is a little "old" and could use updating. but otherwise the service was actually very good. Our wings came out quickly and we're hot and flavorful. Our waitress, Jeiny was really nice and was prompt to keep our drinks refilled etc.

Party of 3 for dinner on a Friday night about 6:30pm. It was busy but we got seated quickly. It was a festive atmosphere and we had high hopes. When we eventually got our food, it was good as were the portions. Our server, Virginia, was obviously overworked and after a couple minutes sitting in the booth she told us she'd be back in a few minutes to take our order as she was quickly walking by. I said ok, thanks, but she probably didn't hear as she quickly scurried away to the next table. We eventually ordered 3 drinks, an appetizer, and 3 meals. The drinks took a while to get, but I understand because it was busy. My 3 piece chicken strips came out first before our drinks. I got 7 chicken strips but couldn't tell the person who brought it out because they placed the food down and quickly walked away. After a few more minutes, the drinks arrived. A few more minutes and we got meal #2 which was just 6 BBQ wings. Again, we couldn't get a word in because the person only stopped long enough to put the plate down and run away. There were 2 dozen wings instead of the 6 we ordered. After a few minutes, I was able to see Virginia again and tell her we have no problem taking the 24 wings but we only ordered 6. She looked perplexed and took the plate away after it had sat at the table for several minutes. I sure hope they didn't serve it to the correct person because that would be a big health code violation. Several more minutes passed and the 3rd order arrived, and several minutes after that, the 6 wings arrived. Only then did the appetizer show up. We were eventually able to order 1 more drink and then we paid and left. Obviously, they were understaffed. Perhaps don't seat so many guests until you can adequately take care of them. And tell the servers and runners who bring the food out to take an extra 5 seconds to stop and ask if everything looked ok.

We went in and wanted wings to go and waited 5 minutes for a to go server to greet us and didn't get that so we decided to go the bar and order a drink and our to go food.. the bartender at first was great but then we proceeded to wait almost 40 minutes and our food was still not ready and so we were looking around and saw all the workers including our bartender Khori just eating at a table in the bar.. and then our food came out warm not hot after waiting that long .. I'm a manager at a restaurant and would never be proud of that service and we paid about 100$ for our order .. so disappointed that I paid my hard earned money on the disappointing service and just warm food .. do better

Do not order takeout from this place. The wait time was estimated to be 2:00 PM, and I placed my order at 1:30 PM. They had me waiting until 2:40 PM, and half of my wings were missing from the order. The service was terrible, with rude female servers, including one with pink hair. Spent 60$ on wings and got 20 wings out my 60 wing order, sides were correct, no sauces (up charged on that). I understand you are late and behind but unacceptable when it's wrong.

I hadn't been to a BWW in many years, giving up before because of their seeming inability to serve hot food. Well, nothing has changed. Over a decade later and they still serve you cold chicken. This franchise is hopeless
