Buffalo Wild Wings

The service here from was our waitress was fast, friendly and competent. She was able to take our orders and complete them in a timely and professional manor. My double cheeseburger was hot, fresh, juicy, and delicious. However, the fries were heavily over salted to the point where they could not be eaten, but we were able to get a second order of non salted fries as a replacement. Good prices for lunch time happy hour.

Our server was great. Drinks & app came out fast. The one thing I've noticed from repeatedly visiting is that I don't like how they bring some food without the rest. My cauliflower wings came out COLD immediately. I would've rather waited for fresh hot ones since my husband didn't get his wings for several minutes after our son & I received our food. Kitchen needs to coordinate timing better. We want it all hot n FRESH, at the same time... I do love their rewards points. I got a 6 piece wing for free, also had enough points for a free app & from participating in my community app I had a $20 gift card. Score.

First time here at Buffalo Wild Wings. Service was ok, just wished I was offered some plates and ketchup with our meal. We ordered chicken wings, nachos and fries. All tasted ok. Restaurant wasn't busy at all around 8:30pm for a Friday night.

Unfortunately this BWW has some of the worst service of any that I have been to. On several occasions we have stopped later in the evening (8:00PM) and decided to sit in the bar area. Every time we have either had to go grab a member of the wait staff after a 10-15 minute timeframe, or go directly up to the bartender to place our order or ask for menus. Very disappointing since we love Buffalo Wild Wings

Only go here if you want to spend half your day here. Service was crazy slow, and we were halfway through our meal before we got napkins. Staff was pleasant but feels like this location is poorly managed.

Thursday night football, first of the season. This BWW was not ready at all. Restaurant tables were full. Final a server came by after 25 mins and said, "Hey, to be honest, food inside will take 1 to 1.5 hrs to get to the table." We have a bunch of Uber eats, Grub Hub, and other online orders. The kitchen has to prioritize first due to our contract with those vendors but we can get beverages while you wait. That's absolutely horrible, your first priority should be customers in the seats at your restaurant. Stop taking online outside orders, others said they have been sitting watching the game & haven't seen their food in 2 hrs. Get it together! Our table of 8 just left after we were told that after sitting 25+ mins.

Ashley is serverMarshall is manager Stopped off for a quick bite to eat after a shopping trip at IKEA! Although we weren't immediately greeted, a server came to get us quickly sat at a table indoors. I immediately noticed the rough shape of the booth bench but otherwise, inside was clean and organized. Our server Ashley, was amazing, friendly and very observant to our needs. She was never pushy but always there if we needed her, and had a good sense of customer service . We decided on a couple of beers and a selection of wings, as it was a quick lunch. We chose the hot wings (pretty spicy), General Tsao's, and the Chili Lime Wings. We also ordered an order of (large) fries which I would say were more of a medium size than large. Overall I would say the wings were ok. They weren't as hot (temperature-wise) or crispy as I normally like them, however the taste was there. Our ketchup bottle was empty so we snagged one from another table. We were given plenty of napkins and there were also a good amount of individuality wrapped wet ones at the table - which we definitely needed. Beers were good, cold and refreshing. The manager, Marshall, checked up on us a couple of times which was nice to see that level of caring. Overall the experience was good for a fast and quick meal with a beer. Food was ok - service was amazing!

We just ordered Door Dash from this location, the first dasher left because the order wasn't ready, the second dasher said they wanted him to wait 5-10 more minutes - here's what we ordered:(2) All American Cheeseburgers one without Mayo(1) large order of cheese curds(1) Large order of Fried Pickles(1) 20 piece traditional wingsHere's what we received:(2) Cheeseburgers with meat and cheese only - no lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, or mustard - literally nothing (1) small order of cheese curds (1) side of French fries Unbelievably bad.

8 people for dinner. 6 received their meal. The birthday man received his 20-25 minutes later after asking FOUR times. Me, never ate. Never received my meal. MOD came out to whine about how difficult it's been with this new item on their menu (It's a freaking chicken quesadilla, nothing special ) and how the kitchen is so backed up making quesadillas. Unbelievable. There was no offer to bring me something else he said he would "comp it". Well I sure would hope so considering you never brought me any food!! THIS location is horrible! If you're hungry for a meal, avoid this place. You might never get it!

our server tonight was inattentive, lacked personal communication skills and frankly could have given zero fks that she had tables waiting on her. She was on the phone in the server station, disappeared for lengths of time and when she would appear again like it was a magic trick she was gone just as fast. She did not table touch all of her section even one time and never once saw her demonstrate hands in, hands out.The kitchen manager was kind when I asked to speak with him to let him know also it was really that poor of a performance.We all have hard days, but we all work hard for the money we choose to spend at establishments and frankly I won't choose to spend my money here again.
